Total Cost: $3,800 - included passed appetizers, seated dinner, cake cutting. Steve is the owner, and he handled all correspondence with me. He was great about answering email and phone calls, and was able to pdf bills, menus, etc. We decided on 4 appetizers (herbed cheese roulade, bruschetta, mini ham & swiss croissants, and mini feta and spinach croissants). DH and I never ate any, but my BM's said they were good. The meal choices were Dijonaisse Chicken and Butternut Squash Ravioli. We were able to choose the sides for both (broccoli for both, roasted red potatoes for the chicken) and every table got foccacia for bread instead of normal stuff. We also started dinner w/ a green salad. The food was wonderful, and the presentation was absolutely magnificent. Seriously, he exceeded all of my expectations. One of my favorite vendors. Average cost per person: $29
