Villa de Amore made all my wedding dreams come true. The venue was beautiful and the staff was very professional. The all inclusive wedding is truly a fabulous idea, it allows the couple to have creative freedom yet still have access to reliable trustworthy vendors. My husband and I loved everything about our day and feel blessed to have worked with Eileen and her family!

The Villa de Amore is advertised as an all inclusive venue. However, you can use your own vendors aside from the DJ and the caterer. You will need to work with each vendor to plan your wedding as you desire, but they are not all located @ the Villa, so keep that in mind (and it did get a little bit frustrating at a certain point in time). The beauty of using this venue is that you really won't have to worry about whether or not a vendor will provide/show up. David was quick to respond to every email, and Lauren did a great job on the day of the wedding. However, for some reason, it seemed that the questionnaires that we completed and sent in were not looked over since we had to resend them on rehearsal day (because it was easier than searching for them through their emails). Wedding day turned out great minus a couple of small hiccups. For example, the florist did not put the extra yellow spray roses that we paid for in the white flower balls at the venue, which my parents fortunately did not see since Chinese people traditionally use white flowers/lanterns when someone in the family dies. I had mentioned this to both the venue and the florist, but it was overlooked. The chicken was dry, and everyone wasn't really given much time to get up for seconds before the food was cleared away...but otherwise, appetizers and dinner was good. The venue also threw in free burgers at the end of the night that were grilled outside the ballrooom (I think they were trying out something new), which was a really nice touch! Overall, we had a lot of fun, many friends kept telling me that this was the most beautiful wedding venue that they have been to, and everything moved very smoothly even though we were running late (as were our guests). I would definitely recommend this venue. Just don't expect that all inclusive means you don't have to do anything! Many decisions need to be made!

Our wedding was spectacular and unforgettable - a beautiful location run by a family who cares. David, our coordinator, was extremely professional, from designing the details to managing the event and the flow of the evening. You can tell Eileen is a romantic at heart. Every one went above and beyond to make sure that all of our guests were comfortable. In short, it was a spectacular day!

WOW! That is the best way to explain our experience! No wedding ever goes without a little issues, however I am pleased to say we had only one very minor "hiccup" I can think of. Villa De Amore was awesome; very professional, organized, so nice, and very willing to do whatever they could to make your day the best day it could be! I worked with David from the time we came to see the venue to the "design day" and then Via e-mail after that and he was so great about getting back to me quickly whenever I had any questions or concerns. He also had a great vision and knowledge base of the wedding business; you could tell he has been around it for a long time! I then worked with Lauren on the day before and the day of and wow was she awesome! She was the sweetest and happiest girl you will ever meet! She was also such a hard worker...every direction I turned there she was making sure everything went to plan and flawless! The best thing was they are so organized and man, what a relief that was coming to the venue on the day of and seeing that everything was almost done and looked exactly how I had pictured it. If you want an all inclusive, easy to plan, stress free, beautiful venue, Villa De Amore is the place. The venue is breath taking and we loved the privacy it offers.

For responsiveness, we took 1/2 a star off because we did have a little trouble reaching the officiant that they provided. Once we notified the venue, Dave, we were able to communicate better. The officiant did do a good job at the ceremony and was very clear, we just wished he was a little more personable.

The only reason we said 4 our of 5 for the value is because if you do hire outside vendors, the meal that your provide is the same cost as the guests, unless you have a contract with the outside vendor that you do not have to provide a meal for them.

The staff at Villa De Amore is hands on the most on top of it wedding coordinators out there. They know what they are doing and they do it well. Dave handled every hiccup perfectly and kept me, the bride calm. He did not stress out or show panic even when a tornado went through our wedding right before the ceremony.

My husband and I got married at Villa de Amore on August 3rd, 2012, the venue was referred to me by a friend who also got married the same year. She ended up picking a different venue for her day, but suggested I go check out the Villa. On our first visit, we KNEW this was the place we wanted to get married- the location is stunning, the facilities are maintained well and the overall feel of the venue was perfect for us!

We booked a date for early November 2012 and sent in our deposit- the date was SET! Unfortunately just a few short days later, we ran into some person hiccups that made us ultimately have to move the wedding up. When I called the Villa to explain the circumstances, they were more than accommodating to our needs and although we were contractually obligated to get married in Nov, they graciously worked with us and changed our date to August 3rd. They way they handled it was professional and showed that they really wanted to work with us- Amazing professionalism and flexibility!

With just 6 months to plan a wedding, I had to get a dress and meet with all of my vendors quickly! The vendors were all great and accommodated my schedule. I choose: Elegance on display for my cake, Soiree for my flowers, and Leah Marie Photography. All were FABULOUS!

The day of everything was taken care of, there were a few things that weren't done to my liking, (minor things) but the staff immediately fixed them and made sure I was happy with them. The only thing that I was bummed about was that my florist used the wrong table centerpieces- she gave me vases, instead of candelabras- by the time I noticed it was too late, the florist was gone and the guests were already sitting at the tables. Other than this hiccup, our day was perfect, venue, food, and vendors are all amazing - you will not be disappointed. Thank you VDA- we will cherish our memories of our beautiful day forever!

