Brandi was delightful to work with, and I would recommend her wholeheartedly. She does absolutely beautiful jewelry, and helped make my daughter's wedding complete. Her professionalism speaks for itself.

I had Brandi design a matching set for my wedding. And she was so thoughtful and nice, we had like 5 sessions because I couldn't make up my mind.
The end result was exactly what I wanted a piece I would wear for my wedding, and then wear out on the town if I wanted. I love it.

My name is Brandi Collins, I am a jewelry designer and metalsmith. I design my jewelry from the heart. Some of my favorite pieces include those that I have designed in collaboration with my clients. My intent is that you will have a wonderful piece, for you to cherish for your day, and many more days to come.

Villain Accessories itself was established in 2006.This year marks our first year offering our designs wholesale and will be attending ACRE in Las Vegas. We are avalible for trunk shows. Appoinmnets are available.

What brands do you carry?
I carry my own handcrafted designs.
Is your jewelry hand crafted?
My jewelry is hand crafted, designed and manufactured by me.
Do you offer custom design other than selecting the stone and setting separately?
Absolutely. My work is there for the world, but I love working with my clients and bringing the vision that they have in their minds to life.
Do you offer ring sizing in-house? If yes, how long will an average custom order take, from initial contact to delivery?
I do not offer rings.
Do you offer stone upgrades if the client purchases their original stone with you?
N/a
Do you offer a payment plan?
For custom designs I require half down at the time of placing the order and the second half of the balance to be paid in full before delivery.

Discounts are offered in set of 3. In Example three sets of matching earrings, necklaces, or Hair pins
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is placed, I will have your product packed in a gift box, and in the mail within 7 business days. I will attempt to fit your pieces together in the one gift box so if you need to have a gift box per item I must be told before I ship or additional boxes will be shipped to you at *your* expense. If the item ordered is a custom made item, the shipping time will vary per item. *All products on my website will take 1 week to make and ship. Please take this into consideration when time is a factor. I ship in the US via: USPS Priority Mail and USPS International for out of US shipments. Please Note* After your package has shipped, VillainAccessories.com is not responsible for the speed of delivery, packages undeliverable, etc. *Make sure your shipping address is correct.
Shipment Notification: Once your order has shipped, I will provide a delivery confirmation number in your account status and mark your item as shipped. You will also receive an email notification on your changed shipment status. Please check your confirmation number or your shipment on USPS.com before contacting me about your shipment status
Warranties
Villain Accessories offers Repairs on any damaged or broken items with in 30 days of purchase with original receipt, and as long as item is broken while being used within its original intention.
Return Policy
Villain Accessories offers exchanges only no refunds within two weeks (14 days) from the date purchase, on new and unworn product only. If an exchange is not applicable it is at managements discretion to offer store credit. For custom orders due to their personlized nature we do not offer returns or exchanges. We do not offer any implied or expressed warranties in this matter. And encourage you not to purchase if you are uncomfortable with these terms.
Color options: When dealing with color too much or too little, less is more. 2 color combinations- maybe three at the most no more.
