Reviews for Warrington Country Club

We went to many different reception sites for our October 2009 wedding but as soon as we walked into the Warrington Country Club we knew we had found our reception site. Their two rooms are stunning and they are very helpful with working with you for anything you may want. We have the Briar Rose room booked for our reception and cannot wait to walk into it on our wedding day. Their packages are fantastic for what you pay espeically since your cake and centerpeices are included.

My fiance and I had looked at a dozen reception sites and the Warrington Country Club was an amazing find and from the outset of signing our contract we were impressed. Linda was very pleasant and knowledgeable and so very accommodating. She was on top of every detail and was very prompt in returning our emails and phone calls when we had questions. The WCC was also amazing with all they had to offer. Their prices per head were mid-range for what we found with other venues in the area; we found places from 65.00 to 120.00 but at around 80.00 you got so many choices! We were able to have a fish, a chicken, a beef, and a veggie whereas most places allowed us to only pick 2! Along with the entree, you were able to choose a salad, a dessert, potatoes or veggies on the side, and eight dishes for the cocktail hour! Everything was delicious and our guests raved for days about the quality of the food and the professionalism of the staff. On top of that, the linens, the cake, and the centerpieces were all part of the package! We honestly couldn't find anything better, and the entire staff were wonderful to work with! The Warrington Country Club is a most for the brides who are looking for a nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and great food!

My husband and I just got married there 3/20/11. Why we picked Warrington Country club was their wedding package which includes your cake and centerpieces..budget wise that was perfect for me. The overall value was great! It was also was the nicest place we had seen compared the other venues we looked at. I didn't need a whole lot of help but if I did need anything Linda was easy to get a hold of and was helpful. My wedding day was beautiful from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to reception we didn't have any problems. The food was excellent! They have a great options on their menu to choose from. Everyone that came to our wedding enjoyed themselves. I was very happy with the way everything turned out!

I can't say enough nice things about Warrington CC. Everything was perfect for my wedding... the food was delicious and the portions are very large. A year later, I still have family and friends mention how great the food was and how nice and spacious the reception room was. For a wedding of 260 people, we needed a large room and dance floor... and there wasn't another place in the area with a dance floor nearly as comparable! Pricing is great, especially since so much is included in the package! Linda and Art were so accommodating and made the day run so smoothly. No one was rushing us out the door after the reception ended, and they even let our band play a couple more songs so we could stay a little later since we were having such a great time. I would highly recommend them!

I would recommend the Warrington Country Club to anyone who is looking for a venue to hold their special event. The WCC is reasonably priced, the service is outstanding, and if you choose this hall for your event it will be everything you expected and more.

I cannot rave enough about this place. Linda was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. She easily worked around our busy schedule and responded to every single little phone call. The day of, the place looked absolutely gorgeous. Decorations came out fantastic. And the food was AMAZING! Everyone was talking about how great everything tasted and how large the portions were. We had a couple special meal requests, some with severe food allergies, and nothing was a problem for them. For an all inclusive, Warrington was one of the most affordable country clubs around....absolutely a steal! Did I also mention how enormous the dance floor was? Great place for a large wedding.

Linda and her staff were fabulous! Our coordinator for the day, Mary was amazing and on top of things from the minute we arrived. Food was delicious! Our ceremony was outside and the courtyard was beautiful. We wanted to do special centerpieces and they were more than accomodating on the special needs. We booked a saturday afternoon and couldn't be happier with them. We have several friends getting married in the next year and we have highly recommended them to our friends!

Wow, what can we say about the Warrington Country Club. They took care of us from the first time we walked in there until we were leaving after the wedding was over. Art, Linda, and Theresa were great! The food was delicious, the rooms and the outdoor grounds looked beautiful, and their pricing is out of this world! Great place to have your wedding! Thanks again Warrington!

