Villa Siena - We had a morning Wedding with the Ceremony at 10 AM and we arrived at 8 AM to start Pictures. We had the Rehearsal the Night before and everything was already getting set up for us to see. The entire staff knew My and My Fiance's names and made sure we were always taken care of from the moment we walked in. The site is breath taking and is Perfect for Pictures. They were great to work with during the process of planning and worked directly with the Vendors I picked. Our Wedding Day was as stress free as it could be because of Villa Siena and the Staff.

Villa Siena was perfect in every way. We loved Amy and her team. She was very helpful throughout the year of planning and the day of. We felt like we were King and Queen for the day. The site was beautiful and our guests loved everything.

The staff at Villa Siena is amazing. The owner, Sabrina is fantastic! Not only is Villa Siena absolutely gorgeous, but worth every penny. They went above & beyond our expectations to make our wedding absolutely phenomenal. All we had to do it bring the decorations and things and on the wedding day it was all set up beautifully. I was very impressed. Our coordinator, Amy helped me feel so at ease for our wedding. I wasn't nervous about the way things would look. The staff was also very helpful. The night of the wedding, the staff was really attentive and asked me throughout the night how I was and if I needed anything. I highly recommend it and you WON'T be disappointed.

The owner Sabrina and our coordinator Hope were very nice, helpful, and always happy. It was always a pleasure to work with and communicate with everyone there. Hope was amazing and so flexible and helpful with EVERYTHING along the way. I put 100% faith in her and she gave me a beautiful wedding experience that went so smoothly thanks to her. The venue was beautiful and the pictures came out amazing because of the setting.

We first saw this place 2 years prior to our wedding day. We knew from the beginning that we had to get married here. When we sat down with Hope on the first day, she was thorough, knowledgable, and helpful. They made the entire process easy. The best part was that on the wedding day, we had absolutely nothing to worry about except just showing up. Hope made sure that even the smallest details were taken care of. I could not have dreamt of a more perfect wedding and it was all because of Villa Siena and Hope.

Villa Siena helped make my wedding everything I dreamed of! The venue is breath-taking and the staff is a true joy to work with. The packages they offered took away so much of the stress, leaving me able to fully enjoy the process of wedding planning. Whenever I hear of someone getting married I always recommend Villa Siena!

One word.......AMAZING!!!! We couldn't of asked for a better place to get married. Everyone always says "something will go wrong it always does" but nothing did!!! Everyone was such a pleasure to work with and they made sure everything went smoothly. Very friendly, happy and helpful. 10 out of 10!!!!

Villa Siena is amazing. Before I booked Villa Siena for my wedding I looked at what felt like hundreds of other possible ceremony and reception locations, and in my opinion not one matched the beauty of Villa Siena. The staff is helpful and courteous and always responded quickly to my emails. The coordinators are fantastic--Amy made my wedding day run so smoothly! They also have a great list of vendors to choose from for catering, flowers, etc. Having this list made planning super easy, and I knew I could rest assured that any vendor I chose would do a good job (I used Events by First Rose for flowers and A Savory Affair for catering and Piece of Cake Desserts for the cake--all were excellent). If I could give Villa Siena a 10 out of 5 I would!!

Villa Siena was a beautiful venue in the evening! It was like a fairy tale and I was really impressed by the organization of our day of wedding coordinator, Hope. The vendor food there was awesome and the wait staff was excellent. It was a worry-free evening thanks to Villa Siena! Very much recommended.

I had first seen Villa Siena as a wedding guest in May of 2005. When I walked into the beautiful villa, I knew where I wanted to get married some day. I was in love with the courtyard, chandeliers, basically the overall architecture and beauty. 5 years later, when Mike and I got engaged, I knew without a doubt where I wanted to get married. The venue was the highest priority for us when planning a wedding. We picked the BEST in the valley! Villa Siena is breath taking. To this day, I still get goose bumps when I walk into this incredible Italian villa. The property is well maintained and we appreciate that attention to detail. What Mike and I really enjoyed was that we could get married and have the cocktails/reception in one private location. That was important to us, not to mention beautiful scenery for our pictures. The staff was friendly and very helpful. In fact, the overall experience was simply fantastic and stress free. We received so many compliments from our guests about Villa Siena and how much they enjoyed the wedding. I am proud to say that we got married at Villa Siena.

