Unbelievable. Valleybrook Country Club is truly a leader in the wedding industry. Prior to our wedding, I had gone to all of the review sites and read the reviews for dozens of venues and halls and no reviews impressed me more than Valleybrook's. The reviews brought us in, and after meeting with Tracey for less than 10 minutes, we knew Valleybrook was everything we imagined for our wedding and we booked immediately. I can't even begin to express how impressed we were with everything from planning to the night of the wedding. The staff is unbelievable and we were lucky enough to have our Captain (Ashley) and our Maitre D (Andrew) who were just amazing. The entire staff was amazing. Tracey is brilliant and responded so quickly to e-mails and made herself available whenever we needed her. Valleybrook is a family, no doubt, and my husband and I now feel like we are apart of this family. Throughout the wedding planning process, I received so many comments about how calm I was. Even the day of, I was just sitting on the couch in the bridal suite without a worry in the world. I owe this to the staff of Valleybrook because I truly had no doubts about the entire night. Valleybrook has also surrounded themselves with fantastic vendors. My husband and I continue to call the night "perfect" and we have seen now that many of our guests have been calling it "perfect" as well. I urge everyone to look into Valleybrook to have an amazing, stress-free wedding experience!

Honestly, I couldn't have had a better day anywhere else. The staff was so friendly and Tracey M. was awesome. I knew that we had nothing to worry about and that our wedding was going to be perfect. From the day we first toured the venue, the entire staff was extremely courteous and professional. From planning to execution everything was done perfectly. All of the services offered by Valleybrook Country Club helped to make our day perfect. The staff was able to quickly adjust the wedding to accommodate the weather and did not miss a beat. The food was fantastic, and we received many compliments from our guest on it.

Tracey Mullin was absolutely fabulous to work with. She catered to our every need and her assistant even put our centerpieces together for us. Valleybrook was an exceptional place to have our wedding reception. Tracey Mullin was everything we needed to make our day perfect! She tended to every request and was always tentative throughout the year of planning our wedding. The only downfall we had during our wedding experience was the limo company that was reffered by valleybrook, but other than that, it was perfect!

All the other places I visited before selecting my venue couldn't even compare. Everything we were looking for in our venue was right there at Valleybrook. From the beautiful grounds to the gazebo, the area for the cocktail hour and the reception room was exceptional.

Tracey was fantastic in her patience and great ideas to help us with our indecisiveness. It meant a lot to have someone looking out for your best interest on such an important day in your lives.

We researched many venues and decided on Valleybrook for our wedding We are so happy that we found them. I can't express how wonderful everything was. Tracy the event coordinator was absolutely wonderful to work with! She went above and beyond in helping us plan the most amazing wedding for us. We never felt rushed. Tracy spent as much time as we needed and not only answered every question we had but also made several suggestions that really helped us. We definitely got top quality service but didn't break the bank in getting it. Out of all the vendors that I had looked into, Valleybrook was the only one that didn't have any extra costs or charge you for extras like a cake cutting fee or cost for seat covers, etc like most other venues we looked into. All of that was included in the fairly priced fee. Not only didn't they charge to cut the cake but the cake from Isgro's bakery in Philadelphia was included in the cost. The staff were amazing the night of the wedding. They were on top of everything and made sure that not only we were taken care of but made all guests feel special and important as well. Among the many compliments we received from our guests one of them was how great the staff were and how much fun they seemed to be having while doing it. The other biggest compliment that we heard was how delicious the food was. From beginning to end everyone at Valleybrook went above and beyond to make sure that our special day was amazing! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Valleybrook Country Club. After viewing several wedding venues in South Jersey, we met with Tracey and knew right away that Valleybrook was the perfect fit for our day. The golf course is a beautiful backdrop for photos and the patio and ball room are the perfect venue to host a reception in. Tracey walked us through every detail of our reception and made sure we had exactly what we wanted. We booked our wedding about six months in advance and Tracey was available during that entire time to personally answer any questions or concerns that came-up.