My wedding, on July 20 was absolutely beautiful and perfect. This place is breathtaking, we fell in love with it since we first saw it more than a year ago, and it just keeps getting prettier and prettier. Every single section in this property is well taken care of and you need very little flowers or anything to decorate since everything is so green, the gardens are so beautiful an colorful with plants and flowers. The new dance floor is amazing. I cant really explain how beautiful this place is. It is so private and has a stunning view. Very different than a wedding in a typical winery in Temecula or public place. The staff is great, so helpful and sweet. The day of the wedding we did not have to worry about anything, everything was taken care of and things ran smoothly. The service was professional and the catering service was more than great. The food was delicious and they were so attentive. The vendors that we could choose from were all great, so having to use their vendors was not a big deal at all. It actually made thing so much easier while planning. John (the DJ) was so helpful and he was a great entertainer, Soiree (flowers) absolutely beautiful flowers, Leah Marie Photography (sweet, professional, and beautiful pictures and albums!). The next day my sister asked me "aren't you sad it's all over?", but the truth is that everything was sooo beautiful and we were all able to enjoy ourselves so much without having to worry about anything that i am not one bit sad. I am soo lucky to have chosen Villa De Amore for my wedding, i have nothing to look back on and say i wish this or that. Now i am just looking forward to our pictures!! Thank you soooo much to David, Lauren and especially Eileen! This place will always be in our hearts and thank you for making this day all about us and our guests! Our guests came from all over the US, Mexico and Spain! Everyone was soooo happy and loved the the wedding! From 5 year old kids to 87 year olds!

Just wanted to take a second to write about this amazing venue and their incredible staff; without them, I would not have had the wedding I have been dreaming about since I was a little girl! I was married July 13th, 2012, and I am still in awe of what an amazing experience my husband and I had.

First and foremost, this venue has an all-inclusive package, which is the best wedding invention IN LIFE. Trust me, being able to have all the vendors packaged into one solid price and all searched for and paid by your venue is the most stress-free experience I have had with event planning ever. The vendors they provide are amazing at what they do (especially our photographer, Leah Marie and her staff) and know the exact flow of the venue... you'll only focus on your special day.

Second, the venue itself is absolutely STUNNING!! All my guests were so impressed with the natural beauty of the place and all the incredible vineyards that surrounded it. Honestly, decorations were so simple and minimal because the area itself is perfect. The combination of a private vineyard, floral gardens, and an antique feeling ballroom makes for the perfect wedding scenario. You and your guests can be inside, outside, or wander anywhere around the large grounds of the villa, and the romantic vibe definitely takes over.

Third, the staff is phenomenal. The Villa is family owned, and it's quite obvious from the moment you visit the venue. David was such a great wedding coordinator (which to be honest I was worried about considering he is a guy)! I think the fact that he himself has been married there and in general is such a mellow and easy going person makes you as a bride feel confident and relaxed knowing that everything will be taken care of.

The Villa advertises that they are an "all-inclusive" wedding venue. In our experience, that was very far from the truth. In my opinion, many working women (especially those with any children) will want or need a wedding coordinator to help with the planning. This is something you do not get from the Villa. They offer a "day-of" coordinator only. So be very clear that if you have your wedding at the Villa, while you don't need to spend time finding your own vendors, you will be essentially planning every other detail of your day. The other things you will need to spend money on which are not included, will cost the average couple a few extra thousand dollars. These include but are not limited to renting tuxes, buying dresses, getting table favors, transportation, posters for the seating charts, etc. etc. Getting back to the service; they did not contact us at all during the year leading up to our wedding to offer any assistance or see how things were going. In fact the only time I remember being contacted by anyone at the Villa is when money was due. Also, a couple times I had to email the Villa a question about something that was covered in our contract because I was at work and did not have access to the document. Instead of them answering politely, I received a rude response at least twice. If the Villa representatives want to treat their clients that way, in my opinion they should not be working in customer service or the wedding industry. It's bad enough when you're buying a $5 fast food meal and get treated rudely at a drive-thru. But when someone is paying between $10,000 and $20,000 to a venue for an event, I feel that kind of treatment is not acceptable. We were left feeling like they were just happy to take our money and be done with things.

Where to begin with my story.... I met Eileen and Lauren July of 2010. I came down with my Matron of Honor and best friend to look at the venue. Villa was recommended to me by one of my bridesmaids. I loved the idea of everything being all inclusive, you just bring the dress :). Once I got to Villa and met Eileen and Lauren I knew this is where our wedding was going to happen. We got a tour of the whole venue and some insight into who Eileen is. Having meet her only that day I felt I had known her forever. When it was time to go we got hugs from both Eileen and Lauren and it sealed something for me. I came home told my Fiance about the venue and said we have to go see this place, I know it's where the wedding should be. We set up another appointment to come down. This time we brought a couple that was in our wedding party. Once they saw the venue for themselves they all agreed this was our venue. That led us to booking our wedding date! June 22, 2012. Now mind you this is July 2010. We gave ourselves time to save more money also I was in the middle of having my braces on, so of course those had to come off before the wedding. That was an amazing day. We locked a date down and it really established my relationship with Eileen, Lauren and her son David. With all the time I had to plan and prepare for the wedding I always stayed in touch with someone from Villa. They would send me "just checking in" emails. I loved that! Once the wedding date started to approach quickly we began our adventure into meeting with our wedding vendors. I decided since we lived an hour away that we would meet with all Villa's prefered vendors and start there. I loved how each vendor I met with they all knew the other vendor I would be meeting with. It really felt like a team effort. They really love working together and they all adore Eileen. It really made the planning process effortless! Before I knew it all vendors had been booked and everything was decided and planned out. The next thing I know rehearsal has already came and went and the wedding was days away. Since all the work had been done and I was in amazing hands I had no stress or need to worry about a thing! The day of the wedding I was one calm bride. You can ask Angela from Above and Beyond Beauty and my Matron of Honor I was so calm they were a little freaked. I just knew that everything was taken care of and I just had to arrive at the venue and get into my dress. And thats exactly what happened. Everything went off without a hitch!! Lauren was my Day-Of Coordinator and I couldn't have done it without her. She was my rock. Once it was time to line up to walk down the aisle I just had to take a moment to breathe and just soak it all in because they really set the tone for how the whole wedding went. Our wedding was the best experience of my whole life thus far. I can not think of a better place to get married at then Villa de Amore. Eileen feels like apart of my family. I hold a special place in my heart for her. Also we are going to be seeing her this Sunday to have a BBQ with her. I love how she wanted to invite us back down there. There will never be enough words to fully describe how amazing this venue is and how the staff and vendors connected to this place really do an outstanding job. <3

