Uptown Bridal Boutique in Downtown Gilbert is the perfect shop to get your Wedding Gown from. They have so many different kinds of Dresses to pick from and will have anything you are looking for. Its Family owned and ran and you can feel the Love they have for what they do as soon as you walk in. I also got my Flower Girl Dresses from them and they got them in a lot quicker then they were supposed to. They put the Customer first and do what ever they can to make you happy and not stress. They have everything you need to get organized and things you can't find anywhere else. My Dress was amazing and way less then I thought something of that quality would cost.
My Fiance rented the Tuxes from them as well, they have a lot of different ones to pick from and they came in before we needed them giving us more then enough time to make any needed changes. One of our Groomsmen was in another Wedding the following day and when he put on our tux said it fit much better then the other tux, the other tux was really short in the sleeves and these fit everyone just perfect.

Uptown was amazing! The service, suggestions and atmosphere were all beyond my expectations and fantastic! No other store came close to my experience at Uptown. I will forever tell friends and family members searching for bridal and formal wear to go to Uptown!

Uptown Bridal was my first stop in my hunt for a wedding gown, and it was the perfect "bridal experience." Ali was amazing!!! She gave me the freedom to walk around with my mom and maid of honor to pick our favorites first. When it came time to try on the dresses, Ali was so helpful and kind. She gave me a slip so felt more comfortable and helped me in and out of every dress. I've never felt more beautiful. Every dress was special, but the first one was it! I tried on about 6 dresses there, then went to two other shops before returning for MY DRESS. I can't say enough good things about Ali and the Uptown Bridal boutique. If you're a first time shopper, or just looking for an amazing experience....you have to go! I can't wait to put my dress on again in April for my first fitting!

Nicole and her mom are absolutely amazing!!! Uptown Bridal was the first place I looked for a wedding dress and it ended up being the only place! The girls there are fantastic; the customer service has been better than I ever could have imagined and their selection is stunning. They have made a tremendous impact on me during the whole planning process and I am so thankful for everything!

I went into Uptown Bridal about 3 weeks after my engagement knowing full well I wasn't getting married for another 18 months. There was a trunk show coming up and I wanted to try on some dresses to make sure I knew my size so I could breeze through the show quickly.Wow, what almost wasn't - I got to the bridal shop and was handed 6 clothes pins and told to go pick out dresses. I picked out 3 from the designer I came to investigate and wanted to be done. My sales consultant told me I should just pick 3 more to try on for fun. So I picked a few styles I knew would be flattering on my curves (thank you Say Yes to the Dress). The short version is I tried on some gorgeous tea length dresses (the ones I came to see) and they felt like luscious prom dresses. Nothing wrong with the dress or style, just didn't feel like a wedding dress to me. I tried on a ruched mermaid, bleh, I tried on another, speechless. Absolutely speechless. I'm so glad she made me go back and pick out a few more because I would have never picked out this dress.Needless to say I walked out of that store with a wedding dress (sample dress, discount given, hell yeah) 18 months before my wedding. It was meant to be. The girls were great and they made the experience comfortable and really a lot of fun. There was no pressure to buy, I bought it because it felt right. I had to get that dress because (as you might have noticed) it takes a lot to render my speechless. I highly recommend this shop. They have a great collection of dresses and a very professional and helpful staff!

