Vanessa's Modern Bride

So happy I went with Vanessa's for my dress. Everything turned out perfectly! My dress was absolutely beautiful, and affordable! Yes, some dresses are quite expensive, but I was able to find something in my price range.
Vanessa, herself was so helpful, as well as her team. Especially since I live in Florida, and was having my wedding in Chicago, I was only able to have 2 fittings. Vanessa was very flexible with my schedule. I was very happy with their services, and I received so many compliments on my dress, even now, a month later. Thank you Vanessa!

I purchased my Marisa gown from Vanessa's Modern Bride in Alrington Heights. ALthough I LOVED my gown, my scorings were low due to a error in length ordering. I am 5'8 1/2" tall and they did not even suggest ordering a "long" length. When my dress came in, it would have been perfect if I had been barefoot, but I did not have a beach wedding. My own personal seamstress lengthened the gown with a middle sash and cut the entire dress in half - she is a wonderful job! However, the owner at Vanessa's simply suggested that I stretch it out or wear flats.

Other than the length issue, I love my dress and the shoppe was cute and lovely for purchasing a wedding gown.

Married in June '08, and guests still comment on how beautifully unique my gown was. I loved the personal attention and cozy atmosphere Vanessa's offered as soon as you walked through the door. Vanessa's boutique is filled with one of a kind dresses you won't find anywhere else and the prices are comparable to other bridal shops in the area. Beautiful bridesmaids and mother of the bride/groom dresss as well. Highly recommended!
