Bill Entwistle and his wife were absolutely amazing. As soon as we booked his services he sent a detailed form asking for background information on our wedding and what was important to us to make sure he captured all the special moments and full feeling on our wedding day. Even though our wedding location was an hour and a half from Greensboro he drove up for the rehearsal and made note of what was happening to make sure he was in the right places at the right time, but without being in the way of the photographers photos (VERY important!). He took the time and effort to travel around our town to get other great shots to fully capture the essence of where we were getting married. They were friendly and easy to get along with and they were as excited about us getting married as we were. It never felt like it was just another job with them, but like it was their passion! Definitely highly recommend them!

Bill was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the events of our daughter's wedding. He was there for the Bride's Tea Party, her rehearsal as well as all day the day of her ceremony. His flexibility and attention to detail was invaluable in capturing the nuances that we would have missed had he not gotten a pricelss record of it for us to treasure for years to come. His easy going, helpful attitude was so nice on a day when stress runs a little high. One could not pick a better person to work with than Bill Entwistle.

Video Machine Productions was such a wonderful company to work with. They were patient, helpful, and very organized. The ending product was amazing. We were so impressed that they captured our wedding day memories.

We are a professinal full time home based business since 2004.

We have may samples of our work at our website. If a bride would like to view one of our previous weddings we would love to share that with them.

We work in a professional video editing package and create titles and effects that help to tell the story of the wedding. We will provide the raw footage.

We have a varity of lights if needed we also use top of the line cameras that allow for video in low light.

How many videographers do you work with?

We have had up to 9 videographers working special events.

Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?

We feel that knowing each other is important and meeting each other is the best way to understand what is going to happen.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

I, Bill Entwistle, am the director of Video Machine Productions and for those special events like a wedding I will be on-site. We only shoot one wedding a day.

Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

We only shoot one wedding a day so that we are focused on the story. We attend the rehearsal at no additional charge so we know what and where the action is going to happen.

Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?

Yes! There are a number of video professional that I have worked with for over 8 years.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

We bring HD video cameras (3-5), wireless mic, ditigital Audio recorder (8 hours of audio), Tripods, Monopods, steady cam, underwater housing (outdoor weddings), lights- on-camera and on stands, go-pro mini HD video cameras. That is most of it each event requires the right tools. :)

Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Yes we always have backup professional video equipment.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

We dont require the client provide a meal.

Do you charge overtime?

NO, we dont shoot with a time table. We are interested in the story of the day so we will leave when the happy couple are done.

Do you give access to your raw footage?

Yes

Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for deals, contents, etc.?

No, we will use the footage with the premission of the Bride and Groom.

Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?

Yes, the client is welcome to give us direction, that is why we like to meet prior to the wedding.