Villa Siena is a perfect place to have a wedding. The place is absolutely gorgeous simply on it's own, it feels like you're right in the heart of Tuscany in a pristine villa. We worked with Amy as our coordinator and she was absolutely amazing. She made sure everything ran perfectly smooth and I didn't have to worry about anything. She kept everyone on time and everyone loved her. For the price this venue is amazing, I couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding!

We felt like we were in Italy. Villa Siena was the most beautiful place to have our wedding. Stone and wooden floors, archways. Endless photo opportunities. It was very elegant. We had our wedding in August to take advantage of the summer rates. The staff at Villa Siena was very accommodating. They have plenty of candle holders, curtains, and decor that you can borrow (free).

We LOVED Villa Siena, it is such a beautiful place and all the girls went above and beyond our expectations. Even all of our guests said they have never been to a more amazing and perfect wedding. We would recommend Villa Siena to everyone!

Villa Siena is one of the most beautifully decorated venues that my now husband and I came across. We enjoyed it from the glow of the fireplace over our evening ceremony to the serene lighting of the reception room. The staff was very professional and never hesitated to answer questions. The food was delectable and memorable. The all in one package made this journey easier to navigate. I plan on visiting this venue again with future party planning.

Villa Siena is an amazing venue not only because of the breath taking atmosphere but because the staff is a god send. Our Wedding coordinator Amy was an amazing help the whole way through the wedding process. She was quick to respond to any question I had seemingly no matter what time of day it was, she responded to one email at 10pm about 5 minutes after I sent the email! We met with Her 30 days before the wedding and out lined how we wanted the ceremony and reception set up. She offered great ideas for things we didn’t have an answer for yet. We were able to take our dresses and tuxes in the day before the wedding as well as all of the décor we wanted used. They set up everything for us we didn’t have to do a thing. Every time I thought of something and asked our coordinator about it, it had already been taken care of. Our wedding was perfect and that was in large part to Villa Siena and their amazing staff.

Villa Siena was absolutely amazing. It is such a beautiful venue, and once I saw it, I knew that I could not have my wedding anywhere else. Once we started working with Hope, we knew that we had made the right decision. On the day of the wedding, everything was perfect! Hope was a step ahead of us the entire day - always there when we needed her, reminding us where to be and when, and helping us move everything along at the speed we wanted. Everything was taken care of, and I could not be more pleased with how my wedding went, largely due to the skill of the crew at Villa Siena.

My husband and I had both our ceremony and reception at this location and every detail went perfectly. Hope, our coordinator, was always answering all our questions in a timely matter and we never had any problems. The day of our wedding I was overwhelmed with how beautiful everything turned out. It truly was a dream come true. I never even needed to be nervous about the wedding flowing smoothly because it was above and beyond my expectations! My entire guest list said they had never been to a wedding that was so wonderful before!

We only had our reception at Villa Siena, so I can't review it as a ceremony location, but for a reception, it was PERFECT! WE had looked at a lot of different venues. The staff at Villa Siena was great! I knew I wanted to work with them before we even took a tour. It is such a beautiful location, and so romantic. The pictures taken there were absolutely stunning. Villa Siena was a great location to start our new life together. People are still talking about how elegant the reception was.

I can not say enough about our experience here! Our rehearsal was wonderful, and ran so smooth. There was nothing out of place.The wedding day went to plan so wonderfully. The venue is beautiful and Hope is wonderful. It was worth every PENNY we paid and then some. I didn’t want our wedding to end. We had Hope as our on site coordinator and she is the great!! She was rolling up her sleeves and helping with anything and everything that we needed. She made us feel at ease and always made sure that we didn’t have any questions or concerns. We had our wedding as a destination wedding and she made sure that I didn’t loose any sleep over any of the issues that came up while we were planning our big day. One tip: Make sure you use vendors that they recommend...they are just as wonderful.Thank you Villa Siena for the best wedding day!!

