I was satisfied, with the exception that they did not provide my driver with an itinerary or directions, so we had to direct him the whole day. Annoying.

The setup of the service went well, and the vehicle was nice, as expected, however the driver was less than professional. He had a GPS system and the destination address, however, he chose to make us tell him where to go. He also had a drink during the reception and fell asleep in the lobby area, which we found very unprofessional.
