Q: How long are your 8 foot tables?A: The full 8 feet or 96 inches...whichever you prefer!Q: Can I rent a tent and set it up myself?A: No, we take great care to make sure all of our tents are clean and put up safely.Q: Can I rent an old fashion milk shake machine? I don’t see one on your website but maybe you have it?A: Sorry no old fashion milk shake machines yet...but we do have acess to plenty of items you might not see on our website so feel free to ask for them and we can almost always provide them for you.Q: When will you setup my tent?A: We try to give wedding the most time for decorating so we try to setup either Wednesday or Thurseday (assuming your wedding is on Saturday) as long as time constraits permit. We always try to give you plently of time and the piece of mind that your tent and rental items are there ahead of everything else that needs to happen. Tent guys are always first on the scene and the last ones to leave.Q: Does your company provide flooring under tents?A: Flooring is not included in the price of the tent but it is something we can provide you with if you desire/ need it for your event. From a simple plywood subfloor to a floor to level an uneven terrain we can help you with all of it.Q: What other rental items can you provide besides tents?A: The short list contains: Linens, napkins, chair covers, shashes, table runners, table skirting, perrimeter lighting, uplighting, heat, A/C, china, flatware, glassware, bars, catering equipment, marqee walkways, carpet runners, dance floors, onsite services on your big day, generators, and layout of tents and equipment under tents using CAD software. Don’t see what you need? Ask! We can almost find you anything you might need for your big day.Q: Can you suggest other vendors such as caterers, florists, DJs?A: We can suggest some vendors to you. Some we work with all the time and can attest to their work personally and some that we always hear great things about but can’t give first hand accounts yet. We enjoy meeting new vendors and working with them to help make plnning your wedding a little less stressful for you!
