Valley Country Club

Melodi was amazing to work with!! She was always quick to respond to emails and phone calls. The wait staff was so much fun everyone keeps raving about the food and the service they received. Thank you so much for everything!!

Our wedding at Valley Country Club was fabulous! We received so many compliments from our guests about how wonderful the food was, how beautiful the venue was, how much they loved the outside deck space that we used for cocktail hour, and how impressed they were with the staff (and the list goes on!)

During the entire process, I had no doubt that everything would go smoothly at the reception with Melodi in charge. She is truly a professional in every sense of the word- she even replied to any questions I had on her days off! She has so many incredible ideas and resources. The room looked beautiful on our wedding day, and she personally brought my husband and me out on the golf course for some photo opportunities, which also provided us with a few moments of quiet on our busy wedding day!

My husband and I met while working at a different country club, and we both would admit to having pretty high standards for service after working for many years in the industry. We were truly impressed by the entire staff there- they were all extremely friendly and helpful, and the service was great. At the end of the night, without needing to be asked, they packed up what was left of our candy buffet into containers, and neatly boxed up everything we brought with us. Chef Terry accommodated special meal requests, and the guests were so impressed by the Tuscan Antipasto display that was stationed on the deck during cocktail hour. Everyone enjoyed the food, and our meals were delicious.

I was also happy to have the bridal room and separate bathroom that was located 1 floor up from the ballroom. It was a great place to safely store our things, quiet and out of the way from foot traffic, and the large private restroom was much appreciated while wearing such a bulky dress! :)

Everything was amazing, and I am so happy with our decision to choose Valley C.C. for our wedding!

I would recommend Valley Country Club to everyone. My husband and I got married overseas in May and wanted to throw a reception when we got back. Valley Country Club was definitely afforable and Melodi was always accessible and great to work with. She was always available by email for my random questions! We had the entire ballroom and deck for the night. The food was fantastic. We ordered the Tuscan Antipasto display for our cocktail hour and the That's Amore buffet for dinner. They were very accomodating with the small changes I wanted to make with the menu and everyone raved about the food. The buffet came with huge pieces of Tiramisu, so you wouldn't even need a cake or cupcakes! And there are many great places on the golf course and around the clubhouse to take pictures.

This was a great place for a reception! The facility is beautiful inside and out. There is a large sized dance floor and bar inside. Several of my guests commented that they really enjoyed the food served (as did I). The waitstaff was very professional and attentive. I highly recommend this recepetion venue to other brides.

Party Life DJ's has DJ'd an event at the Valley Country Club. The staff was very easy to work with and professional. We enjoyed the food and the service was great.
I would also like to say that the venue looks beautiful, inside and out. Tastefully decorated with large window to see the grounds from the room.

Melodi and the staff at Valley Country Club are just simply.... "On It". That might sound weird at first, but there are many venues that we work and you barley see the banquet director or any lead staff member overseeing the event, but not at Valley CC. Melodi makes sure that every detail for the reception is on point! By the way, have I mentioned the food.... it's excellent! They have a very talented and passionate team working together to make your wedding or celebration come to life in your vision and budget. Make no mistake, Valley CC and it's passionate staff will provide you with an incredible experience!

From experience with my own wedding 18 years ago, I would like to graciously endorse this hidden gem in Rhode Island. From the 18-hole professional golf course to the Victorian clubhouse atmosphere. Many golfers come from all over the state to play here and have produced four RIGA players of the year. Pretty impressive. Not to mention Chief Terry Saccomagno, producing the best Italian food ever and Melodi Caruso, who is the Club Manager. It is a great pleasure knowing and working with her through the Rhode Island Wedding Group.

Valley CC offers the charm of an important and historically significant landmark circa 1860's. Yet they provide all of the modern conveniences such as a very well groomed golf course, large outdoor deck and patio, and newly renovated clubhouse that is the ideal setting for weddings, graduation parties, and corporate functions. This private club is available to non-members who want the perfect setting for their special day.