I got my dress from Uptown and couldn't be happier! It was the first store of 5 that we visited and they were the friendliest, most responsive and helpful boutique of them all. The sisters who run the store are willing to help you with anything you need. They have a great selection of beautiful, unique dresses that you won't find in a David's Bridal. Uptown Bridal is AWESOME. I didn't have the slightest idea of what I wanted before I went in there. But the staff is so nice and helped me through everything. All I knew is that I wanted to look glamorious and that is exactly what I got. My dress was fabulous. I even ended up buying my rehersal dinner dress there as well. I felt amazing in both. The ladies at Uptown Bridal are wonderful. Thank you so much. They even recommended Rita, to take my dress in. And she is also a miracle worker. I lost 7 inches from the time I bought my dress to my wedding day and Rita was able to take it in. Wonderful Ladies!!! These women know what they are doing! Shopping for my wedding dress at UpTown was truly a special experience. The shop is beautiful and they have a great selection of gowns. The girls sit down with you and discuss what it is you have in mind. They are in no way pushy but seem to really care about finding you your special dress. I was in a bit of a time crunch but they were able to get me my dress as well as my bridesmaids dress within plenty of time for alterations. I would highly recommend UpTown Bridal to any bride looking for their special dress!

I was very excited when I went to Uptown Bridal they were having a labor day sale so I was able to buy my dress for a great price and take the one from the store home with me. It was great not having to worry if my dress would arrive in time. This dress shop is owned by a mother and her two twin daughters who are very friendly and very willing to find the perfect dress for their brides. From the moment I walked through the door I had a very good feeling that I would find my dress at Uptown Bridal. They also referred me to a great seamstress who was able to alter my dress 3 sizes down to make it fit perfect! The dresses in this shop are absolutely gorgeous and affordable!

I recently purchased my wedding dress and my bridesmaid dresses from Uptown Bridal. Hands down it was the best experience! The entire staff was warm, friendly and personable. I went to several other bridal boutiques and stores around Scottsdale, Phoenix and Mesa/Gilbert~ but Uptown Bridal was by far the best. There is something to be said about bridal growns that aren't in plastic bags, fittings rooms that are actually fitting rooms with a fan, a chair, a mirror and an undergarment for modesty purposes. I felt like they all knew who I was each time I called and popped into the store. One of my bridesmaids, who recently got married, went to Uptown bridal with me to purchase and order her Bridesmaid dress told the owner that she wishes that she would have driven down to Chandler for her gown/bridesmaid gowns. The store exudes bridal down to each last detail.

Not only did I find the perfect wedding gown at Uptown Bridal, I found the perfect bachelorette party dress there too! The girls at Uptown really know what their doing! They hand pick their entire inventory, run the store, and help brides to be find the perfect dress! There dresses are high quality, coutoure gowns and the price is just right! I absolutely ADORE the team at Uptown Bridal! Dianne and her daughters take such special care of you that you feel like a part of the family in the process! They are so professional and thoughtful over every little detail. Every step of the experience from the first visit to picking up my dress and veil was a breeze. My mom even found her MOB dress there. I'm sad I won't have a reason to go see them again! I would highly recommend Uptown for anyone wanting to get the full bridal treatment!

My daughter had just been diagnosed with cancer shortly after her engagement, so what would be a great way to cheer up? Shopping for the perfect dress. She probably tried on 60-70 dresses all over the valley! The first place we tried was Uptown and every time we went somewhere else, she always called them on the way home to try on "the one" again. The ladies obliged us every time! They gave us impecible service. We ended up ordering the Enzoani "Croatia" and it was breathtaking on her wedding day! They offer cleaning service contracted through them (meaning the dress gets dropped off there and picked up there as well). We also used the alteration vendor suggested by them and she did a great job too.These gals get our highest praise! They treated us all like we were royalty.I have 3 more daughters unmarried, guess where we will be going for the dress??

I went to about 6 or 7 different bridal stores, but as soon as I walked into Uptown Bridal I knew I was going to find exactly what I was looking for. Everyone that I delt with there was so helpful. I didn't exactly know what I was looking for but they had so many options to choose from that it wasn't hard to find "the one dress".

The girls at Uptown Bridal are amazing! They go out of there way to make your dress shopping experience one to remember! Tonia helped me on the two occassions I came into the shop looking for a dress and was very helpful in suggesting dresses that might like. My fiance at the time (now husband) was the one who picked out the final dress I chose though. It ended up being a little higher in cost than I wanted to spend however, still very reasonable.