Art and Linda went out of their way to accommodate my every need. My husband's favorite Italian meal is Chicken Parmesan and even though it was not on the menu they let us add it for the wedding. The other room was not booked for my date and they gave it to me (free of charge) for my cocktail hour and they even decorated it. They are very easy to work with and are flexible. Warringtons prices are very reasonable and they give great discounts for Friday night weddings. My family and friends cant stop talking about how good the food was. Our cake from Rillings Bakery was included in our package and it was delicious. I absolutely loved my experience with Warrington Country Club.

I cannot rave enough about Warrington Country Club. Art made sure everything was just right for the day of the wedding. He really has an eye for making the reception perfect. The food was so good that I wish it were a restaurant! Very unusual for a reception place where usually the food is mediocre. Definitely a great place for a wedding!

Dealig with Warrington Country Club was a pleasure. Their pricing was very reasonable and terms were quite flexible. We had several unique items and there was absolutely no problem incorporating them. The service the day of the weddig was excellent. The only complaint I had was that we and the bridal party didnt get to see the cheese and fruit display nor sample any of it. But we did get cocktails and hors d'ouevres served to us, and plenty! All the planning ahead of time made the reception come off without a hitch! My husband and I had a wonderful time. I would recommend this venue to anyone.

We have had 3 beautiful weddings at this venue and they are amazing! They have gone out of their way to accomodate any requests we have had. The food is like going out to a fine dining facility. They know what they are doing when it comes to weddings, and their suggestions have been very helpful. They do not wrap everything up while guests are still present. We lingered at our last wedding for a whole hour due to a problem with the limousine service, and they never made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Our most recent bride had numerous special requests and they were very accomodating. They put on a first class affair at a reasonable price.

After reviewing many wedding venues, we decided to have our wedding ceremony and reception at Warrington Country Club. We liked the location, price and premises. Art worked with us on different plans for an outside vs inside ceremony depending on early November weather. All planning with Linda up until the wedding date went very well. Our wedding day had beautiful weather, but it was only in high 50's. Art recommended an inside ceremony and We were talked into having the ceremony and reception both in the Briar Rose room because we only had 62 guests. We never wanted the ceremony in the same room as the reception for fear it would be too cramped and during the ceremony it felt that way. During the cocktail hour the train on my dress was not bustling properly and the coordinator helped not once, but twice to fix it. Once the reception started it was fast paced, we were having a great time, but felt a little rushed. Our best man and maid of honor were not ready when asked to toast, people were still settling into their seats and we didn't even raise our champagne glasses. We noticed the centerpiece glass holders, candles, etc... were cleared away well before we reached the end of our 5 hour reception with guests still present. Even the coordinator left a half hour before our scheduled end and it seemed we had been deserted in the venue except for the bartender. Our overall experience was great, really did have a nice time and the food is exceptional. We would still definitely recommend this venue. We just hope this honest review will help both couples and the Warrington for future weddings.

Warrington Country Club and their staff were so friendly and worked with me the entire planning process. The price was reasonable, the food was amazing in taste and portions, the flowers and linens were a perfect match to my color scheme. We couldnt have our ceremony outside as planned but they did a Plan B inside and it was almost just as nice. The ground a really nice for picture exspecially in Spring time.

The Warrington Country Club was the perfect place for our reception. It offered the size we needed (for about 240 guests) at a price that no one else could! They were very affordable, and generous, with a no added cost outdoor cocktail hour. They offered by far the most choices for meals - we could have four entrees offered for our guests for a sit-down dinner, eight different appetizers with butler service, a salad, pasta dish, and dessert! It also included a wedding cake at no extra charge from nearby bakery. I could go on forever with what was included in the per person charge. The only thing we wish we could have done was a tasting - they only offered us two dates and they conflicted with our work schedules. It's hard because you can only have tastings when there's an event having what you want to taste. Thankfully our food was delicious though!

I recently had my wedding here on September 3, 2010. I can say nothing but good things about this place!!! the food was AMAZING. the wait staff was cordial and the lady who helped me throughout the night was very helpful. I had the whole place to my self and did not have to share it with another bride for the night which made it even better, and was very pleased with everything. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get married. also, it is a great value for your money!!!

