We are so happy that we were able to work with Pamela for our wedding. She was very open to my ideas and had a lot of ideas of her own that really helped the night go smoothly. She was cheerful and upbeat and blended in well with the crowd. After the wedding, we were nervous in wondering if she captured all of the important moments. Not a problem! She got EVERYTHING and the photos are absolutely STUNNING! Really, it was four months ago and we can't stop looking at them! She definitely has an eye for the moment. Thanks for everything, Pamela!

Pam was amazing!!!! We could not have been happier. She was fun to have around and we didn't even focus on the fact she was taking pictures. Most of our shots are candid moments that help us to realize how wonderful our day really was. It poured on our wedding but Pam made the situation fun. As soon as the sun broke we took as many photos as we could. They all turned out beautiful! I strongly recommend her!

Pam is an excellent photographer! She knows how to capture every moment of your special day, from getting ready, to the ceremony, to intimate couples pictures, to the party. She is so personable and easy to work with that you forget she is even capturing the most important day of your life. She does not stage any pictures, rather she just captures the moment for what it is! I highly recommend Pam to photograph your wedding!!!

Pam did an incredible job. She was early to the church, mapped out some good vantage points, and was virtually invisible during the ceremony and reception. The pics were awesome despite the fact that it was a 95 degree day. Pam was very organized, professional at all times, and had some great ideas for poses. We would hire her again, or recommend her in a heart beat!

Our photographer Pam, was great and we have some great pictures from our wedding. She managed to capture our wedding day in an artistic way. She definitely did a great job making sure that all of our guests were captured in the photos, as well as the wedding party. The only concern we had was the turn around time that it took to get the DVD of all of the wedding photos. It took over 1 month from the time I mailed the check to pay for the DVD until we actually received it in hand. This was a little frustrating.

Pam Godwin from Venetian Rose Wedding Photography was the BEST! We have the most perfect wedding photographs. They are so personal and Pam really captured the day perfectly. She was nothing but professional but also did not get in the way or impose on our day at all. We talked in advance and she made sure she had a list of the "must-have" shots and made sure that we got those shots because believe me, you won't even know what's going on during the wedding because of so much excitement. It's good to have talked about it in advance! I would highly recommend Pam to be the photographer for the wedding. I received SO many complements on both her and how great the pictures turned out.

She is extremely friendly and warm, and made us and our entire wedding party feel comfortable in front of the camera. She had creative ideas for shots which we really enjoyed- people are still complimenting me on our wedding photos, over a year later! My love for photography centers around families & the special events they share together. I am an artistic photographer & am passionate about my work. My journalistic style allows me to capture natural, candid memories that last a lifetime. From the bump in the belly of a new mom to the 50th wedding anniversary of an elderly couple, I find true joy in capturing these special occasions.

Educational Background
I received a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Fine Art Photography from Towson State University in October 1995. Two years later, I received a Certification in Biomedical Photography from The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. In August 1998, I began working as a Medical Photographer at The George Washington University Medical Center in the Department of Biomedical Communications. I was later promoted to Assistant Manager of the department & remained in that position until June 2005.