Also, their follow up is impeccable---recieved a beautiful sash and veil for the bachelorette party, great follow up in the mail, and an adorable bridal poem/penny right before the wedding! (you can't find that quality service anywhere but here!!) I would reccomend this boutique to any bride looking for a great shopping experience with reasonable pricing. They really made me feel as if I was the only person there and didn't rush me through any of my decision making but really made me feel extra special! I got my dress here and have referred several people here. The boutique is super cute and they are extremely friendly. They provide such a unique experience all the way up until you get married. I won't spoil it for you, but I will tell you that I have never been so impressed with a business as I was with Uptown Bridal. Its a cute boutique in downtown Chandler, but you definitely do not pay "boutique prices!" They made the experience so wonderful and I will never forget it! I went to many different dress shops and this one takes the cake! If you are looking for a dress, you HAVE TO AT LEAST check it out! It is worth it!

This is the BEST place in the Phoenix area to purchase a wedding gown. This family-run business provides excellent service, great style advice and competitive pricing. The ladies helped me select an incredible gown. I received compliments all day on how beautiful my dress was and how pretty it made me look. I felt wonderful!!

I went to Uptown Bridal for my first time shopping for a wedding dress. The staff was very nice and helpful. They did not have the sample of the dress I wanted, but they helped me tried on similar dresses from the same designer. I decided to order the dress I wanted from them (BTW, the price was very reasonable). It arrived on time and very happy with it. Uptown Bridal also suggested a great alteration company. I will also be taking my dress there for preservation too.

I LOOOOOOOOVE this place! The twins and thier mom are sooo cute. They run a very well put together store! I want to but everything. Everytime I came in they always made me and my little girl so welcome. They played with her to keep her occupied and gave her little crowns and neclaces. They even knew her and I by name everytime we came in. Thank you guys so much!

Got my wedding dress here! This is the first out of 4 places that we looked at, and after going all to them, we went back to Uptown! The staff is so incredibly friendly. The selection is great. The place is so cute and you just feel so special there. The owners are also so sweet, you can tell they are doing this because they love it and not just to make a ton of money (although I'm sure they do quite well). They have dresses of all prices - of course the one I fell in love with was one of the higher, but oh well! Their dresses are also in great condition - you go to some bridal shops and everything is just piled in there and in random order and not taken care of. This boutique really takes pride in their dresses.The girl that helped me was so nice and patient. She learned what I wanted and picked out so many dresses for me to try on that were exactly what I was looking for. They also have bridesmaid dresses, veils, jewelery and other accessories that all looked really great.Any time any of my friends get engaged, I tell them to go to Uptown Bridal!

I got my wedding dress from uptown brides, and I loved it and everyone that works there. They were so sweet and made me feel like i was their only bride. I would def rec them to everyone. I like the fact that they had different dresses and they weren't typical dresses. I didnt want a dress that everyone else had. They are amazing

Uptown Bridal is a great place to get your dress! The girls are very helpful, extremely professional, and so nice. I am plus-sized and wasn't sure I would find something nice, but after trying on several dresses I had picked out, and not liking them, they suggested one that ended up being perfect. They made the whole wedding dress (and bridesmaids) process very easy.