My family would like to thank everyone involved with my daughters wedding on June 16, 2012. Our experience was "First Class" from the first time we visited Villa De Amore. The location is picture perfect and every private. The grounds of the property are beautiful and the new Ballroom was great for dancing. The catering was amazing. Not your normal wedding food but really delicious. I can't tell you how many family and friends came up to us to rave about the food. The entire staff (caterers, bartenders, servers, etc. ) did a wonderful job of serving our guests. The officiant that performed the services was great and made the wedding fun and a family event. We had almost 200 guest and everyone had a great time. David was in charge of handling things for the wedding day. He was terrific and didn't miss a detail. Everything ran very smoothly and the smile on our daughter's face was something we will never forget. My fiancé (now husband:) and I came across Villa de Amore by pure accident, and what a lovely accident it was! While we were in Temecula viewing other wedding venues, someone mentioned Villa de Amore to us and we hadn't heard about it before that, but after looking at their web site we thought it looked beautiful and loved the concept of an all-inclusive wedding package. We called and spoke with Eileen directly and she told us to stop by that day. So we did and we were blown away at how GORGEOUS the location was. And how convenient the all-inclusive package deal would be. Unfortunately they didn't have the date we wanted available, so we ended up leaving a little disappointed, but then after a couple of weeks of talking, we decided we really loved that place and that we'd move our date to make it work. We went back the next month and booked it. It was the best decision we ever made!

David and Eileen were our main contacts throughout the wedding planning process. They were prompt to get back to us regarding any questions we called or emailed them about. The all-inclusive package was so wonderful because even though the main vendors are selected for you (caterer and DJ) you still get your choice of photographer, florist and cake vendor. All the vendors were wonderful, we used Sheila from Soiree Design & Events and she was fantastic, she really listened to my requests and completely understood the look I was going for. She was quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. We also used Leah Faddis as our photographer and Jennifer Duarte (Elegance on Display) for the cake. Both of them did a wonderful job, but I'd have to say they weren't as quick to respond to emails as the other vendors. I think they are both just extremely busy and maybe during wedding season take on too much. But the cake and our photos turned out beautifully.

The day before the wedding we had our rehearsal with Lauren and she was FABULOUS! She took her time to walk through every moment with us and really made us feel comfortable. They had a wedding that afternoon, but she never rushed us or talked over us, which was a very calming feeling. The Villa handles all of the setting up for you, so you don't have to ask anyone to go to the site that morning to set up, which we didn't know about and LOVED! Lauren even took notes when I went over where everything had to go on the day of and how it needed to be set up, I left the villa feeling confident that she would make sure everything was perfect... and it was!

The day of the wedding we got there a little later than we wanted to (note to brides, plan EXTRA time for your hair and make-up, especially if you have a large bridal party), but everything went smoothly and I think we started almost exactly on time. And from that moment on, everything went off without a hitch! I had mentally prepared myself for something to go wrong (because everyone told me it would) but NOTHING did! It was amazing! The ceremony was great, except a neighbor kid was playing basketball and I swear he did it on purpose because for the first part of the ceremony all you heard was that stupid ball! But regardless, the music was all timed out correctly (thank you DJ John!) and the flowers looked gorgeous. We even had flower cups on the outside chairs and they were filled and set out, ready to be thrown!

The cocktail hour was great (so I heard:), the food was delicious, the cake cutting, first dance and other dances all went perfectly and DJ John played EVERY song we specifically requested. It was so much fun! We also had a photo booth (DJ John's wife, Kim, was the one who I worked with on that and she was wonderful and quick to respond to emails, too) and everyone who wanted to go in the booth got to go in there. And then the night was over before we knew it! But it all went perfectly!

My only small complaint would be that I so very wish the venue could be open for dancing until 11pm (it ends at 10pm), but Eileen said that was against Temecula's laws, so there wasn't much we could do about that. Regardless, it was a wonderful day that we will NEVER forget!

And I have to say, every single person I talked to said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to and I know a large part of that was because of the beautiful location. We got married at the end of May, so the vineyards were green and beautiful and a perfect picture opportunity, especially for our out of town guests who don't get to see the beautiful landscape of California very often.

I had my wedding at Villa de Amore and it was truly the most amazing experience. Lauren was our day of coordinator (at least on the girls side, but I know there was someone else helping the guys out too, but I can't remember her name... I'm so sorry!) and she did such an amazing job helping everything run so smoothly so that I didn't have a stress in the world on my wedding day! All our guests were complimenting us on choosing such a beautiful location and I couldn't agree more. There are so many beautiful places to take pictures. I don't think my big day would have been the same if I hadn't done it at Villa de Amore! Highly recommend!

Vila de Amore was also so helpful in the wedding day process. Everything was included, except my dress it seemed. They included photographer, cake, catering, flowers, DJ, wedding coordinator and officiant (although we used our own). Plus they are stocked with some decorations that brides are allowed to use. This made my planning so much easier and their vendors are HIGHLY skilled! The food was amazing, the cake was beautiful and yummy, the DJ kept the part going and I'm sure our pictures are going to be amazing (don't have those back yet). Oh and my florist was quite amazing. I basically showed her my vision and she knew EXACTLY what I wanted and completely delivered.

