I've used Vanessa several times for alterations on formal gowns, my wedding dress, and some other items that i bought too big and needed to be altered to fit better. Each time she's always done a fantastic job and a great price. I recently bought a formal gown and just had them do the alterations, big mistake! I could have done a better job on them myself. So i'll be taking it to vanessa to fix their mess. Should have done that in the first place and saved myself the $50.00 I've already spent.
At the recommendation of my coordinator, I had my bridal salon send my gown directly to the dress presser after my final fitting. She signed for the Fed Ex package and had my gown ready and waiting for me upon my arrival on Maui. Her service was great and she was completely professional.
Vanessa steamed my gown, pressed by husband's suit, and did all of the bridesmaid dresses. it was wonderful being able to send all of the garments to her before flying out to Hawaii. I knew everything was safe and sound long before I got on the plane, which was great.