This is a stunning venue that will leave your guests speechless and provide for beautiful wedding photo opps. It provides so much natural decor, that I didn't have to spend a lot of money decorating it myself. From the lush landscape to the beautiful Italian architecture, every room is unique. I also couldn't have done it without the great staff at Villa Siena. Anytime I had a question or concern, Amy Weide, one of Villa Siena's on day coordinators, was there to assist. We couldn't have been happier with our choice to celebrate our wedding here and highly recommend it to other brides.

Villa Siena was the most beautiful and picturesque location I could have asked for for my wedding. From the courtyard to the ballroom, everywhere you looked was the perfect backdrop for my photos. I had my dream wedding at Villa Siena. Everything was perfect! The staff was very professional and a pleasure to work with! My day went extremely smooth from begining to end. The emotions and the stress that you feel during that day are more than you can imagine and understand until you are there. Having the wonderful staff and amazing vendors that produce what they promise, takes away so much of the pressure. I was able to enjoy every second with my family and friends. I didn't have to worry about a thing. All I had to do was show up and enjoy every second with the love of my life.

My husband and I have not stopped talking about our experience with them. They made our wedding the most perfect day. They make a wedding stress free, everything is done for you and they are happy to fulfill any requests. Absolutely gorgeous! Villa Siena provided my wife and I with our dream wedding. The decor is so beautiful you won't need much for the ceremony and reception. Staff is also great and very flexible.

We got married in November at Villa Siena and it was amazing! Our friends and family were blown away by how unique and beautiful the location was. The vendors that we used off of their preferred list were great. For flowers we used First Event Rose and for the caterer we used Bon Cuisine. Everyone loved the flowers and commented on how great they looked, the food was very high quality and the presentation was very professional. We had Amy for a coordinator at Villa Siena and she responded promptly to questions along the way and on the day of she was always available to help and she had things running like a well oiled machine; not one thing went wrong for us that day. It was the perfect wedding and we were so happy. This venue is pricy in comparison to some places, and we spent extra money on their package (includes: cake, food, alcohol, etc.) that included most everything and it made things so easy. Worth every penny!

I was a little nervous that Villa Siena wouldn't feel personal because they are a specific "wedding" venue. But I couldn't have been farther off! My experience with Villa Siena was irreplaceable. I didn't lift a finger, worry about a thing, or have one ounce of stress (and I am an event planner for a living)! Amy, our wedding coordinator, was on point and calm! Everyone around me kept saying I was the calmest bride they'd ever seen -well it's easy when everyone else around you is fabulous! I would absolutely recommend Villa Siena for any event...but especially your wedding! Villa Siena has my personal contact information and I am happy to be a reference for them any time! Please don't hesitate if you have any questions.

Villa Siena provides the most beautiful venue I have ever found in Arizona for a wedding! It is a wonderful because they never double book the Villa Siena. Once you have scheduled your wedding, you and your wedding guests will be the only ones at the facility. The staff at Villa Siena are very attentive and go above and beyond to make your special day, just that, hassle free and special. I was able to drop all the dresses, tuxes, centerpieces, and other wedding items off early and they stored everything in a locked room, which made the day of the wedding a lot less stressful. Villa Siena provides a wedding coordinator for the day of and that also made for a wonderful day! Villa Siena helps walk you through organizing your entire day, everything from vendor recommendations, ordering linens, and even setting up centerpieces!I even had a guest who called a taxi company that did not show and the Villa Siena security guard used his own vehicle to shuttle my guests back to their hotel. Now that is service!I could go on and on, but I give Villa Siena my highest recommendation to any bride and groom who chooses to get married in Arizona!

Beautiful!!!!

Villa Siena's venue is like walking into a Tuscan estate somewhere in northern Italy. The detail work is magnificent and requires little to no additional decor. The fountain and outdoor fireplace were the perfect location for our nuptuals and our guests loved the fact that they didn't have to drive to the recpetion site -- that it was right there on locatioin. It was perfect! The staff were so incredibly helpful and professional. I couldn't imagine having my big day at a more perfect location.

Villa Siena is a gorgeous venue or any kind of wedding. The staff is wonderful and I cannot wait until I attend a wedding there just so that I can go there again.

