Carolina really focuses on the whole person. While she trains you, she is great about offering nutritional tips. Her style of training combines cardio with strength training, so you see results pretty quickly. I would highly recommend her to any bride getting ready for the big day! Her enthusiasm for her client's overall health and well being is evident in just one session with her.

Carolina knows what she is doing and will cater to your exercise needs/abilities. She is quick to respond and is accommodating to your schedule. I saw results after a couple of months of working with her and she helped me look beautiful for my wedding.

Why should I work with you instead of a trainer at my local gym?
I can provide you with both fitness and nutrition consulting instead of having to seek out a trainer and a nutritionist. I also have my Master's in Exercise Physiology which means that I have studied the human body in depth and understand how to design programs that are safe and effective. I spent the past 2 years of my life dedicated to learning the most cutting edge practices and developing research in the field of exercise physiology. Most certifications offered for trainers only require that they take a written exam after reading a text book. In my opinion that is not enough to prepare a trainer to safely work with diverse populations.
How long will it take?
Any good trainer will tell you that it takes at least 3 months to see results, given that you strictly follow the workout and nutrition plan provided. Due to life's uncertainties, different body types and time it is recommended that you start 6 months in advance.
