I'm glad I didn't read the previous comments before booking. I had a huge wedding party (20people) and I did'nt want to spend a lot of money on transporation. We went from Naperville to Cantigny to the Abbington in a mini bus and I enjoyed it. The air conditioning worked, plenty of space, we danced on the bus, and the driver was ontime and friendly. The also allowed us to decorate the bus inside and outside any way we wanted. I did'nt care about how glamerous our transportation was going to be, I just cared about having us all together at an afforadable price. I paid $375 with tip,tax, gas already included. I would use VIP ride again.

DO NOT BOOK VIPRIDE!!!!! They almost ruined the end of my wedding. First, the air conditioning did not work on the way to the ceremony for the 55 passenger van I rented to bring my guests from the hotel to the wedding site. Then, the bus missed the first pick up of passengers from the reception and one of my guests had to sit on the phone with them for a 1/2 hour to try to figure out what happened. They assured him they were on the way but that they were just trying to find a bus with air conditioning. A LIE!!! When the bus finally came 1 hour late, the bus still had no air and the guests and the bridal party-- including the me, the bride, and the groom, had to ride back to the hotel in sweltering heat. I complained the next day (which was about 2 1/2 weeks ago AND STILL NO RESPONSE!!!!

Yes, I would say that the transportation showing up an hour late definitely qualifies as a disaster. Not to mention the dispatch person calling me a liar and saying that I didn't have a reservation (as I'm staring at my contract). It's been almost a month since the wedding and I'm STILL waiting for a response from them.
