Wal Mart is one of the places that has a large variety of things. They have decent prices and there isn't just one type of one thing. You have the option of creating what you want out of the wide variety of colors and items that they carry.

Did you know you can get fondant at walmart?, Fondant is the smooth looking icing that makes cakes look perfessional. If you watch ace of cakes on TV this is what they use. It comes prepackaged and ready to be rolled out. You can get it in colors or just white then add your own color. I did my own wedding cake and no one even knew I spent about $100 insted of $600 and my cake looked great.