Our actual reception was beautiful! The ballroom was decorated perfectly and we had plenty of room for our 150+ guests to dance. We had a head staff member that worked with us the entire day to make sure all of our needs and concerns were met. The staff made sure everything ran smoothly so we could just concentrate on our guests and have a good time. All of the staff was courteous and went above and beyond to make our guests happy and our day special.

The food was wonderful and we received many compliments on both the cocktail hour, dinner, and of course our cake. Everyone at Valleybrook really went above and beyond to make our day special. On top of the excellent food and amazing service, Valleybrook is incredibly affordable as well. We looked at many venues that cost twice as much as our wedding at Valleybrook and you did not get as much for your money. Tracy really works to find a package that fits your budget but will still make your day everything you hoped for. I would highly recommend Valleybrook to anyone for a wedding.

Tracy and her staff were wonderful throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was extremely flexible with our wants and needs and went above and beyond to make us happy. Because our wedding was in December we had some concerns with weather and lighting but Tracy and her staff made sure that none of that was an issue. From the fire pits to the heaters, our guests never felt as if it was winter outside (except for the beautiful lighting and decorations inside!) I would highly recommend Valleybrook for anyone planning a wedding!

There are not enough words to explain the experience my Husband and I had at Valleybrook Country Club. Tracey Mullin the planner was extremely attentive from the first day we walked into the Country club. She was willing to accommodate any request we had and was extremely patient with my indecisiveness. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our day special and to take care of our guest. The grounds are beatiful and great for pictures. There are so many stresses and nerves that come with planning a wedding but as soon as we picked Valleybrook all those concerns went away. There isnt one thing they wouldnt do to make you have the best experience and wedding day possible. Our guest raved about how wonderful the food and desserts were. If I had to do it all over again I wouldnt change a thinng!

Tracey worked with us every step of the way making sure to listen to what was important to us. She truly made this a special "worry free" day for me as a bride and I knew that everything would be perfect. We had our own personal attendants assigned to us adding a personal touch that was so helpful. The Bridal Suite was elegant and allowed us to have a special place to dress and retreat to as needed! I would highly recommend Valley Brook and it's staff to any Bride to be....what a lovely place and people!

Valleybrook Country Club was the second place my husband and I stopped to look and we knew it was it right away! The staff was super nice, the venue is beautiful, and above all the price was right!

First off, Tracey, the event coordinator, was awesome! She was extremely flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process! She made sure everything would go wonderful the day of our wedding! The staff are also great! Thank you, Britney and Shawn!

Then, there's the food! It was delicious! The food tasting before the wedding was the best part of the planning process. And the cake from Isgro's bakery was wonderful! We went in with a picture of a cake we found online and they did a perfect job recreating it!

And another cool part of the planning process, Tracey let's you take a golf cart out on the the course before the wedding so you can find locations you want your photography done at. This was so much fun and it really helps knowing before the day of the wedding because it saves time!
As for the day of the wedding, everything went perfect! And all of our guest are commenting on how nice everything was!

When I started looking at venues Valleybrook was my first. I remember saying, "This is so not where I am getting married." Then I met Tracey, talk about customer service. When I left I was still unsure, after 2 weeks of looking Valleybrook became the place to beat. Once we decided and were worried about price, we called Tracey and let me tell you, she is an amzing person! Ron Jaworski should give her a piece of the place, she is that good. No side talking, she is honest and caring. Anything I asked for or about she accomodated. Her timeline kept me on track and even with the unexpected heat wave we had (my wedding was in July) she moved everything inside without a blink. The staff that day was gracious, accomodating and sweet! Our suite hostess was adorable and Sean was wonderful. Tracey and her staff made it perfect. My doubts about a country club wedding were laid to rest because of Tracey and her staff. The food and the amenities were plenty. Tracey is like having a wedding planner, she knows her stuff and the staff proves it as well. Thank you for making our wedding so very special. People still say how much fun they had and how nice it all was. Great memories!

