Viviano’s has such beautiful flowers! I felt like that staff was very responsive to my unique needs. They were very accommodating and patient with me since it seemed like I changed my mind a million times! On the day of the wedding everything was seamless and perfect. I didn’t have to worry about a thing and everything was done perfectly!

The flowers looked beautiful, however, they seemed to have communication difficulties. Our centerpieces included our gifts for the wedding guests (snowflake ornaments), and they did not hang all ornaments up as requested... so some people did not receive gifts.

BEAUTIFUL flowers!!! They could not have been more gorgeous!! Marena is the best!! I recieved tons of compliments on how beautiful everything was, and the price was great too!

Very poor experience. The one vendor I wish I could have changed. Said they could get a specific flower I had asked for ended up with nothing like it. Provided photos of all bouquets I wanted and ended up with very different results. Ended up actually cutting out flowers from my roughly $150 bridal bouquet after they included flowers they suggested which I firmly and adamantly told them I did not want ( which was the color brown). The day of the wedding bridesmaids bouquets had a completely different color that wasn't even in my wedding color scheme! They ended up coming to my home to switch out their roses for ones that I ordered for the reception from a different vendor. Was provided with no refund for the roses of theirs they did not use. Was told they got the roses I asked for but they looked different than what I would have wanted so replaced them with the aforementioned different color- those ended up not even being the roses I ask for so was basically lied to. No phone call or communication to update me about this ( I had offered to bring my own flowers a few days earlier if they could not get them themselves) Had the professional portraits done before the wedding and due to them attempting to fix bouquets during that time none of them were photographed with wedding party other than during wedding mass. Super disappointed because I put a lot of time into planning and chose them over another vendor because the told us they could get the most of the flowers I requested and my sister had a decent experience. Sadly disappointed. Wish I read a little more reviews because others had a poor experience with the same person I worked with:(

Viviano's was very easy to work with and incredibly helpful when I was picking out my flowers. When I went in with just a couple of pictures, Deb helped me to create beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages for myself and the rest of the wedding party. Overall I was very happy with the service and the flowers delivered, right on time, were exactly as expected. They even warned us of proper care for the white flowers that bruise easily. While they are known for being a little bit expensive, after comparing several other vendors, they were well-within the same price range and the quality was excellent.

Marina at the St. Claire Shores location was wonderful. She was able to see the vision that I had pictured in my mind and make it reality. She also had great suggestions to add different types of gorgeous flowers that I didn't even know existed. I will say that I spent more than I intended to, but the flowers were beautiful and I received a lot of compliments from guests on the arrangements.

Viviano is local to my area and they do a fantastic job. Most weddings in out area use this vendor. I decided to use them as well and was not disappointed. The arrangements were beautiful and exactly what I asked for, Everything arrived an time and not a single flower was wilted.

I couldn't have asked for more. Viviano helped me create my vision in flowers and for a very reasonable price! They were very accommodating to an out of town bride!

Viviano's was amazing, we worked with Marena and could not have been happier. Marena was so friendly and easy to work with, she had great ideas for all the flowers for our wedding and she was willing to work with our budget. We actually spent less than planned thanks to her. You can tell she really loves flowers and is so knowledgeable of everything, she had so many great ideas. She takes your ideas and makes them come to life :-) The day of the wedding the flowers were delivered on time and in tact and they just looked beautiful. Viviano's was wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding.

This the best florist to work with for your wedding day. The staff is very friendly, flexible, and professional. They listen to what you want and turn it into the most beautiful arrangement. My wedding bouquet, the corsages, boutonierres, and decorations were extraordinary!!! I was very happy!!!

I went with Viviano as a long trusted name in my area, and was not dissapointed. I was able to clearly express was I wanted to the wedding department and they nailed it on the first try. Although pricey, I enjoyed knowing that everything was being properly taken care of. The only issue I had was that I was told the delivery people would set up the candles I supplied around the centerpieces, which they did not do. This caused some last minute rushing around, but all in all I am very pleased.

Working with Marena at the St. Clair Shores location was a pleasure. She was very friendly, always available to answer my questions, and had a lot of great ideas.

Our flowers were delivered right on time the day of the wedding (even a little early!) and were beautiful! Everything in the order was correct. Our alter arrangements and reception centerpieces were even more beautiful than I'd imagined. It was all perfect. Thank you Viviano's!

Viviano's was great. I don't know much about flowers, but I just explained the styles i liked along with the colors and they put together beautiful designs! i absolutley LOVED them! i even selected everything a year prior to wedding and they turned out as fantastic as i remembered.

My flowers came out exactly the way I expected, were reasonably priced and were delivered right on time. I was very happy with their service.

My experience with Viviano's was fabulous. They were able to replicate pictures that I had choosen, as well as make substitutions to make the order more affordable. Delivery was prompt and professional as well!

