University Hair Stylists

First of all, let me say this. This negative review isn't about the hair salon as a whole. This is more about the one specific hair cutter that just cut my hair. The rest of the staff is pretty good I'd say.

Today, I went in to get a hair cut. Whoever was there (I had to cut it today because it was getting way to hot and I couldn't wait any longer to cut my hair), I told her to cut it EXACTLY THE WAY IT IS, just trim it and thin it out.

Now, here's when it all went wrong for me in a big kaboom. First of all, she went back and forth between the greeting counter and cutting my hair 4 times to be exact, talking on the phone, not paying much attention to how she's cutting my hair. Then one time, she went to the phone and came back, she came back and just cut my entire front bangs off. And I was just so shocked.

I spent 2 months growing my bangs out and styling it exactly the way i wanted it, and it took many tries over a year to get it right.(hence my instruction to cut it exactly the way it is, just trim it down). I had it side swooping bangs where one side is longer so it just leads in the the side. SHE JUST CUT THE WHOLE DARN THING OFF. and proceeded as if nothing happened. And right as she did that, she started complaining about the customer that she had right before me, because she was ticked off she messed up her hair too. I was like UMM EXCUSE ME.

I am extremely upset at that particular hair stylist.

Her quality of service was absolutely the worst I've ever paid my own money for. I was finally happy when I got my hair styling just right, and now she totally pooped on it and my front hair looks like a giant M sign like McDonalds.

I mean... WHO CUTS THE FRONT HAIR SO THAT THE MIDDLE IS LONGER THAN THE SIDES OF THE FRONT BANGS? I wanted to ask her to at least just cut by front bangs straight like a bowl cut, but she already cut the sides of the bangs way too short, if she cut the middle part off too, i'd almost have no bangs whatsoever. My only option now is to shave my head or wear a hat for a couple of months waiting to grow my bangs out again.

It's such a pity because I didn't mind going to this hair salon for the past 3 years...