My husband and I just got married on April 14 at the Villa! It was the best decision ever going with this venue not only because it's extraordinary in the sense of value, how beautiful it is, the location etc. but because the entire staff there is a family and makes you feel a part of it from start to end. Dave gave us a tour of the venue and we felt completely at ease and fell in love with it and then along the way everything was so organized!!! We had vendors to pick from and we could always email everyone with questions and they would get back to us immediately. The entire process was smooth and on the wedding day everything went so well! Our coordinator Lauren was the best and handled everything with grace and ease and even when the weather turned cold and windy they moved all the tables and chairs into their new reception room which is stunning! I am so happy the dinner was moved into this beautiful room which created such a romantic ambiance and also made sure our guests were warm and cozy! The food was amazing, the cake, the flowers and our great team of photographers!!! We cannot say more. Also, they have get togethers for people who have been married there and want to come back to hang out and mingle with other couples who spend their special day there too. How cute is that??

Villa de Amore is amazing, and our wedding day could not have been more perfect! From the first steps of looking at the venue through the planning, rehearsal, wedding day and all the way to mailing us our toasting glasses we left behind, they were everything we could have wanted for our wedding and more. They are amazing at answering emails with questions and staying on top of you with all your planning getting done on time. ALL the vendors we used provided by them were phenomenal and everyone at Villa and the vendors are the sweetest people and they do everything to make your day special. Eileen, David and Lauren were the best- Lauren was the one who took care of us on the day and we were relaxed and enjoying the day while she took care of everything for us, even made sure we had a glass of champagne in hand! Our day was perfect, and better than we could have ever imagined! If you want a gorgeous outdoor venue surrounded by vineyards and are considering Villa de Amore I would recommend them as the best venue to choose! This cost includes everything though!! Food, DJ, Flowers, Cake, Photographer, Minister, Appetizers and Venue for 10 hours!! The absolute best place to get married in Southern California...period! Every one of my guests said if they get married, it's here. You will not regret the amazing atmosphere and the quality of all of the vendors. From start to finish, you become family with these amazing people who truly give you a low-stress wedding of your dreams. No other venue compares!!!!!

This place is amazing!! My husband and I were married at the villa March 23, 2012. It is a family run business and they were very accommodating and organized. David was the coordinator for our special day and everything turned out so beautifully. I love that everything was inclusive and all their vendors were very helpful and made everything run smoothly. I did not have to worry about anything. They have a beautiful bridal suite that is perfect for photos and touch-ups. Their new ballroom was finished just in time to have our dinner / reception inside just in case it rained. The weather turned out to be perfect on that day. The cost was reasonable considering we had visited other venues around the area that were much more costly.
I love that they allow you to bring your own alcohol for your guest... Not like some other places that charge you an open bar fee per hour that seems ridiculous.
Villa De Amore is really your best option for any bride! I would recommend them to anybody who wants a stress free wedding like my husband and I had! Thanks to Villa De Amore's helpful and amazing staff my husband and I will have a lifetime of beautiful memories.

My husband and I couldn't have found a better place to have our wedding. From the moment we arrived we fell in love with not only the venue but also Eileen and Lauren! We literally felt like we were at a magical place, you could feel the love there and the love that Eileen has put into creating such a wonderful venue. From the moment we booked the date we had no stress. Lauren was always there when I would contact her to ask questions and she always made me feel at ease. Dealing with the florist, baker, caterer, DJ, Photographer and Lauren was so easy and they were all there when I had questions. Once the day arrived everything went so smoothly and Lauren was by my side making sure everything went as planned. I could not have envisioned a more perfect day, it was all beyond what I had expected. I would love to do this every year with my husband! We still talk about how beautiful the day was and how special everyone made us feel.

My daughter was married at Villa de Amore and I was completely blown away with this facility. It is a private estate so the secluded atmosphere is the perfect setting. Gorgeous, lush landscaping fills the estate which meant little decoration was needed. Their all-inclusive package made wedding planning a breeze for my indecisive daughter :) All of the vendors were more than accommodating. The food was AMAZING, my husband is a chef and could not stop complimenting it. Our coordinator Lauren was a doll and stayed with is till the end of the event and took care of EVERY detail. I kept trying to do things and she would send me back to be with my daughter and told me to rest assured she had it taken care of, and that she did! The DJ had great music and made the guests laugh. Guests couldn't stop raving about how fun our bartender John was. Fast service with a smile, you can tell this guy loves what he does. Flowers by Sheila and Jen were large & beautiful! Highly recommend this venue!

Brides with small budgets who dream of getting married with their friends and family in attendance, beware! Consider my tale your warning.

I got engaged in November 2010. One of the first things we did that week after sharing our wonderful news was to do our budget. We paid for our entire wedding by ourselves. When we were done crunching numbers, we realized that, while it's not woefully small, our budget was definitely not nearing 6 figures either. The budget we quoted all our vendors was $18,000.

Needless to say, we had our work cut out for us but I was optimistic.

I called this business to ask about wedding packages. I spoke to someone who was later identified as the manager. He started off very helpful and asked me about our budget. I told him "$18,000". He asked me about how many people we're expecting. I told him "about 200". He was pretty enthusiastic at first because he thought we had $18,000 to spend for the reception. When I corrected him and told him that $18,000 was our ENTIRE budget, things immediately went south.

He ceased being helpful and, in my opinion, very rude. He told me that there's no way we can get married with our budget, much less in Temecula. He said there's no way we can book a venue, pay for a ceremony and feed 200 - 250 people in addition to doing everything else we need to do with a budget of our size. He even helpfully suggested we cut down the amount of people we invite because "that's where your cost is."

I locked myself in my bathroom and cried. After I was done, I emailed their general email address and told them what our conversation was about, how I felt and how distressed I was after this conversation. I would have been done with this establishment had it ended there.