I use Vivianos for all my floral needs, my wedding flowers were flawless.

They were so helpful in putting my wedding together. They were able to take the ceterpieces that I made and tied all the other flowers and head centerpeices together better than I could of ever emagined. The flowers were amazing and lasted all day, and were also delivered on time!

I went in and had a great discussion with Peter and Kyle. Peter seemed to have the same ideas as I did and I figured I would have nothing to worry about when the flowers were delivered. I had ordered 6 carnation spheres and ended up getting half circles instead of full round carnation balls, which is what I described and what I thought I was getting. The bridesmaid bouquets seemed pretty tiny for the price, they looked kind of odd. As for my bouquet, its not what I had expected either. The notes on the order state that the bouquet needed to have some depth and there were going to be "full double peonies". I figured there was going to be some something going on. The peonies were not the luscious, this full ones I love and had imagined. They seemed a little wispy and there was no depth, just the red carnations and they peonies. That was it. It didn't seem worth the price I paid.

I had the pleasure of working with Marena and she helped me tie my ideas together to create a GORGEOUS vision when the chapel doors opened!! The bouquets were perfect and got me all misty when I saw them. She never made me feel that my budget would be any hurdle to making my wedding beautiful and I couldn't be happier!

I worked with Debbie at Vivianos for our wedding flowers. She was an excellent resource. She worked to give us ideas to keep us within our budget but still have beautiful flowers for our wedding. The centerpieces were budget friendly and gorgeous. I was so so happy with my bouquet and my bridesmaids' bouquets- they were perfect. Viviano's was even able to deliver flowers to our home the day before the wedding for a party we were having at our home in between the ceremony and reception. We were so grateful for the wonderful delivery man as well who worked with our church on the day of our wedding ever so patiently to find the right spot for the altar arrangements.Viviano's was easy to contact whenever I had questions or concerns throughout planning and the associates were eager to help. We even ended up renting our card box through them as well. Overall, a wonderful experience working with Viviano's.

I worked with Marena from Viviano's for our wedding flowers. She was very sweet and helpful and best of all really understood the look I was going for! I got price quotes from a few other florists before booking and Viviano's was by far the best value, we really got a lot of flowers for what we paid. We had a fall wedding, but I prefer the look of spring flowers like peonies (which are out of season) and she was able to get me the same look with other flowers, it was just amazing. She really knows her stuff and was very organized and accomodating through the whole process. I was so excited on my wedding day when I first saw my bouquet, it was EXACTLY what I wanted. They also provided the centerpieces and flowers for the cake and everything looked even more amazing that I could have imagined. Very pleased!!!

Okay, I feel like flowers cost a lot of money. And for $50 per centerpiece, they shouldn't look like I could have put them together. I did not have the time or inclination to do so, so maybe I should not fuss, but the centerpieces were not as full and tight as I expected. Why didn't they use floral foam? That said, they're the flowers on the table: they didn't make or break my evening, so I'm fine with it. Leading up to the wedding, my consultant, Marena, was very nice and relatively easy to get on the phone. My bouquet was beautiful (and very heavy) and so where the girls'. Delivery service was great and very much appreciated. In general, I was happy, but not thrilled.

Viviano's was not only the best priced florist in the Metro Detroit Area, but they also had the best flowers, the best ideas and were the easiest to work with. When I started planning the flowers for my wedding I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted, and many other florists were very pushy with flowers I didn't like or unwilling to brainstorm with me. But Viviano's was helpful, creative in their arrangements for content and cost and were really wonderful to work with.

Viviano's was excellent especially day of, they made sure everything was in place and what I asked for. I especially liked that they worked within my budget.

We worked with Grace in particular and she was great with us! We had a very hard time deciding on our centerpieces and were on a budget. She helped us find something we loved that fit what we wanted!

Dealt with Debbie. My flowers were delivered 4 hours too early and were all wilted by the time the wedding started. The cake looked pathetic. Debbie was not professional.

I loved Viviano's! They were able to take a photo and replicate it for my centerpieces! The flowers were gorgeous and people didn't stop talking about them all day! In addition, I got my linens from there. They were cheaper than at a regular linen rental store and they even delivered them to my venue the night before the wedding. It was such a huge relief! Also, Debbie just did a fantastic job dealing with all of my requests and I was incredibly impressed! The prices were pretty good, too. My cousin paid the same price for her flowers as we paid for our linens and flowers. I would certainly recommend Viviano's to anyone!

Viviano was excellent. They provided the best quote and the flowers were lovely. They set up the centerpieces at the venue perfectly. They were at the church early to pin on corsages and hand out bouquets. A rep from the company came with the flowers and stayed until I was down the aisle. No complaints.

You get more for your money with this place. I research a million places and this florist is AMAZING. The most easiest experience ive had with the whole wedding planning.