We selected Valleybrook Country Club for our wedding and ceremony for many reasons, but what really sold us was Tracey Mullin. She was so easy to work with and very accommodating. Anything we wanted or needed, she was there to help! We were able to get everything we wanted for our ceremony and reception at a great value. On the day of our wedding the staff wonderful, especially Brittney. She was by my side the entire time taking excellent care of me. Our ceremony was outside at the gazebo and it was absolutely beautiful. The bridal suite was remodeled in the spring and is gorgeous. We had a sit down dinner reception. We were very happy with Valleybrook. They catered to our every need and were wonderful. They were very reasonable and the food was delicious.

We chose Valleybrook for 2 reasons even though it is a good hour to an hour and a half from most of our guests homes including ourselves. The 1st was the value you get for your money. Out of the dozens of venues we visited before choosing, Valleybrook by far exceeded the others in overall value from what was included with their packages to the cleanliness and overall look/layout of the reception hall. Whereas almost every venue we looked at trys to nickel-&-dime you through added fees (table linens, chair covers, champagne toasts, cakes & cake-cutting, etc..) Valleybrook lays out what you get for your money during your first meeting and doesn't tack-on extra fees for normal wedding services.
The 2nd reason we chose Valleybrook was the coordinator/planner, Tracey Mullin. From the first meeting we had with her, she was the most friendly, professional and accomodating out of any we had met to that point or after. She was the only one to make us feel that she and her staff were there for us...to help us have the best day possible without stressing or getting our own hands dirty. Whereas other planners & venue managers constantly repeated "you'll have to do this...or you'll have to do that", Tracey told us her staff would take care of everything, which they did. Leading up to the wedding as well as the day of, she was always quick to respond to our questions and take care of us in every way we could've ever required.
On the wedding day, we had a major rainstorm, yet the staff at Valleybrook did an amazing job decorating the hall and turning it over quickly for the reception. The cocktail hour looked amazing and most of our guests raved about everything during the night from the food to the decor and the friendliness of the waitors & barstaff. Also the Captain assigned to us as well as the Maitre D' both were very friendly and accomodating as the rest of the staff were.
I could easily say to choose Valleybrook based on Tracey alone, but the simple fact is, the venue as a whole was flawless and perfect with the best service for your money. I can't recommend Valleybrook enough!

I didn't have to worry about anything on my wedding day. The staff was very flexible and helpful to all of my guests.

valleybrook was amazing and an incredible value for the money that we paid. There are items that are incuded in your package such as centerpieces, chair covers, and a dessert table that most places charge extra for. If you have your ceremony there outside your guests will ooh and aah when the bride arrives at the gazebo in a golf cart. My dad looked forward to driving me out on that cart from the day I told him about it. After the ceremony, the bride and goom get to take a spin for a few minutes while the guests clear out so pictures can be taken. The food is phenominal and the food choices as well as the beer and alcohol are plentiful. The bakery from which you get the cake is amazing and so good! The cake even tastes great after being frozen for a year. The other thing that struck me about Valleybrook was that the venors they recommended were the least pricey around and they were incredible as well. My husband & I just recently got married at Valleybrook Country Club & we absolutely loved it! Tracey, Director of Catering was the BEST! I was so nervous about how our big day would turn out, but I realized that I had nothing to worry about once I got to Valleybrook. Tracey & the staff were amazing! My husband & I got married at Valleybrook over the summer & our wedding was the best wedding ever! We had our ceremony outside in their gazebo. It was beautifully decorated & they had a golf cart decorated with a Just Married sign on the back for me & my dad to ride up to the ceremony on & then they let my husband & I ride around on it & get our pictures with it on the golf course. We had our cocktail hour outside on the patio overlooking the golf course while the sun was setting. I have to say it was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was terrific! They catered to my every need. We could not have asked for a better day & staff to serve us. The food was out of this world too! Our guests are still raving about how much fun they had. I would recommend Valleybrook to everyone.