The Villa Siena is the perfect place to have your Wedding. It was like having my own Wedding planner! They have a list of photographers (I recommend: One Fine Day Photography), DJ's (I recommend: Jeff at Ray the DJ), carterer, and a florist (I recommend: Blume) for you to chose from. They help organize every detail for you. I worked with Hope Wildey there and she was so helpful. Trust me, I was an extremely picky bride and I was so impressed with everything on my Wedding day, every detail was perfect! We had our Ceremony outside and then had our reception inside (one location, very convenient for your guests). You can also rent out the entire venue, which was wonderful for us...private! The Venue is absolutely gorgeous... Romantic, Tuscan style. The architecture is fabulous. My words really can not express how gorgeous the Villa Siena really is, you have to go on line or set an appointment to see it for yourself. Sherry Gavin

Villa Siena was a wonderful venue! We had such a great time there! Everyone was so impressed with the look of the venue, how beautiful and well-manicured the gardens were as well as how attentive the staff was. Amy Weide was fantastic and very willing to be flexible with everything! Also, the great thing about this venue is that they were very understanding about personal situations and were lenient on us with a lot of things. As long as you did your part and stayed in contact with them, they were more than willing to do their part to work with you and make your day wonderful. The only thing I would say about flexibility is that we were not able to come in a couple minutes early to the venue to set up. It is written in your contract that you had to pay to come in earlier and they did allow an extra hour for vendors to set up (which is good for the vendors and not misleading in anyway to you as the consumer), but it was just really inconvenient in that aspect that you had to pay about $150 for just 15 minutes. However, I will say this: I wouldn't have had it any other way to be with anyone but them. The other thing is that we were so distraught by so many things that happened in the past 48 hours (my brother was in the hospital due to an accident, the best man's father past away, an old family friend couldn't come because their grandmother was in her last hours, money was tight because of all the issues, etc) and we forgot the sparklers that they gave up some left over sparklers from another wedding so that we could end the night as we pictured it. It was soooo wonderful! I love Villa Siena.

Our coordinator at Villa Siena was Amy and she was fabulous! It was a bit expensive, but completely worth it to us. Amy was so helpful during the rehearsal and the day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about a thing. The place is beautiful, we got so many compliments on our wedding.

Villa Siena is a lovely venue, so picturesque and beautiful! The staff is all very professional, and I received nothing but wonderful complements about the venue. We had our ceremony in the courtyard, followed by cocktail hour in their smaller ballroom, and the reception in the big ballroom. Everything was so beautiful. My only complaint is that they make you place your minimum guarantee at the time you sign your contract (for me that was 1 year in advance). However, you can't guarantee too low of a number, because their pricing structure is set up in a way that the the more guests you "add-on", the more money you will end up paying. This was tricky for me because I had a lot of out of town guests on my list, and wasn't sure who would be able to come. I ended up contracting for 175, but 2 weeks before the wedding, I only ended up with 160 guests, but still had to pay for those additional 15 guests, and they didn't cut me any slack.

I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED Villa Siena. It was the dream location for our wedding. It provided a very European/Tuscan feel...perfect, as my husband and I would be living in Switzerland after the wedding. They were very accommodating and helpful during the whole planning process. Beautiful site, helpful staff, GORGEOUS ballroom...made for some spectacular photos. They have great suggestions for wedding providers, so I didn't have to look far for photographers, caterers, etc...and all of the related providers have worked a lot at Villa Siena, so they know how to set up the good photos, great buffets, etc. I would highly recommend Villa Siena as a future wedding site for anyone. My only complaint...we had to end our reception earlier than I would have liked due to their policy to respect the homes in the area. When planning the biggest night of your life, it isn't always fun to end by 11pm.

Villa Siena is such a beautiful venue! I was so impressed with the event coordinator (Hope) and staff. They made sure everything ran smoothly. Our wedding was amazing and everything was picture perfect!

