Upon meeting with them, they agreed to a price for extra hours and then tried to reneg on this even though we had it in an email close to our wedding date. That was the first sign of trouble to come. Vizual Productions is impossible to get in touch with after they are paid in full and done filming your wedding. I emailed them a few months after the wedding to see when we should expect to receive the video. I got an email response that my email tickets had expired and I would need to pay 10 dollars per ticket! Seriously? My husband called them, when he returned from Iraq, and actually got Troy on the phone. When asked when we could expect the video, Troy said he was not out of contract yet and that he would push us up on the list. Mind you our contract said we would get an email when editing begins which never happened. A few weeks before out 1st anniversary, we still had no video. My husband and I called a few times and left messages about the video with no response. I called the week before our first anniversary and thier number was disconnected! At this point I called every number I had, left messages, emailed them, and sent them a certified letter saying that if we didn't get the video I would take legal action. Troy signed for the letter and only then did I get an email the next day with a USPS tracking number. No call or anything. The videos arrived. The video cover was half assed and blurry. The video was average, corny music(we chose not to pick it ourselves(big mistake)),and it was missing things we had requested. Save yourself the hassle and go with another company for your wedding. From reading other reviews on this company, I feel lucky to have gotten anything at all. They have the worst customer service ever and seemed only concerned with money. They were the one blotch on our wonderful day.
Value for cost: Their prices are very reasonable, and their videos (from what we've seen) and photos come out great. They really are a talented team. I think everything is priced fairly.
That would be about the only positive thing I have to say about Vizual Productions. When we first contracted them out, they were great. Always returned phone calls and met with us regarding every concern we had. Once we paid them in full, they became less responsive and less flexible with us. I found this to be shocking, because they were able to meet with us at the drop of a hat prior, and had even created a brand new package based on our desires! In our package we added on interview segments with our guests for the wedding, for an additional fee. The night of the wedding, our videographer didn't even get to the interviews, and when asked said they would do it for an additional 150 per camera (their contract expired at 10:30, this was at 10:15). We were happy to agree to paying the additional money, until we came home from our Honeymoon to find out that they were withholding our photos! We still haven't received our pictures, and they refuse to return our phone calls or meet with us.