I bought my beautiful enzoani gown at uptown bridal. The staff there is so kind and willing to work with any bride to ake sure you have the best gown possible. We got an amazing deal on gown and they even through in a veil. Compared to other shops in AZ. this one is very affordable. I would highly recommend uptown!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the girls at Uptown Bridal! They are so friendly/helpful and the experience is exactly what you invision. (just like the movies) They have a very clean, modern, and girly boutique. Even the tissues are pink! I tried on over 70 dresses at over 10 shops (from Miami to Cali) and this was by far the BEST experience I've had!! They only book 2 brides at a time, so they can give you their undivided attention and make you feel like part of the family. After I purchased my dress, they took a picture of me and gave me a free veil and high quality bachelorette sash. They even sent me a congratulations gift in the mail!! I can't say enough great things about Uptown Bridal! I purchased my wedding gown on my 2nd visit to their store. They were able to accommodate all 9 people that I brought and made sure everyone was comfortable. When my gown came in I wasn't able to make it to the appointment I made to try it on and take it home due to a family emergency so they opened the store 30 minutes early JUST for me and 2 of my bridesmaids on a Saturday!!! I felt like I was the most important bride in the world. They not only showed my MOH how to lace up my dress but were very helpful in showing me how to care for the dress, how to put it away and take it out of the garment bag so as to make sure it received the best care.If I got married 100 times in my lifetime I would hope this boutique was there every time for me! Every bride deserves to feel the way they made me feel!

This boutique was amazing. It had the feel of a Rodeo Drive gown shop, with a really reasonable price tags. The shop is owned by a mother and her twin daughters, and they are all so sweet and helpful. One of the daughters actually picked out my dress and suggested I try it on, I loved it!

The staff were attentive and helpful - I particularly liked the fact that they stuck with what I wanted to spend, and didn't try to sell me a dress I couldn't afford. They also arranged to have my dress cleaned and steamed, and it came out perfectly.

When I stopped in to look at dresses, Jenea was so helpful in helping me try dresses on. She listened to what style I was looking for and helped advise me on hair and jewelry that might work. I really liked the boutique because it wasn't the same as every other dress shop I went to. I got my dress off the rack for 50 % off too, so that was a major plus. The wedding was perfect and my dress was amazing!

My daughter and I shopped together for her wedding gown in January, before her wedding in May. So time was short for ordering her dress and she was truly under the gun to find a dress quickly. We shopped at a number of bridal salons in the Phoenix area and Uptown Bridal was a standout.The level of personal attention and service at Uptown Bridal was the best of any shop we visited. Brides must have an appointment to try on dresses and this system ensures that each young woman will receive the best experience. My daughter ordered what had to be the least expensive dress in the salon, but she received first class attention. The dress was put on a rush order, with several other changes to the normal dress, and the gown arrived even sooner than promised. The only problem we encountered was the seamstress that Uptown Bridal recommended (see separate review). I made a special trip to the salon to deliver a letter of complaint about the alterations process. I sincerely hope Uptown monitors their recommended alterations shops more carefully. Their recommended seamstress Rita was just terrible, I would give the salon an A plus in all other respects.

My wife bought her wedding dress here, and I thought it looked amazing, and I thought it would be very expensive and I was shocked how reasonable it was. She also told me that they made you feel great here, so after seeing my wife, and looking at everyone elses reviews I recommend them.

Extremely professional and the best selection of dresses!! It was so hard for me to narrow it down! I was always encouraged to come back and try on my final 2 choices as many times as I needed! The best part is that they show you how to get into the dress, how to bustle it, and how best to hang and store the dress. It was a great experience! Plus, the store is decorated so cute and has plenty of little gifts for attendants.

The gals at Uptown are amazing! They are fun to work with, engaging, and really invested in making every bride look her best. The boutique is cute, the service is professional and reasonably priced. They helped me customize the hem of my dress so that I would not need additional alterations to the hem. My dress was lace and they suggested a customized hem to maintain the integrity of the design. I had no idea you could do this so I really appreciate this suggestion. They also remembered my name every time I went back to the boutique. I used their preservation service after my wedding was over and I was VERY happy with the results. Brides in the Phoenix area, go here first before you do any gown shopping. This was my first stop and my wedding dress was the 3rd dress I tried on!

