Vina Robles Winery

I knew that I wanted to get married at Vina Robles the first time I stepped foot. The building and grounds are impeccable! The first person I met was Gaye and she was just as sweet and helpful as can be! Also, Dianna assisted us with all the technicalities. They seemed like they were just as excited for our wedding as we were! We decided to do something that had never been done and got married in the Signature Room where we set everything up like a church. I just could not have imagined it any other way and it was absolutely breathtaking! Vina Robles and the entire staff was on point every bit of the way. I cannot give them enough positive feedback because they truly made the day run perfectly. I would recommend this venue to any bride....it was AMAZING!

After looking at about 8 wineries in Paso Robles we narrowed it down to Vina Robles and Firestone. We exchanged emails for a while with both, and were finally sold on Vina Robles based on their communication and facility. We couldn't have made a better decision!To start, the facility is absolutely gorgeous. The winery has a gigantic tasting room, and a dedicated reception room (The Signature Room). The greatest thing about the Signature Room was the fact that it's already decorated, and has a wonderful built in sound system, complete with iPod attachment (we didn't hire a DJ). If you're looking to get married during the day there's a beautiful outdoor grass area located just behind the winery. We got married at night on the Petite Terrace, which is just outside the Signature room. There's a really pretty terrace, and when lit up at night (VR was even nice enough to provide the spotlights) it was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was wonderful to work with, even when our primary contact left two months prior to our marriage. We worked with Gaye in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and she was awesome. She provided some great ideas, and during our rehersal and wedding was always around to assist. We also have to give a big shout out to Kenny, their facilities guy, who was always around to help with lighting, sound, water fountains, etc. You won't go wrong picking this place for your reception and/or ceremony. The location, staff, and wine (the Red4 is great) all make this a great place to start your lives together.

After having a rough time finding a venue for approx. 120 guests, we lucked out with Vina Robles. Not only was the price reasonable (still plenty but way less than many of the other wineries), but their event coordinator was very flexible. Where other venues, you had to use their vendors and follow their guidelines, Vina Robles was very willing to work with us (within reason of course).We use the Petite Terrace for our ceremony, the tasting room for cocktails and appetizers, the Signature Room for dinner, and the Petite Terrace again for dancing. The only real problem we ran into was the wind on the patio, but you can't blame them for that!

The location was absolutely wonderful for our wedding. The variety of areas to celebrate made the Vina Robles the perfect place to have an indoor & outdoor wedding. We had the most perfect day at Vina Robles! It was the best decision to choose this venue! Guests enjoyed that they transitioned to different areas to celebrate different parts of the wedding from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception, to dancing. Also, the staff there was great to work with. It was all fabulous!

We had our daughter's wedding here in June 2008. We were the third wedding that they had since opening. A beautiful venue, personal, yet spacious place to have a wedding. We were very pleased with the personal attention to making our special day easy and stress free. Not surprised that current posts are so complimentary. A quality place.

Vina Robles Winery has so many different ceremony sites it will be hard to choose just one. On the side of the winery there are beautiful oak trees and a gorgeous lawn or perhaps the courtyard with the fountain and view of the rolling hills or the back of the winery for an intimate setting.For an indoor reception there is the vaulted ceilings and spacious reception room. Their staff and wine selection are top notch. I'm so grateful to be able to design wedding flowers for this site!

A newer and absolutely beautiful winery. The layout and use of space for a wedding makes things flow smoothly and give a variety of options. With beautiful scenery all around, your pictures will look awesome. You can choose to have your ceremony indoors for a winery meets church feel, or have it outside with the full winery views. I can't begin to tell you how impressive Vina Robles is. It's been designed so well, every detail is just wonderful. Adriana is the point person and was exceptional. When our client told us about Vina Robles the first time, her words said everything, "It's perfect".