My husband and I were married May 2009. We decided on Warrington Country Club due to their attractive pricing and location. The food was excellent, and the room was spacious with a huge dance floor! However, the coordinator who was assigned to our wedding seemed to be inexperienced; our groomsmen were never signaled to walk out during the ceremony so it created an uncomfortable "pause" that could have been avoided. Overall, we were pleased with the services they offered and would recommend the venue to those who are working with a modest budget.

I really liked the Warrington Country Club because so much was included--we didn't have to contact separate people for linens as for catering and so on...they also knew people to do flowers and cake, and those were included in the price they gave us as well. We had a pretty big sized wedding, and so it was nice that they could accommodate over 240 people. The people there, Art and Linda, are super friendly, and they even went with my whim to continue having the wedding outdoors, even when it was pouring, up until the event itself. Oh yeah, I am just learning from my DJ (a personal friend) that they did not like the way he set up his equipment. Watch out when you're booking people not from their preferred list of venders. I guess they have issues with flexibility in working with some other people =(

The reception turned out to be fantastic. The room looked beautiful was terrific, the food was fantastic. Had some difficulty as to the weather, deciding if it would be inside or not, but all ended up ok. When it was time to leave, however, the wedding party needed to take all extra favors and all wedding gifts and flowers out with NO help from the workers there.

This venue was a gorgeous location. The building is attractive and provides many outdoor photography options. My husband and I were one of the first couples to have our ceremony take place outdoors on their newly landscaped grounds. The only minor service details that we were unhappy with were: the cleanliness upon arriving to the bridal dressing room was awful, as well as the bathrooms in the venue, which were quickly addressed when it was called to the staffs' attention. A word of advice for anyone who has food allergies, this venue does not offer a taste test. The food is delicious otherwise, it would have just been nicer as a person who has food allergies, to taste the food choices ahead of time. Overall, my husband and I were very pleased with this venue and would recommend it to others.

This venue was one of the most inexpensive in the area. And I have to be honest the food was delicious and more then you could possibly finish. They did have a girl (looked to be under 18, I could be wrong) attending the womens restroom, with a tip basket. NOT SURE WHY since the basket in the restroom was made up by our family for our close friends and family's use, with a framed note from my daughter indicating same. The frame was one of the many items from that day missing. My family and I put a lot into making this day to make it beautiful for my daughter, we hired an event decorator and added memorable touches for my daughter and my now son-in-law. The ballroom looked fabulous, I was told afterwards by Linda one of the staff members that the servers even took pictures, her exact words were "they couldn't believe it; they never saw the room look so good. That is why we were saddened with the following situation.....We received a call from one of the staff members the day after the wedding that a card was found, (we found out afterwards that the found card happened to fall out of a guests hands in the restroom and the ATTENDANT offered to place it in the gift card holder) the card was not in the original envelope when I went to pick it up, it was in a Warrington CC envelope. Another envelope that was handed to one of the staff to place in the card holder also was also missing (the staff member admits to receiving the card and say's it was put in the card holder) that card unfortunately had cash in it and was not called into us as being found. When I went to the venue the next day to pick up the card, I also picked up the basket we made for the ladies restroom, most of the items were missing, and when I mentioned this in addition to the card with the money in it missing.....I was told by Art one of the owners that the staff are honest people. So I guess my family and close friends who I know personally and who assisted in putting the basket together for the event took the frame with my daughters note, first aid kit, lint brush, hair spray, etc and were able to fit those items into their little purses or pockets??? And by the way there was no need to open the card to see who it was for, the original envelope had my daughter and her now husbands name clearly written out....... The owner made no attempt to correct the situation, not even an apology. So like I said I am honest the food is delicious but we ended up with a BAD TASTE in our mouth anyway..........my advice to you is .......CUT YOUR GUEST LIST AND PAY MORE SOMEWHERE ELSE.