Instead, the owner then told me that she thought the manager (she's the one who identified him and his position) was not rude and that he was being "honest and upfront" about their pricing. She said that she was walking next to him during our entire phone conversation so she heard everything he was saying to me. She said they pride themselves on their exceptional customer service to their brides, that she was sure he was not malicious in his comments and DEFINITELY was not being rude.

This is where we differ in our opinions. I think it's rude to tell your prospective clients they don't have enough money to make their dreams a reality and imply they should look elsewhere. I also think it's incredibly rude for the OWNER of the establishment to think treatment of prospective clients in this manner is not only acceptable but to stand behind it.

I also think it's pretty craptastic to make a bride CRY because you, the owner, and your manager are telling her that SHE'S TOO POOR TO GET MARRIED!! How is this acceptable? And you pride yourself on your "exceptional customer service"? Maybe this exceptional customer service is only extended to those who actually become customers. However, if prospective clients are treated the way I've been treated, then I am amazed they have any customers to give this much lauded service to.

I'm sure the brides who have gotten married here had a great experience. I just can't help but wonder if it's because they had a bigger piggy bank than I did and that's why they received this "exceptional service."

It should go without saying that not only did I cross this venue off my list of possibilities (and yes, there are possibilities. There are other venues who are willing to work with me and have never made me feel terrible) but I will also never give them business of any kind.

In case you're wondering if we ever did manage to get married, we did. Not only was A 4 DIAMOND RESORT willing to work with our budget but they bent over backwards to ensure all 170+ of our guests had an amazing time. Guess what? They did.

One word describes our wedding, PERFECT!!! The staff at the Villa took charge of everything that day. There were things Lauren was doing all day in order to ensure our day went as smooth as possible. We wouldn't have done our wedding anywhere else! We searched and searched for places, but after touring the Villa we knew there wasn't any other place that would compare. Pictures do not do this venue any justice. If you're considering this venue, take a tour and you'll be sold. The best part is that it's an all inclusive venue. It took SO much stress off of me in planning and making sure all of the vendors were on the same page. We paid the villa and they took care of everything else. I am so happy that I found Villa De Amore on here comes the guide! Once I read the special offer I thought it was too good to be true until I actually saw the place in person.. Villa De Amore is the most gorgeous place I have ever seen for a wedding venue and after I went to the location I did not want to look anywhere else!! The staff are absolutely amazing and their vendors! They made planning a wedding seem so easy ;) My wedding day was like my dreams had come true!! Elieen and David are great, Lauren was great helping coordinate everything on my wedding day, John the DJ Divine Entertainment (he was great helping my husband and I and playing awesome music) , Christina and her team from Capture Moments (Can’t wait to see my beautiful photos), Rene Catering by Bitonti (People are still taking about how good the food was) , Carlos the florist made my beautiful flowers, Jennifer who made my wonderful cake Elegance on Display and Ken the minister. My guest loved the bartenders that worked there too, they had a fun time with them. The whole staff and the vendors works together as a team which made the whole night run smooth! Overall the wedding was AMAZING and PERFECT!! My guest are still talking about how beautiful and great it was and my wedding day was 9/22/2011. Thank you Villa De Amore for everything! We recently got married at the Villa de Amore on September 9, 2011. We immediately fell in the love with the venue on our first visit. The grounds are beautifully manicured and maintained and the surroundings vineyards are gorgeous. But that is just the beginning, the Villa has the most amazing staff and offers the best wedding vendors in the Temecula area. We found that the Villa's preferred vendors had extensive experience and were very familiar with the grounds and staff, which relieved a lot of stress on our part and also afforded us greater flexibility while planning. The Villa’s staff, Lauren and David were very accommodating, friendly, and most importantly reliable, which helped make our wedding day perfect. Also, the caterer was great and we had several guests compliment us on the food. The Villa de Amore made our wedding day dreams come true and we HIGHLY recommend this venue to any couple!

My wedding was June 26, 2011. It is now June 30, 2011 and my guests are still calling to tell me that The Villa de Amore was the most elegant and beautiful wedding venue that they have ever visited. The view is breathtaking. The Villa has so many beautiful areas that every turn of the corner is a new surprise. There is a beautiful rose garden that has a beautiful view of the mountains. The area where the ceremony will be held is breathtaking. The gazebo is to die for! The area where the cocktail area is held overlooks vineyards and has a beautiful view of the mountains. One male guest shared with me that when his daughter marries, this is the place where he would like her to marry. Another guest shared with me that she has been to many weddings. However, this wedding was the first where she felt emotions. She could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was. Words alone could not explain how happy my husband and I are that we chose The Villa.

In addition, the staff was wonderful! Many guests shared with me that the staff, waiters and bartenders made them feel very special.

The owner is a gem! She is very personable and will go out of her way to make you feel wonderful. Lauren, one of the wedding coordinators went the extra mile to make my wedding party and I feel like queens and kings.

The Villa has an all inclusive package. You literally do not have to pay for anything but your own alcohol. They have tons of decorations and accessories that will make your wedding look so beautiful. The price is VERY reasonable. Personally, I think the owner should charge twice as much if not more. I visited several venues in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. The venues are nothing compared to The Villa.

I would like to get married again (to the same man of course) just to experience The Villa de Amore one last time! Good luck to you and I hope this helps!!

Our wedding at Villa de Amore was on June 5th, 2011. The venue is fantastic and the all-inclusive package is a good value. Many of our guests said it was the best venue they had ever seen for a wedding due to the variety of different locations, and very much enjoyed the wedding experience there.