I love, love, love this shop! I went to at least 10 different places before this and could not find "the one." I was afraid I would have to settle for something I sort of liked until I walked into Uptown Bridal. I swear I heard angels singing. The shop is beautiful, the dresses are amazing, and the service is outstanding. Tonia explained every dress to me as I tried them on, including tips about the designer, the fabric, and the dress construction. My family was able to sit comfortably and enjoy the fashion show (my sister had her 3 month old baby with her and they didn't even flinch)! There were so many to choose from it was difficult to narrow it down, but I did fine "the one!" Everyone commented on how beautiful the dress was, and I absolutely loved wearing it. If I was doing it all over again I would go to Uptown Bridal and only to Uptown Bridal!

I just purchased my wedding dress from Uptwn Bridal last week, October 15th to be exact. They made this a very special moment for me throughout the entire process. I do recommend that you have an appointment but I went in twice without one and they were more than helpful. They are a small, family-owned and operated botique. They have truly an amazing knack for helping you on the spot as well as responding to your needs quickly. I personally had no idea that I would find a dress so quickly. Uptown Bridal was the first place that I looked and I knew I would be back. I went other places that were less than helpful, were busy helping others (even with an appointment), or there were stores that simply did not take appointments which left my mom helping me most of the time. Uptown Bridal was every bit professional without sounding like, or making you feel like all they wanted was money. The people there are extremely flexible as well. When I called and asked if I could come in to try on 1 gown very quickly, within the next 20-30 minutes, they had no problem. They were helpful, had the dress ready for me and in my dressing room. The cost was a HUGE factor for me. Honestly, this was one reason I continued to look elsewhere. My dress was not necessarily within my planned budget but we also planned for there to be unforseen costs. This is the dress of my dreams and to me, having a beautiful, once in a lifetime, original gown that is not mass produced like David's Bridal, was a major thing for me. I can truly picture myself walking toward my Fiance, with my Dad by my side, in the venue that we picked, with THAT gown. I could not picture it any other way. I tried to find a similar dress at David's but they had nothing, the sales lady was stumped. I tried on gown after gown for about an hour and a half but never felt that overwhelming feeling that this was the dress, like I did with the gown at Uptown! Overall, they made this the memorable experience that both my Mother and I were dreaming of. We will continue to work with them for our Bridal party and Mother of the Bride/Groom gowns. :)

Diane and her team at Uptown Bridal are exceptional. The boutique is beautiful. The selection is unique, stunning and high-quality and the prices are still reasonable (the dresses I tried on ranged from $800-$2200). The customer service, while trying on dresses and after selecting a dress and going back for pick up, was exceptional. You are treated like a truly valued customer and receive more attention than I experienced even at the high-end Scottsdale bridal boutiques. This is an amazing boutique that carries every price range of attire. There were one of a kind designers dresses all the way to the off the rack separates I purchased. Despite the fact that I was spending far less than most brides, I was treated with appreciation and kindness. I could not recommend this boutique more.

Uptown Bridal is a must stop for all brides. Not only did we rent all 15 of our Groomsmens Suits there, I bought several gifts and fun things there. It is owned by a mother and her 2 duaghters and they really take interest in you. They were very organized and always returned my calls quickly. I did not get my own dress there, but I saw several that looked beautiful.

The cutest bridal salon in Arizona! The shop is owned by a mom and her twin daughters and they are so sweet and helpful. They have a great selection of dresses in a range of prices. And they even let you take pictures of you trying on the dresses so that you remember what they look like...I didn't find that in any other salon around town! I also went back in a few months later to buy some gifts for my bridesmaids (they have a cute little shop in half of their store) and the mom remembered me and asked me how everything was going. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Tonia, Nicole, and Diane have the BEST bridal shop and boutique in the Phoenix area! From the moment you walk in to their store they make you feel special. They take the time to learn what you like and what you're looking for. Every dress in their shop is out of the bag so you can see it and touch it. One of the women will personally help you try on every gown so that whoever is with you can sit on their couch, relax, and truly enjoy the experience. They also take pictures of you in each gown that you can review on their plasma TV after you're finished! They will email you the pictures as well. They have many wonderful accessories: tiaras, veils, jewelry, shoes, etc. Everytime I walked into their store they remembered who I was and took the time to talk to me. Their customer service far exceeds anything I found anywhere else. They even made me a special appointment on a Monday (when they are closed) so that I could come in on one of my days off! Their dresses are amazing! They have many top designers. They have modern dresses as well as traditional. They have bridesmaid dresses and tuxedo rental available too! This is the ONLY store that you need to go to when looking for your dream wedidng gown. No matter where you live in the Valley of the Sun, it's worth the drive to Uptown Bridal and Boutique!

