I had reserved their top of the line Bentley. When I walked out of our reception, a completely different car was sitting on the street. Apparently, there was a break down "twenty minutes earlier" and therefore they were not able to notify anyone of the change. It was a disappointment at the time and my correspondence with them has been a complete disappointment ever since and has consisted of their copying and pasting my contract terms into emails. Regardless of what the contract state, it was a let down and not something I would recommend to anyone looking for a vintage getaway car. I wish I could say better things about the company, but will only be telling people to stay away.

We had a beautiful Rolls Royce for our wedding. We called the day before the wedding to change the groom's pickup location and time. They were so accommodating. They showed up early to both pickup locations. The Rolls was clean and the driver was friendly. When I had my "oh my goodness I'm getting married" moment my Rolls driver handed me kleenex and an ice cold bottle of water immediately and asked if there was anything he could do for me or anyone he could get for me. Gotta love that kind of service!

WOW. We used the Jaguar, and both the car and chauffeur were awesome. We couldn't have been more thrilled. It was a gift from my inlaws. Highly reccomend.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I rented the Rolls Royce limo to drop me and my dad off at my outside wedding ceremony and then to later come back and pick up me and my new husband as we left the reception!! The car was GORGEOUS! I felt so special getting all the attention from other cars!! It was very clean and the driver was sooooo nice and professional! He was a good driver, he talked and was friendly, and did whatever I asked him to! He stayed after the ceremony for pictures and he showed up a little early at the end of the night just in case we were ready to go a little early, which I'm glad he did, because we were so exhausted!! Vintage Auto Rental was so kind, professional and courteous leading up to the wedding, during the wedding, and even after the wedding. Couldn't have asked for more!

Expensive but very professional and friendly

Thank you for making our wedding day ending a wonderful experience. The driver was professional and well verse in history of the Benley. He shared the secrets of why people honk at wedding couples and the expectations of a kiss after each honk. We arrived at the Madison and what surprised me the most was that I offered the driver a $20 tip and he refused stating that his servicing was included in my initial payment. I was taken by his comment and realizing that he was the first to refuse a tip. I was very impressed by his gester of good will. PS. the classical music was the highlight of the trip and the CD I received will be part of our wedding memorbolia. Awesome is my final word. Thanks.

The most affordable and reliable in the area. I searched high and low and Vintage Auto Rental of Memphis for Hire were by far the least expensive for the services. Our shuttles were on time, they called to confirm every detail, and they were very clean! The service and professionalism were outstanding.
