Victoria was absolutely wonderful to work with. My husband and I searched through several recommended photographers before finally deciding on Victoria. She was prompt with e-mail responses and very open with communication. She had no qualms about starting bright and early with us at a venue pretty far out in the Chicago suburbs.

Her pictures are beautiful, and all of out friends and family could not talk enough about how happy they were with the quality. I absolutely loved to get all of the pictures on a flash-drive, and have the ability to do whatever you want with them.

I believe her price was incredible for the quality of work she is able to do. She listened to all of our requests and made our "creative portraits" really special. Victoria was really flexible with making it work to have all of our formal photos before the ceremony, and did a great job of finding time to take pictures of the venue and such when we were occupied with other things.

I really can't speak highly enough of Victoria. She was a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job for our wedding. I recommend her highly!! :D

Victoria is an excellent photographer! I was so happy with how the photos turned out. We had an outdoor/in a barn/in a giant tent wedding and no matter what the lighting was like-all the pictures turned out with a beautiful warm quality. She is also very experienced with shooting weddings specifically and that expertise helped make everything run smoothly.

Victoria was phenomenal to work with. We utilized her services for our wedding and an engagement photo prior to the wedding. Since we worked with her prior to the wedding, we felt like she was part of the family by the time the wedding day rolled around. She did a wonderful job of capturing this special moment in our lives and we will treasure her unique photos for years to come.

Victoria photographed our wedding on September 2nd, 2012. From the initial meeting in her studio/home we saw some very unique photographs and editing, my wife noticed she did some amazing things with lighting. We had a budget number we wanted to stay below but also needed her there for about 9 hours at the wedding. She was able to put together a package for us with an EXTRA photographer that worked very well with what we wanted to pay. On the day of the wedding she brought an extra lighting assistant so essentially we felt like we were getting 3 for the price of 1! The team was fantastic, they were assertive when they needed to be but attentive to our needs, they made us feel like it was all about Kevin and Amy that day. Victoria and her team kept the whole day on schedule and were extremely professional, she virtually disappeared during the wedding but her talent of knowing where to be and when to be there let he catch every important moment and more. Victoria even stayed an extra hour to make sure she didn't miss a thing (make sure to tip people!!!). After the wedding we did wait a bit to get all the high rez pictures (YES ALL 2000 photos in high rez AND web size files neatly placed on a thumb drive and 2 high capacity DVD's) My sister paid almost twice as much and she didn't have the rights to the photos unless you bought a 500 dollar book!! Wish i would have gotten Victoria to her first.

After receiving the photos the wait was well worth it, you never want to be disappointed with the memories of your special day and using Victoria can GUARANTEE you will be satisfied. We recently used one of her photos on a three piece canvas for the house and it looks fantastic. she had placed us in the middle of michigan ave and blurred the cars going by while keeping us and the city in focus, such an amazing shot. Her website portrays her style very well so you will be able to know if you like what she does prior to hiring

Victoria was the absolute best to work with and I highly recommend her! I didn't live in the city at the time of planning my wedding, so it was a relief that she was able to work with my schedule through email in planning the engagement session and the wedding. She was very responsive, had a great sense of humor, and even provided guidance as to how events should flow during the wedding.

The engagement session was so much fun! We let her know that we were camera shy and she was able capture the true emotions of our relationship. The photos were amazing.

On our wedding day, she made everyone feel comfortable and captured the personalities of the wedding party and guests. During the ceremony, she was a master at blending in with the surroundings and taking photos candidly. The second photographer was also amazing and funny! All the photos turned out great and I was able to re-live my wedding while looking at them.

Victoria is an excellent photographer! She did a wonderful job on all of my wedding photos! Everything was on time and would recommend her to anyone!!

Our wedding was really the most joyous day of our lives, and we have the photos to prove it! Victoria shot such a wide spectrum of photos that capture the feeling of the day, from tender moments to funny craziness on the dance floor to adorable children. We love the way she edited so many shots to really fit the mood. She was both fun and professional on the day -- she's positive and gives helpful direction during portraits, and then totally stealth when capturing candids. She got so many great shots of moments I remember, and I had no idea she was getting them.

In case you relate, brides: I do not generally like the way I photograph. I tend to see every flaw. And yet I swear I see only beauty and happiness in the vast majority of my wedding photos! Sure, there will always be some that aren't faves, but the thing to keep in mind is that Victoria shoots a TON of options. I've seen photographers shoot bride portraits like it's the class picture (standard pose, other standard pose, done). But V made a lot of suggestions for us; and then sometimes she just snapped as we naturally goofed around. She also repeatedly asked if there was anything else we wanted, which is great, like a doctor asking if you have any questions. :)

If you're looking into the packages and considering a second shooter, I would encourage you to do so if possible -- especially if the bride and groom don't want to see one another before the ceremony (like us). Victoria brought Brianne Bradbury as our second shooter and she got awesome shots of the guys getting ready, close-ups of my husband's reaction as Victoria shot me coming down the aisle, and cocktail party candids while the bridal party was doing post-ceremony pics.

Also: You get all the files. No proofs with watermarks, no paying for printing rights or high-res images. You just get all of it, both online previews and on disc. So, yeah. Our only problem now is choosing which of our 1,000 favorite photos to put in the album!

Victoria is a pleasure to work with and has a great eye for interesting shots. I love her photojournalistic style and she captures all the details from your big day perfectly!

I do not have enough good things to say about Victoria. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process, took amazing engagement photos, and was wonderful during the wedding. She does amazing work, and her pricing is totally reasonable. I would (and have!) recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer. Victoria is absolutely fantastic!

She was our photographer (With another that Victoria referred to us as we wanted a second shooter) AMAZING TEAM!
They were so detailed and knew where to be all at the right times! We never felt that they were in our way either.
It got a little crazy as we were trying to leave for the church (I was running a bit behind) and they were both so calm. I felt horrible for them too.
My fiance at the time met Victoria at her studio. I was a bit scared at first finding the most important thing on the day of your wedding on Yelp. But as soon as we met her, we liked her. Saw some of her work and loved her style.
I felt horrible as I had my list of detailed questions typed out ready to ask her. She saw the list and just smiled and answered all the questions I had for her. My fiance just didn't know what he was getting into! Just kidding. It was of course your normal questions you have and then my weird ones where thrown in there too!
Victoria was so professional. You can tell she loves what she does.
She is honest and so fair with her pricing. Even with the prints for your family members and friends.
We haven't gotten the pictures yet (as expected) our wedding was only 1.5 weeks ago. She sent us two pictures on the morning (1:30 am) from our wedding. I was of course up and looked at them ASAP. My jaw just dropped to the floor! I didn't know a camera could do that, let alone such a great photographer!
My husband and I were so excited and we can't wait to see the rest!

After looking around for a photographer we we're blown away with Victoria's online photo's. She did are engagement photo's and they turned out so good that we used them for are save the dates. She was so friendly and made us feel comfortable with her. She thought out side the box when taking photos and on the day of the wedding she was very professional. We booked Victoria for our Wedding next year, and we just recently did our engagement photos. We were impressed with her ability to "pull us out of our shells", and also get beautiful, cool shots! We went into it thinking we'd be bad at getting our photo taken, since we wouldn't really describe ourselves as photogenic. But Victoria kept us at ease, and surprised us by how fun the shoot was, and how cool the photos turned out! I will update this review after our Wedding.
