My bridesmaids got their dresses here. I found this place online when looking for something relatively close to my house in NW DC. I called in and Ed (the owner) set up the order over the phone. He was very polite it and it was convenient to not have to go there. When I came in with a bridesmaid though I wasn't impressed. While the owner was very nice, the place was in complete disarray. First off, parking was nearly impossible (all metered and at a shortage). Inside, the one floor attached DC store was cluttered and chaotic. Dresses everywhere. I couldn't find things. The only dressing room was a mess and there was no accessible bathroom, so I had to leave to use it. The pricing was competitive to other stores, however, after ordering is when the fun really began. To cut it short, there were numerous calls back and forth. Some accessories came in that I was told were not made anymore. Others never arrived. It was the week of the wedding when I finally received the sash for my flowergirl's dress. At that point there was no time to attach it to the dress; which was fine. It was a long chaotic disorganized road
which also brought up some questionable record keeping and billing. It was entirely too complicated when it didn't have to be at all. Again the owner is really nice (stuck with it until all products were in) and the place has been open forever, it just needs a jump start in service, cleanliness and processes.
I went to Wedding Creations to look at bridesmaid dresses. It was a disaster! The owner was unhelpful and rude, and the dresses were stacked on top of each other so it was impossible to find anything. The owner practically pushed us out of the one dressing room so others could come in. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Anthony's Tuxedos did a fantastic job outfitting my husband's five groomsmen! He helped my husband pick out the style of tux he wanted and reminded him of all the accessories they would need. All the guys were from out of town, so he took their measurements over the phone and had tuxes waiting for them when they arrived two days before the wedding. Everything was clean, fit great, and was really affordable. Ed even had the tuxedos picked up from the hotel where everyone stayed the morning after the wedding. Highly recommended!!
The Men's attire was rented from Wedding Creations & Anthony's Tuxedos. Not the best experience, according to my husband and groomsmen. The guys got fitted and the tuxedos were ordered. A week before the wedding, several groomsmen went to pick up there tuxedos, and the wrong size had been ordered. The shop even ordered the wrong color bow tie and cumberbun. What a diaster. I would never use this place again.
The men in our wedding party were dressed by Anthony's Tuxedo in Washington D.C. I really did not handle this portion, my husband did. But the tuxedos looked fine and everything was ready upon pickup. We had no problems upon the return either.
