Veils and Fairytales Weddings & Events

Veils and Fairytales quality of service during the planning for my wedding day was fair. We had different work schedules and my planner was not able to meet with me on every meeting I had. But I understood. I did have to make some phone calls on my own for my vendors. Our communication was mostly throught emails. Leslie was always responsive with my emails and questions. Leslie is wonderful she has a wonderful sense of professionalism. She made me feel comfortable, like she was an old friends. On the day of the wedding she was there when I had lipstick on my dress. She is very handy and she knows what needs to be done. She is very organized with her work. Her work is not only organized but you can trust that she willd do a wonderful job! I had a few complaints about people finding their seats. When my guests got into the reception room, no one was there to direct them to the name cards. Being that there were 3 planners on my wedding day, I would think that I would have someone direct my guests and help them if they couldn't find their table. Other than that everything was perfect! I highly recommend Veils and Fairytales for your wedding planning. They are not only professional but they are sweet and they will help you find vendors that fit your budget. Leslie was very consistent on finding me a vendor that is not only good at their work but also at a reasonable price. Don't waste you're time finding another wedding planner, Veils and Fairytales, Leslie is wonderful as well as her assistants. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VEILS AND FAIRYTALES! Leslie and her team were AMAZING! Leslie was my Day of Coordinator and I did not have to worry about ANYTHING! From set up to clean up, I didn't have to worry about a thing.
