I hired A Video Keepsake(s) LLC based on the recommendation of another vendor and after viewing video posted on their website. I found out later that Buck Marshall was who the vendor was familiar with and the owner/videographer I got was Janet Fekete. Everything seemed great and she was very personable, arrived on time, etc. After contacting her many times and getting infrequent and vague responses, I got my video 2.5 years after my wedding (JUST got it Jan 2013, married in 2010) and that was only after a threat of legal action. The editing is so-so, but the quality of the video is VERY poor. There are lines across the screen through much of the video (a la poor quality VHS!), the color is grossly inaccurate, and the video is super twitchy. $1400 better spent elsewhere. I would NOT recommend this vendor to an enemy. Your wedding day is supposed to be preserved and honestly my iphone takes better video than my wedding video. It is disappointing and depressing.

Janet was our videographer on our wedding day and at the rehearsal dinner. She was very professional, easy going, and did a great job with our bridal party. I can't wait to see the video from our big day. I highly recommend their company to other couples looking to capture their wedding day on video. (Most of my married friends said it was great to have a video to look back on in addition to just having their pictures to recall memories.)

Buck and Judy Marshall are an amazing couple! They invite you into their home and Buck is immediately Uncle Buck! The service they offer is superb! Very professional, yet very very friendly. You feel at home with them immediately. Thank you both!

I can't say enough about Uncle Buck! He stood up at my rehersal and announced that he is in charge of all problems. That no one is to go to either me or my fiance for any problems unless he says to. He had a whole list of things he brought, including spare pantyhose, safety pins, clear nail polish, bobbi pins, the list went on and on. Not to mention that the video was done before anything else was, and it still makes me cry. Loved him to death. A complete professional.
