Loved how VIP is a small independently owned bridal salon. I actually found my dress at a big retail but called around to see who could beat their price. VIP was easy to work with and was very professional. Loved how they know who you were while you were there, always making sure your needs were meet. There customer service was personal and heartfelt. Thank you again!

I purchased my Jim Hjelm wedding gown, and walked out with it in the same day! Sample sale! The staff here is so lovely ~ not pushy, truly helpful, and patient! I had a blast shopping with my bridesmaids and mom here. It's a darling shop!

VIP was everything that I was looking for in a bridal boutique that the bigger places just can’t give you. The girls at the shop really give you that personal touch. When I first went to try on dresses they listened to the kinds of styles that I liked and we went from there. They never pressured me to buy and you never felt rushed. Once I did buy my dress the service was still top notch. They are a family owned business that really cares about their brides. I had my dress altered there as did one of my bridesmaids and both of our dresses fit like a glove after the first alteration. I can’t say enough good things about these girls because they are all just wonderful! They have a large selection of designers and are very easy to work with. You can’t go wrong.

Absolutely LOVED my dress. I had no idea what to expect walking into this shop and all the girls were great. They weren't too pushy and made the shopping experience laid-back. They made sure to listen to everyone's input. They didn't have an overwhelming number of options and I liked that they had dresses unique that were designed just for their shop. I would highly recommend them.

I really loved this place! The staff is so friendly and I'm actually going to miss seeing them all the time! My dress was beautiful and the bridesmaid dresses we perfect. They held my hand the whole way through and I would send any of my friends to them! The only bad thing I have to say is that I wouldn't order tuxes from them. We had some troubles but everything ended up great and in the end, they fixed all of the problems! LOVE THEM!

VIP is great! From my first fitting to the time that i picked up my dress they were perfect. I was even late for my first appointment and they didn't even say a word about my tardiness and treated me with professionalism and courtesy. I would highly recommend any one looking for a dress to make this there first stop. Trust me you'll be back.

I found the most beautiful dress at VIP! I had never heard of this place and went there because the carried a certain brand of dress. I didnt end up with that brand, and I dont even know who 'designed' my dress, all I know is that it came in when promised, the alterations were great, it fit like a glove and the service was freindly and helpful. after shopping around for the rest of the wedding things I returnted and I also got my veil, tiara and jewelry there. We even came back for the all of the tuxes. The styles and selection were much better than the chain that we visited. Very happy!

The people there were wonderful and took their time to help me pick out my bridesmaid dresses. They were very helpful and called me on a regular basis to give me the status on my bridesmaid dresses. I highly recommend them! They have a great selection of dresses!

I got my bridesmaid dresses here because they gave me the best price. The staff was always pleasent. I was disappointed with the dress sizes that were ordered. Every one of my bridesmaids needed major alterations on their dresses. 7 out of 8 of them went into the store before they ordered to be measured. My sister even tried the sample on in the store which fit her perfectly. The salesgirl strongly suggested she order a size larger because the sample was streched out. They all spent a lot of money altering the dresses because they were all way too big.

Love this store! i originally went here for my wedding but now i go for anytime i need a formal gown. they took care of my entire wedding party and made it all so simple. can't say enough about how knowledgeable they are!!

I personally love the Jim Hjelm line over any other designer's collection, and was thrilled to find out that VIP carries the entire line in their store. It was difficult to finally choose a dress because my bridesmaids and I liked so many of them, but the dress we chose was perfect, and everyone was very happy with it. The tuxes were great as well. My husband chose a great looking tux that had a bit of character to it but was still elegant and handsome for the wedding. I highly recommend VIP Occasions.

Great selection and FANTASTIC service!! I got married in 2006 and foolishly bought an expensive designer gown from a "reputable" bridal shop downtown (9 months before my wedding). The gown came in very late and was poorly made. The alterations service at the shop was friendly, but not particularly skilled. After multiple alterations it was clear that the dress was not going to work. They gave me a refund, but I ended up without a dress very shortly before my wedding! VIP to the rescue! Nicole and Natalie worked with me to find a beautiful dress that met my tight timeline. It came in exactly when they said it would, and after a single set of alterations it fit beautifully. In the end I liked my new dress better than the original one AND it was less expensive. Thanks VIP!!!

This wonderful little bridal store has been located in Elmhurst for many years. It was the first and only place we went looking for the bridesmaids' dresses, and we ended up buying them there. VIP Occasions has a very impressive selection of gowns. The people who work at the store were very friendly and helpful, and the bridesmaids had no problems ordering their dresses. The dresses ended up coming in way ahead of schedule, and VIP contacted me and the bridesmaids to let us know that they had arrived. The alteration prices at the store were also very reasonable. Overall, my experience with VIP Occasions was very positive. I give the store two thumbs up!

Love This Place!!!! VIP is owned by sisters who are so genuine and it's obvious they want the best for their customers. I personally worked with both Nicole and Natalie as well as the other girls that work there and loved all of them. I felt like family. Great girls! Beautiful Dresses! Impressive and Honest Service! ------What more can a girl ask for?
