W New York Union Square

Every part of my wedding at the W Union Square was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this venue and their services. The onsite event coordinators John Benke and Leah Dreskler are fantastic. They helped me secure a day that had been tentatively booked, negotiated a lower price than listed, and responded to every email I sent within a business day, usually within the hour I sent it. Even though I was planning this wedding from out of state, they made it an easy process. They set up a menu and cake tasting, tours of the venue, and a meeting with the chef to select the menu choices. A reservation specialist expanded the room block to almost double its initial size, securing the low group rate for most of the guests; those who did not book in time still received a discounted rate. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception rooms were beautifully arranged. The guest rooms are great. My husband and I were upgraded to the WOW suite for the night before our wedding and our wedding night. It was amazing. Leah had champagne and yummy treats sent to our room daily. Leah was there the entire day of the wedding, helped with the rehearsal, told everyone when to enter, and stayed until the end of the reception to make sure everything was perfect. There is not one negative thing I could say about any part of the wedding at the W Hotel Union Square. They really did give me the wedding of my dreams.