Viviano was SO easy to work with in planning my wedding in July, 09. They have a huge business, so I knew that I would be able to get exactly what I wanted. I had to go through 4 other florists to find someone who understood that I just wanted flowers in a vase, seriously, not a huge arrangement, just flowers in a vase. They understood my view right away and made it happen with no issues whatsoever. I would recommend them to anyone.

During my planning, I was able to work with a location close to my venue instead of the base location farther away. This was time saving. On the wedding day the flowers were delivered with care and on time. All the flowers were fresh with brilliant color and scent. I was very pleased with the product.

My flowers were gorgeous. The service that Viviano's provides is exceptional from Center pieces to Bouquets to fluffing my dress before I walked down the aisle. Everything was smooth and came out perfect. Sarah at the St. Clair Shores location is fantastic at her job!!!!!

My experience with the florist was fantastic. I had visited one other florist and found their prices to be way out of my budget. I had a rather small budget for flowers since I was making my own centerpieces. I really appreciated that at our first meeting with the wedding consultant, Denise, she went into the back and brought out live flowers that we had talked about so I could see the how they would look together. It was a huge help - and was not done at the other florist.
We had two meetings, the inital one to get all the details and the second to review everything and make any necessary changes. We paid a deposit on the initial visit - because I knew I wanted to book them for the wedding. And then we owed the balance a week or so before the wedding.
The flowers were absolutely gorgeous! I wish I had had my bouquet preserved, but I didn't know where to go to get that done. I suggest setting that up ahead of time if you're going to do it. All the flowers were fresh and beautiful - no brown, no wilting, etc. The bouquets came in their own vases, which we got to keep. They even added brooches to my and the maids bouquets at my request - I purchased them as a souvenir for my girls. The options were plentiful as well. They were lots of books and photos to look at if you need more ideas. It was helpful to walk in with an idea and pictures of what I wanted.
I got all the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and 2 fabulous arrangements for the church and we were able to meet my budget!
I would highly recommend Viviano's for flowers for any occasion!

Our contact at Viviano was Marena. As is always said when she's reviewed on the Knot, she was great to work with. She put together 2 types of centerpieces plus all the bouquets and boutineers exactly as I had envisioned, and for much less money than we were quoted elsewhere.

I have always been impressed with Vivianos and the flowers that I have received from there. I had placed my order for my wedding flowers early and when I went back for my followup appointment, the colors and types of flowers that we had decided on previously...were not the ones that she brought out for me to look at. They were completely off. We had to redo my entire floral plan. The day before the wedding I got a phone call saying that they could not get the football mums in that we had discussed and that I had paid for. I had to drive to the store and re-pick flowers for my wedding from those that they had in store so that they could complete my order for the next day. This vendor was the one that caused me the most stress for my wedding...seeing as how I had no idea what the flowers that would arrive would look like.

I worked with Marena at Vivianos. She was so professional, responsive, and helpful. We loved the flowers. I took one star off for the coursages, the flowers looked much more yellow than white and were somewhat smaller looking than we expected. But, everything else was PERFECT, and they did a great job matching my very specific vision.

Being that Viviano is such a HUGE company, I expected nothing but the best and that's exactly what I got. I was a little sticker shocked at the prices, but they were comparable to other places. I was hesitant to go with another, smaller flower shop because I wanted everything to be perfect. They have done so many weddings in the past so they have so many ideas to share. Loved them.

I was very disappointed with one bouquet, which I paid $53 for. The tulips looked half dead, when I called they put me on hold for approx 20 minutes. They asked me to send them a photo of the bouquet. I'm still waiting for a reply. My wedding was 3 weeks ago. I wouldn't use them again for any flower arrangements.

Viviano's did a wonderful job with our flowers and candle arrangements for the wedding. I had a very particular idea in my head of how I wanted the wedding to feel and though couldn't find the exact words, Grace did a great job understanding my vision based on just a few random clippings and helped to develop some beautiful ideas. They were prompt and professional and the flowers were perfect.

Viviano's did an amazing job for my wedding. We used them for the bouquets and flowers at the church. We also rented chair sashes and linens through them. The bouquets came out beautifully, everything I wanted! The corsages and boutinnieres were great too! The flower arangements for the altar and unity candles were really great for the price. I worked with Marina and she did a great job and was very accommodating. I highly recommend going through them!

In all fairness, I gave them a poor for responsiveness because my original consultant went on maternity leave shortly after our first meeting. I had a hard time getting anyone to pay attention to me after that, but on the day of... the flowers were gorgeous, and the delivery staff was wonderful -- they even put on all the guys' bouts for them.

The flowers were beautiful and reasonably priced. They were able to figure out exactly what I wanted and even let us bring our own vases to cut down on the cost.

