I attended this festival in the beginnings of my planning. It was wonderful to meet so many vendors in one place. Loved it!!

Over the last year I have gone to 3 wedding festivals in the Greenville area. They have been a wealth of information, discounts and ideas! I found out about so many things that I had either not thought of yet or found that I so many more options than I had known before. My fiancee even came with me and had a blast. Even though they had a "Groom's Corner" He preferred to walk around and see all the vendors. It was a great way for him to get involved instead of me just showing him brochures.

lots and lots of stuff! some of it was great (cake & food tastings / photographer booths) & other stuff was just overwhelming (clothes..you can't decide by what they have there!)

I got so many ideas and contacts from the show. It was overwhelming at first, but it helped us get contact information for a dj, favors, and tuxedos. I was at the beginning of my planning for the wedding and I saw the billboard and thought, what can it hurt. I was amazed at the amount of information I received.

absolutely worth going to if you are about to start planning your wedding! You can get some great ideas and meet some of the most popular vendors. Some vendors even give you discounts if you book with them during the festival :)

The Upstate Wedding Festival was full of vendors from around upstate South Carolina. While there were many vendors at the festival, the room was very crowded and difficult to navigate. Many of the booths were hard to distinguish from other booths due to the cramped space. The room was loud and it was difficult to speak to the vendors.

As a vendor when I sign up for a Wedding Festivals show I know that it will be well produced, advertised and that there will be well attended. A Wedding Festivals show is the most successful use of advertising dollars as it puts vendors and brides together to share and discuss their visions. For brides, there is nothing in South Carolina paralleling the remarkable collection and variety of excellent wedding photographers, videographers, florists, caterers DJs and so on. I owe a great deal of my early success in the industry to Marc and Colleen.

7 years ago I started The Farm, a gathering place and went to my first ever Wedding Festival. From that day to this I am always impressed with how professional, thoughtful and carefully the festival is put together and run. From the setup to the breakdown the staff is helpful, efficient and willing to make the vendors happy with their whole experience. Brides are given information as well as the ability to meet vendors and venue locations all under the same roof which saves time and gives each bride and groom a way to compare entities and choose those they want to spend more time with. As a Venue, we are given the opportunity to showcase what we have to offer our brides in a fun, comfortable environment. We have been blessed to have the Wedding Festival in Asheville and we look forward to both the fall and winter events with them each year.