The staff was flexible to our requests and we were able to use our own vendors as well. The officiant Ken Pollard, DJ John Briganti, Photographer Christina Mills, Florist Sheila Alonzo, and Caterer Renee Bitonti all paid attention to our special requests, helped us with good advice, and did a great job of executing on the day of the wedding.

At one point, we did experience an issue over the start time listed in the contract and a less than professional handling of the situation by the owner. Luckily, David was able to salvage the situation after we expressed our concerns. This incident left us with worries and a "walking on eggshells" feeling all the way up to the day of the wedding. However, our coordinator David reassured us and promised us a great wedding day. David and his staff followed through on that promise by executing well and doing more than expected to make our day as smooth as possible.

I got married at Villa De Amore June 3, 2011 and they did an Amazing job! The Venue is an all inclusive package, meaning EVERYTHING is part of the package price. The only thing we had to pay for was the Alcohol for the bar. We decided to do an open bar for our wedding, which worked out great because whatever is left you take home. So your money is not wasted. My coordinator's Lauren and David were very organized and took care of everything. All the Vendor's were there on time and did exactly what We had asked. I used K&R photography for my photographer. The 2 girls worked very well together and took some amazing shots. They stayed till my reception was ending, which was definitely worth your money. Dj was fun, entertaining and worked well with my group. The venue only works with one caterer, but they did a great job of taking care of all of us..The food was soo delicious! We had a three layer cake with two different flavors.. The cake looked amazing and tasted soo good. I used Micheal's flower girls in Murrieta for my florist. They took such good care of us and did 100% on using my colors. So if you don't want to spend a fortune on a wedding, I would definitely recommend getting married here. It is absolutely beautiful and all the vendor's did a tremendous job! I have NO complaints..

Villa de Amore was WONDERFUL!!! In my opinion there is no better option in Temecula, or most of southern california for that matter!! I had the absolute best wedding and it was all because of Lauren. I don't know how she does it, but she works her tail off for you! She is so flexible, allows your vision to take shape, not just what they normally do. She is also just so fun and exciting to work, she truly loves her job and it shows!! My wedding guests are still talking about how this was the best and most beautiful wedding they've ever been to. I couldn't have dreamed of a better wedding! I was married at the Villa on May 21, 2011. The Villa de Amore is a beautiful place to start your married life. I am a big control freak and I pay attention to every detail and the Villa's staff made sure every detail was perfect and to my liking. I have to give a huge "thank you" to David the event coordinator for my day. He made sure I was taken care of the entire day. And something I appreciate more then ever was the fact that he always came to me throughout the day to keep me in the loop of when we wanted to do certain things during the wedding and reception. He made me feel soo comfortable and relaxed. Thank you David for making my special day perfect, I am soo happy to have worked with you and hopefully in the future we can work together again. I can't wait to hold another event at the Villa because I know it will be perfect. Everything went so smooth I can't complain. This place is magic! When my fiance and I booked this venue I breathed a deep sigh of relief knowing everything was taken care of and I didn't doubt this venue's capabilities once! Their weddings are done all inclusively (at a very reasonable price) so all the vendors are taken care of. With the assistance of the friendly staff of coordinators and vendors this experience was fun and easy! Day of the wedding everyone fulfilled their duties above and beyond. I had guests coming up to me all day telling me how great everything was!

Oh my gosh, I get teary eyed just thinking about my wedding at Villa de Amore. It was the wedding of my dreams, and I am extremely hard to impress. My husband and I must've gotten 100 compliments on the venue Saturday night and the high praises are still rolling in! Considering the breathtaking setting, highly competent staff, and all the included amenities the price is an absolute steal in Southern California! The planning process was smooth, too. The staff responded to every email within hours of me sending it! Their replies were always kind and thorough. I visited the venue three times before the wedding day, including my Design Day, and felt welcome every time. I really appreciated Villa de Amore's vendor flexibility, too. Although they have preferred vendors, they are flexible and allow you to bring in your own. Okay, I've gotta go. I'm getting post-wedding weepy. ;-)

I am from Spain and came to the Villa de Amore for a friend wedding. I fell in love with Villa when I first come to visit. I knew I must have my wedding here. When i become engaged me and my fiance were so thrilled with the helpfulness of Villa de Amore from planning our wedding from Barcelona. Every detail was perfect and the vendors were so kind and helpful as well. Day of our wedding was better than anything. Beautiful day and the Villa de Amore was gorgeous. Staff was so kind and helped through the whole day. This place makes it enjoyable to plan wedding and makes day of perfect!!!!

This place rocks! Great and friendly service, beautiful views and extreme ease in planning. My husband and I searched all around for packages that included everything since we are not from this area and did not know any local vendors and every suggestion they made went above our expectations! If I could give this place more stars i would!!! My sincerest thanks to this Venue for literally planning the entire thing! They make it easy, fun, and everything you want. The home is surrounded with many natural and creative beauties. All perfect for a wedding. However, what made it the perfect place for us was the love and compassion that was poured out by the staff. Those aren’t things that can be rented or bought. They can only be given away. This place freely provides a place for new friendships to be built and for two families to become one.

Where to begin. This place steals your heart the second you walk up! Friendly staff that makes you feel like family. Where honesty truly is their policy and not only do they tell you that they have your best intentions at heart, they really do. They made sure every step of the way that i was taken care of and that my planning was stress free and fun- - and it was. This venue is more then a venue. Its a family that you become part of. My wedding day far surpassed all my childhood fantasies! I was given everything promised and then some :) my husband and i have gone back twice to visit and have been welcomed with hugs and smiling faces and they even remembered our names. I just got married at Villa de Amore, and I was so pleased! I was planning my wedding from out of town and this all-inclusive place that was so affordable seemed too good to be true. My price was for 110 guests, included food, 2 bartenders, dj, officiant, cake, flowers, servers, cake cutting fee, parking attendant, all dcorations such as chair/altar decorations/barrel to hold the cake/vineyard access for photos/easles/parasols/shepards hooks, and day of coordinators. The package for $1000 more could have included photography as well, but we decided to go with somebody else. I initially wanted a vineyard wedding but after checking out the Temecula vineyards and VDA, I went with VDA because of price, flexibility, and the sense of intimacy. I really liked that we got to provide our own alcohol because we were able to have a full bar for so much cheaper (and we weren't limited to a particular vineyard's bad wine).

