W.R. Chance was a big part of my engagement and wedding. My fiance purchased my gorgeous Tacori ring from them in 2011, and when it was time to purchase the wedding band, I originally thought I did not want the companion band designed to go with it. The associates at W.R. Chance and the owner went out of their way to contact Tacori and find out how to design a custom band to go with my engagement ring so that I could have it exactly as I wanted. They ordered in other designs so that I could come try new things on to match my unique engagement ring. I loved their personable attitudes and customer service. They also helped my husband pick out a lovely pearl earring/necklace combo to surprise me with as a wedding gift. I am thankful for their service, flexibility, and caring attitudes!

W. R. Chance is our family jeweler and has not only sold us our wedding bands and helped me make/design my wife's engagement ring but also sold my dad my mothers engagement ring and both of their wedding bands along with many other pieces that fill our families jewelry boxes. We would never use another jeweler but not just because of the traditional aspect but because they are an amazing family jeweler filled with tradition within themselves and have an aspect of care that you couldn't find anywhere else. They truly care about all of their customers and greet us by name as with others when you walk into the door.
