Beautiful location for September 3rd wedding. Leslie was helpful, responsive, and on site during the ceremony and reception. A wonderful venue for the wedding party, family and friends.

Lesley Johnson was great to work with. She responded immediately to all of our emails. She was present during the event and reception and continually offered help. We had a great experience using Quaking Aspen as our wedding site and Warren Station for our reception.

Warren Station is nestled at the base of Keystone Mountain Resort in River Run Village, steps away from the Gondola. Its the perfect setting for a mountain Wedding Reception, Rehearsal Dinner or Ceremony.

Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?

Included in the rental fee is chairs, sound equipment, and trash removal.

Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?

Linens and flatware are not provided, but chairs, tables, dance floor, sound equipment, trash removal, and a 4' X 12' stage are provided.

Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?

No, all clients can use any vendors they please.

Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?

No, you can bring in any musician, there is no additional fee.

Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?

There is a large deck off of the front of Warren Station that can be used by the client at no extra charge. This space is great for cocktail hours or smaller receptions.

Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?

No, unfortunately you can not. But Warren Station holds the liquor license and we can provide pretty much any alcohol requested.

How many power outlets does the venue have?

Warren Station has a lot of power outlets.

What restrictions (if any) on decorations?

All decorations have to be flame retardant, but candles are acceptable.

Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?

No, we have one event at one time.

Do you offer security, if requested?

We can hire a local security company, if needed.

Can you provide a coat check?

We can provide coat racks and a coat check, if needed.