I love this store. I walked in without an appointment and was given personal attention by the owner. I was so dreading wedding dress shopping and I needed a dress fast since I was planning a wedding in 6 weeks time. that I was about to have my dress custom made. What a beautiful shop! I went to uptown thinking I had already found my dress. I wanted to go try on dresses there because I had heard such great things and knew they carried beautiful designer dresses. Little did I know - the dress of my dreams was there! I cried and so did all my ladies. That was it! This place will make you feel like a true princess and all the ladies that work there are so happy for you and truly helpful!

These ladies were one of my favorite parts of wedding planning. We had so much fun finding my dress and they made it all so personal and exciting. They made everything possible to get me in my dream dress and communicated with me every step of the way. They even gave me great little presents as thank you's. So many other bridal shops make you feel like just another bride but they make you feel one of a kind here. Thanks ladies!

I loved my entire experience at Uptown from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out with my dress! The ladies there are true professionals and made me feel like a princess! I got the dress of my dreams and I wouldn't change it for the world. I probably paid too much for my dress but it was made up for by the wonderful hospitality and shopping experience. My husband could not stop complimenting me on our wedding day and still tells me how absolutely beautiful I looked walking up the aisle to him. I couldn't thank Uptown Bridal more for making me a gorgeous bride on my special day. The boutique is absolutely wonderful and their staff and selection are amazing. I would highly recommend Uptown Bridal to anyone and everyone I know or talk to.

I went here for my bridesmaid dresses. .They where so help and easy going that we where done with three girls in and hour. Wish I would have gotten my dress there.

The ladies at Uptown Bridal are very nice and professional. They stayed open late to help me find my perfect dress. They know what they are doing. Trying on the dresses was easy and comfortable. Each brides gets a nice large room to change in and they are very attentive to you only. There is always one or two people helping you at all times. They remembered me by name and even sent me a good luck present before the wedding. What a great place with beautiful dresses.

We rented our tuxes from Uptown even though they were over 10 miles from our home. I called several tux rental places and no one had the level of customer service that we received at Uptown Bridal. It was worth the trip.

Beautiful store, worth the drive if you can. They have a wonderful setup for trying on dresses. They seem to think of everything, including shoes if you need them. Some of the dresses are expensive but oh so pretty! They have an exclusive designer that only they carry in Arizona. Very friendly, patient and you can bring a camera unlike many shops. I didn't bring a camera, she had one there, took photos and emailed them to me that evening. I went to a lot of shops looking at dresses and this was the best experience. I didn't buy the bridesmaids dresses there only because it was so far and hard to coordinate everyone's schedule. Darling shop, professional staff. I have to agree that I did not care for her seamstress either. Prices aren't listed, cash only and hard to work with.

My dress was expensive but it was gorgeous. I bought my wedding dress and all of my bridesmaids dresses and shoes, my flower girls dress, my mom also bought her dress here. They were very nice but for everything that I bought from them I would have liked them to be a little more helpful.

Uptown Bridal is a wonderful store! Tonia will go above and beyond to take care of her brides. They have an extensive collection of bridal jewelry and headpieces to choose from.

This bridal shop is family run and operated by Diane and her identical twin daughters, Nicole and Tonia. Their attention to detail and the variety of unique gowns is simply amazing! Customers rave about their friendly service.
