Urban Retreat

This place has really gone downhill over the years. The atmosphere is decent, but I wasn't impressed with the service. They don't seem to be as attentive or as skilled as they should for the prices. There are better alternatives out there for the money.

I took my bridesmaids here as a surprise. The surprise was on us. They've really gone downhill. The service was very impersonal & they seemed annoyed with us almost immediately. We'll never return again because there are so many other spas in town. I should have known this wasn't going to be a good idea because even when i called to book the appointments the lady on the phone was rude! She seemed annoyed that I was asking questions to clarify what was included & trying to get recommendations on the type of services to purchase for my girls.

Our massages were ok. They were talking way to much. I just didn't feel totally relaxed.

Not recommended for styles or updos. They do terrible work.

I purchased a gift certificate for my fiance here the week of our wedding. She loved it & has been back quite a few times with some of her girlfriends.