The amazing staff at Villa Siena made my wedding more than I had ever dreamed of. Let me explain my 4/5 on Value for Cost - it was a bit pricey, a little more than what we were looking to spend, but I (and my fam!) have no regrets with our choice. Everything was perfect, and my husband, my family, and I were all able to just enjoy the day and relax! I felt very comfortable with the whole staff, everyone knew exactly what they were supposed to be doing, and were very competent and could roll with whatever came up that evening. Not only was my family and husband very well taken care of, my guests were too! Villa Siena was very accommodating for my husband and I, we did a few non-traditional things, and they were so happy and excited to help us realize our vision! The overwhelming comments we received from the guests were that our wedding was the best, most fun, and most amazing wedding they'd ever been to. I thank Villa Siena for everything, if I had to do it over again, I would not have changed a thing - I'm a perfectionist, and I will be the first to say my wedding was perfect in every way.

Lisa and the staff are so amazing! I work in downtown Phoenix and couldn't get there durring the office hours for most of the meetings. They were really great about staying late to meet with me and always got back to me on things quickly. They really went above and beyond on my wedding day and made sure that everything was perfect down to the last detail. They really do a great job of treating you like a bride instead of a customer.

I loved Villa Siena for the wedding, it's absolutely picturesque and amazing. It's the only place in AZ that gives off such a real Tuscan vibe to it. I wish it had been less expensive which I didn't give it 5 stars over all. And their sound system didn't work which was a big disappointment when you have paid that much money. But even with that I had people raving about my wedding and how beautiful the venue was!

Villa Siena was beautiful and perfect for our wedding. The staff was great to work with and I did not have to hire a separate wedding day coordinator because the Villa Siena staff provided that service in-house. It was a little pricey but everything came out just as I expected so in the end it was worth it.

Villa Sienna was a great venue. It was absolutely beautiful and everyone that attended our wedding said it was the most beautiful one they had ever been to. It did cost quite a bit but if you have the money to spend on a wedding there and want it to be spectacular it would be worth it.

Villa Siena is gorgeous. It has a great atmosphere. Everyone loved it! It is quite expensive though. However, given the options of other venues, it was worth it.

The location from the outside is on a somewhat busy street but inside the Villa Siena and the courtyard it truly feels like you are in a place in Italy. The noise from airplanes can't be avoided at times, but overall, very intimate ceremony setting- only one venue at a time. The reception ballroom was perfect and beautiful, just as I pictured for us. The quality architecture and lighting added to our pictures. The management at that time could have been more prompt and professional in meeting with us and meeting our needs, but there is different management now so maybe that has improved. Very beautiful setting!

The Villa Siena is a beautiful venue to host your wedding and reception. It had everything that I wanted and had in mind to create the perfect wedding.One complaint is that they make you place your minimum guarantee at the time you sign your contract. Their pricing structure is set up in a way that the the more guests you "add-on", the more money you will end up paying. You also have to pay on a monthly basis and 1-2 days prior to your scheduled payment you might be receiving a phone call or e-mail that your payment is due. It leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you are trying to plan such a wonderful event.Also, any special requests that you may have, make sure that you have it written specifically into the contract. If you do not have it in writing and think that what you discussed is in "good faith" you may be disappointed towards the end when you may not get what you wanted and were led to believe something different.

Great venue but our contact didn't follow through on everything promised in our contract once she discovered we had a wedding coordinator - she didn't even greet the bride/groom's families on the day of the event. The guard they provided to watch gifts as well as the main entrance was asleep during the reception. However -- beautiful location and staff worked very hard.

Villa Siena is a stunning venue for weddings. The facility is gorgeous and the staff is helpful. Our event went off without a hitch and all of our guests are still talking about how wonderful the whole day was at Villa Siena. Our coordinator at Villa Siena did take a while to respond to phone calls and emails, but things smoothed out the week before the wedding and we had no unexpected surprises.

As part of their wedding cake package, we have been fortunate enough to deliver hundreds of wedding cakes to the gorgeous ballroom and every time we see it, it is just as beautiful as the first. It is a definitely must-see during your wedding planning.

Villa Siena has to be one of the most beautiful places in all of Arizona to be married. The grounds are beautiful and pristine. They have one of most incredible ballrooms ever. The staff and management team are some of the kindest, most professional I've ever worked with. They offer the best of everything - food, scenery, staff and such beauty!!