Let me break down the vendors:
1). Venue: Eileen is a bit difficult to reach on the phone, but overall good response over email. She has her son & another assistant helping her so sometimes they will answer the phone. She owns the place, and definitely does a fantastic job at keeping the grounds gorgeous. The place was so pretty the day of the wedding, and since I had never been there at night, I was very pleased with how the grounds looked in the evening. I always get compliments at how beautiful the place is. Bartenders were awesome and showed up many hours before the event started so that was nice for the bridal party and also for the early arriving guests. The day of the wedding, Eileen's staff catered to our every need and everything flowed seamlessly. I wasn't stressed about anything! Thank you VDA!

2). DJ: Manny Verdujo came with the package and overall did a good job. He was late the day of the wedding, and didn't play as many of the songs that we wanted but still was a decent dj who knows how to "feel" the crowd. he also has equipment for slide show which was cheaper than other companies.

3). Officiant: If there's one thing that drove my hubby & I up the wall was how flaky the officiant Ken was. He was horrible!! To reach him we had to try to contact him in 3 different mediums before he would get back to us. The day of, everything turned out okay. We were seriously concerned that he would flake out the day of the wedding. P.S. After this review was posted, Ken did contact us directly to personally apologize for the communications problems.

4). Florist (Flowers by Rodriguez): Carlos was amazing! He is super affordable and very amendable to recommendations...down to you picking all the specific flowers. I paid a bit extra to get more bridesmaid's bouquets, flowers for family, and I had to get extra centerpieces which were all really affordable altogether. He also made me a sample centerpiece months before the wedding.

5). Caterers (Catering by Bitoni): Renee and her husband Billy were really cool. He does all the cooking and she does the business part. They were very flexible, the food was very yummy the day of, and I also upgraded to get the chair ribbons, upgraded china, and the sitdown service. We also enjoyed our tasting very much.

6). Cake (Elegance on Display): Jennifer Duarte did a great job at designing a cake specific to your wishes. Honestly I'm not a big cake person so I won't be able to review the taste that well. I thought my cake looked really good though.

Overall, my day went really well. It was a really classy, beautiful event and the staff at VDA are experienced, accomodating, and very affordable. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. The place was intimate (we got the whole venue to ourselves for the entire day), and we could dictate our schedule without strict limitations.

My wedding experience at Villa de Amore was magical. I fell in love with the place and the staff the second I stepped foot on the property. The biggest compliment i can pay to Villa de Amore is that I was actually able to enjoy my wedding day. The staff at Villa de Amore caters to your every need and truly makes it the most magical experience. The coordinator Lauren kept telling my family and I "This is your day to enjoy, not work" and that's exactly how it was. I had great experiences with every vendor that came from the all inclusive package. John the DJ was awesome and kept everyone entertained and worked well with Lauren to keep the flow of the night going. The food (Renee and her staff) were amazing and the food was DELICIOUS! )he cake was beautiful and yummy. Lauren was there for anything we needed and made sure we stayed on track all night and was very easy to work with. Eileen Rivard and her staff at Villa de Amore are so much more than just a business. Getting married is not only one of the most amazing and important days of your lives but the preparation into creating that day is also very vital and supposed to be exciting and stress free.
When i first drove up the gated road to the Villa, my mother-in-law and I knew that this place was special. It was the first venue i saw, of many, for my wedding to take place. We were greeted in a friendly and warm manner which made us feel very welcomed and at home. After we had a tour around Eileen's beautiful property, my heart melted. It had such a well kept, romantic, homely feel to it. Exactly what my husband and I were looking for. I thought to myself it was too good to be true and that the price for a Wedding here wouldn't fit our budget. This is where Eileen and her staff are unlike any other venue i had researched. You knew they were flexible and wanted to make sure your day was as special as you had always dreamt of. They were so very accommodating to our needs without any questions asked. Even though i know Eileen is a very busy woman, she would always get back to me with any concerns or questions i had within days. All of Eileen's staff on board were beyond impeccable. Renee and the catering staff served up a beautiful platter of food and allowed me to have the option of two main dishes, Carlos and his floral arrangement was stunning (even though you don't need too many flowers, as Eileen's garden is full of breathtaking roses). Carlos made it very easy to communicate via email, as we live in Las Vegas, to send me pictures of his arrangements, to see if it matched our needs and wants. Her photographer, Lauren, is a very talented lady and at such a young age still. I was extremely impressed with her skills and vision and am excited for Lauren and her long career ahead.
To sum up, Eileen takes great care and consideration when finding her vendors to create the perfect Wedding day. They have worked together for a long time now, so everyone feels like family, and they all work closely together, so no communication is ever lost, everyone is on board, which is rare to find these days. They all treated Noah and I with the upmost respect and made us feel like family.
During the preparation of our Wedding i built a beautiful relationship with Eileen, that didn't just become a business transaction, it became a friendship.
Noah and I had the most beautiful Wedding day. My family came over form England and were so impressed with her home. Our guests told us it was the best Wedding they have ever been too, and that's because everything went smoothly and we were all taken care of in the best possible way.
I recommend to anyone i hear of wanting to get married in southern California to go see "VILLA DE AMORE". They will offer you the best and not skim on anything to make your day as perfect as ever.
Eileen offers above and beyond what any vineyard in the Temecula can or will offer. Why, because Eileen makes it personal and not just another Wedding sweeping by.