My wedding was done in all daisies and tulips. I live out of town so when I needed an appointment someone was always available. I think I changed my order...arrangements about five times, and Denise never once showed any frusteration over my indecisiveness. The girls are great, and the flowers looked beautiful. Everything was very fresh, no wilted edges.

They were outstanding!! The staff was so imaginative, and knew exactly what I was thinking before I even spoke! They made my wedding day BEAUTIFUL! We used them for my sister's wedding as well, and they were OUTSTANDING!!

They were so nice at Viviano's! We went in and they have a ton of books to look through if you need inspiration for bouquets or arrangements.

The flowers were impeccable. It is a week later and my bouquet still looks fresh. Everything was gorgeous and arrived on time. Free vases. They did the cake flowers as well and they were lush and plentiful.

I was extremely pleased with the end result! My wedding was two years ago so I don't remember the woman's name who worked with me (I believe she had long, dark curly hair) but she was fabulous. I knew I wanted something that would "pop" for my colors and she made it happen. I was a little hesitant at first because I didn't want to have something gaudy but she reassured me that it would be great....and it was. She also coordinated the table linens and chair covers to match the flowers. Viviano's has great ideas and I was really happy with the advice that my salesperson gave me, but, we met with her 8 months before the wedding and as it got closer I went back in to ask if she could make me the centerpiece for the reception, and she said I would have to wait, it was about a month and half before the wedding, when I finally got to actually see it. I was nervous and although I realize they are the professionals, I only plan on getting married once and wanted to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted it. My bouquet was not what I had envisioned but it was beautiful.

Vivianos was great to work with. I was planning my MI wedding from another state and Vivano's was so accomodating to my schedule and really responsive. Anytime I sent an email with a question, I always heard back from someone within the hour. Everyone was really friendly and helpful and I felt that I was offered many creative ideas to work within my budget. The flowers were fresh and beautiful and I was very happy with the end result!

I loved my flowers, but when we went for the first interview the person didn't take any notes what-so-ever. I brought pictures of how I wanted my flowers wrapped. They said they didn't need to keep the picture they would be fine, but my flowers weren't wrapped the way I wanted them. I also didn't want my bouquet to be just a puff of flowers and they showed me a picture that was gorgeous and exactly what I wanted, but it's not what I got. The flowers I got were beautiful though and it didn't ruin the whole day, it was just a small disappointment.

Viviano's can go either way. You must have a designer with your same sense of style. Our first two appts. were complete disasters. I had something specific in mind (design, style, and price) and by first designer just did not understand me. She kept saying that she thought I was describing something that was completely Not what I was describing. The second designer listened to what I had to say and then interpretted it into what SHE thought would be nice...NOT AT ALL WHAT I HAD IN MIND! The third designer....HEIDI and her assistant....understood me completely! She made me a sample of what she thought I was describing and IT WAS PERFECT! Her and her assistant listened to what I had to say, stayed within my budget, and MADE IT GORGEOUS! I have a different more contemporary sense of style and to be paired up with them was AWESOME! The most important thing to remember when booking your florist is to bring pictures (I had clipped and clipped out of wedding magazines for months) and be adamint on what you want. Do not settle until you see it on the table. I LOVED MY FLOWERS.....THEY WERE OUT OF A FAIRY TALE WEDDING...and looked nothing like all the other weddings I had been to in the past which was exactly what I wanted! If you are traditional.....make sure you book a traditional designer. The company is awesome to work with....just do not settle until you get the right designer and there is nothing wrong with making appts. until you get the right one. IT'S YOUR DAY!

All around great experience with this vendor. The flowers were gorgeous. They were on-time, highly professional. Worked with our budget and didn't try to sell us anything that would break the bank. We also rented our chair sashed through them.

I had a terrible designer at first (Debbie) but after complaining and asking for my deposit back I was given to Marina. She was FANTASTIC! She worked with me and my budget to create exactly the type of look I was after. I received many many compliments on my flowers and everything was beautiful. I couldn't have been happier with the end result.

Viviano's was such a wonderful florist. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They took me to a back room with tons of flowers so I could see different combinations. They were very easy to work with.

The flowers were lovely; the colors were superb and everything was very fresh. I had individual blooms for the bridesmaids, a basket for the flower girl, one large floral arrangement, a "tossing" bouquet, and the bouquet which I carried. The specific type of rose I wanted wasn't available, and they did a great job of coming up with a substitution that worked very well.

My bouquet was actually a bridesmaid's bouquet because anything larger would have been too overwhelming. They did not pressure us into purchasing more than we wanted, and made very sensible recommendations. The bouquet I received was not a "cascade" bouquet as ordered, but it was lovely nonetheless.

I would not ever even consider using anyone else for flowers ever again. They were professional, knowledgable, incredibly nice, and my flowers came out PERFECT!