Villa de Amore is a physically beautiful venue. This is the reason we chose to have our wedding there.
Unfortunately, the service and professionalism we received prior to and the day of our wedding didn't not match the venue's beauty.
Had I known working with the owner and "coordinator" would be such a challenge, we would have taken our special occasion elsewhere.
When we first met the owner (Eileen) and up until we signed the contract, she was very pleasant. Getting in touch with Eileen was nearly impossible after that(we are still waiting on a response from messages we left a few days after our wedding regarding a missing item). Throughout the planning process she thought my mother was me, up until the wedding day.
I, the bride, never met the "coordinator" (Lauren), and we had to hire an outside coordinator to do what she was supposed to do. This being said, we literally paid Lauren to be there and not do anything.
Eileen did not do things agreed upon in our contract, adding to the stress of wedding planning, as we had to schedule to get things done that she was supposed to take care of.
During the reception, the bartenders complained TO OUR GUESTS that there was no tip jar, IN FRONT OF ME. It was originally requested that there be no tip jar on display (we didn't like the look or feel of it for the occasion), as the two bartenders would be well-compensated for their job. They put the tip jar out, and we requested they put it away. Then, more than once, while I was in the room with my guests, they complained to the guests that the tip jar had been "taken away." This part of the evening really put the icing on the cake when it came to how much we disliked working with these individuals.
Don't get me wrong. We had an INCREDIBLE day, with amazing memories to last us a lifetime! It was not the result of the venue, however. My husband and I, along with our friends and family, made that day spectacular.
You are reading this review for a reason, and that is to gain insight on where you will share your magical day with your own friends and family. This physical location is very nice, yes, but I don't believe it is worth the stress of dealing with who you will have to deal with. It is not worth the time, energy or money you will spend.

Everything went well for the wedding and I did not have one person come to me to advise of any problems. Eileen, Lauren and Becky we all very helpful in making sure my wedding day was just as I wanted. Becky and the bartender were fabulous on the day of the wedding. I received several compliments on the venue, food (thanks Renee) and service. Everyone had a great time. Thank you Eileen, Lauren and Becky for a perfect and memorable wedding day.

We got married on june 16,2007 at villa de amore. Villa de amore is more then just our wedding venue to us, its a 2nd home, the gates at the villa have always been open to us and eileen has always recieved us with open arms. eileen from day one has been more then just another stranger you meet ,shes family. We have known and kept in touch with eileen for 3 years and she has almost been like a second mom to us. She has been a true blessing in our lives. She has always gone out of her way just like family would. For our 3 yr wedding anniversary she and my husband planned out a surprise dinner for me and him with the villa all to ourselves, making more profound memories at villa de amore. I can definately speak for myself and my husband and say that our experience at the villa and with eileen is sumthing that will be forever lasting no doubt about it, and i would definately recommend for everyone to share in this experience at the villa and with eileen if they wish to engage in matrimony and gain a friend for life.

We had our wedding here and it was (BY FAR) the happiest day of my life, from Lauren, Ms. Eileen, the bartenders, Ms. Renee (the recommended caterer) and her staff, Mrs. Dolan (our florist, amazing flowers by the way!!!!) to the beautiful private venue everything was perfect (except the DJ, but he wasn’t recommended by the venue). This amazing place was perfect for us to share our day with our families and closest friends. We, (my husband and I) most definitely recommend Villa De Amore to anyone that wants a romantic, stress free (Eileen & Lauren were awesome) place to celebrate their day. A little pricy, but definitely worth every penny.

With the amount we paid in comparison to the things that went wrong we were rather disappointed. The owner of the venue is the wedding planner on the day of. Much of this could have been avoided if we had our own wedding planner who would have ensured everything was taken car of.

Breathtaking venue. Great service. I know that being in the wedding industry is such a chaotic and frustrating job, but Eileen and her staff do it so well & with such grace. Our guests had a great time and some are planning their very own weddings and want to host it here.

Even with all of the fires that day, my children being very ill, and hair dresser flaking that day, I had the time of my life and we would love to do it all over again.

The staff members were amazing, not only were they a huge help, they were always on top of things.

This was such a memorable wedding and I plan to renew our vows in the future there.

I just got married abt 2weeks ago at Villa De Amore, and I have to say it was absolutly amazing!! I searched all over Southern California and for the price, location and amenities - nothing comes close to this place!

The location itself is beautiful, but the owner and managers were so helpful and patient through the planning process. All the vendors they work with are easy to deal with and deliver 110% the day of. The food was delicious, the flowers were beyond what I imagined and the entire day went without a hitch! All of my guests having been raving about the location and all the Villa has to offer!I would highly recommnend Villa De Amore, your wedding will be PERFECT!!!

I attended a wedding here last summer, and it is a GORGEOUS venue! I was paying attention to the lady who seemed to be the coordinator and she was really taking charge and running everything very well. The food was great, the service was wonderful, the grounds were beautiful and the view of the sunset was incredible!

What a beautiful place this was! I have had so many compliments on how amazing everything looked! Everyone truly enjoyed themselves and i could not have asked for a better wedding day! Villa de Amore staff worked hard to make sure that everyone was taken care of with fantastic attitudes and professionalism. I wish them all the luck in the world and HIGHLY recommend booking your special day at this special place.

I've worked with Eileen at Villa de Amore on many occasions over the past few years. Every wedding was beautifully conducted and the grounds are always impeccable. One of my favorite venues in Temecula!
