Veronica Lane * Professional Makeup & Hair

Veronica and her team were so flexible with me and the rest of my wedding party. From the first hair and makeup trail to the day of, I felt that she was only interested in making sure I was happy with my appearance on that special day. I am a bit of a crazy person when it comes to my hair and makeup, and I have never felt more beautiful than that day.

Veronica was the perfect make up and hair artist for my wedding! She was very punctual, professional, did a great job and most importantly, so personable. It will be a treat for whoever hires her :-) I'd recommend her in a second!

Veronica is beyond amazing---I will try to sum her up in this review...Let's start with the fact that I waited til the last minute to find a hair and makeup person as a bride planning her own wedding--almost foregtting to book someone! After many emails and calls to rude and unsympathetic hair/makeup people---I found Veronica--and her sweet response and desire to help me by working around her busy schedule, on top of a mountain nonetheless 3 hours away from her home--rescued my wedding day! She showed up, worked her magic and made me look like a million bucks!! I will always be graetful for her decision to help me out at the very last minute! I'm not religious but she's an angel for sure! Thank you Veronica!!!

Veronica was amazing! I had originally another makeup artist who had to cancel, but recommended Veronica as the only woman she would have do her own wedding makeup. Veronica listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered! I looked and felt so confident the day of my wedding. My makeup lasted the entire night, even through sweating, dancing, and drinking! Veronica is extremely professional, friendly, and always punctual. The only reason I gave the value a 3 out of 5 stars is because she was out of my original budget for hair and makeup, BUT she's totally worth it! I definitely believe you get what you pay for and her expertise is worth more! Would definitely recommend Veronica and will use her again in the future!

Thank God for Veronica! She made me look and feel so beautiful! I was the only one needing my hair and makeup done, and most people would not come out to the house unless there were more people needing services. Veronica told me that a bride should never have to leave on her wedding day, and I thought that was so awesome. I normally don't wear that much makeup and she knew exactly how to do my makeup so that I wouldn't feel overdone. It was perfect, and so was my hair. I couldn't be happier with her! All night everyone kept telling me how beautiful I looked, and it was all thanks to her! Thank you, Veronica! :)

Veronica is, quite simply, amazing, I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I met Veronica Lane in 2009 when I was just an aspiring makeup artist. I was on my mission to find a good makeup school. Surely I found a makeup Mentor instead. Veronica had taught me everything I needed to know about beauty, special FX makeup artistry, and how to become successful its industry. She inspires me to become a better makeup artist everyday.

When I think of Veronica Lane, I think of high standard makeup artistry, professionalism, creativity, punctuality, and perfection. I felt honored that someone of her caliber working on me and my Bridal Party at my recent Wedding last month. It was a dream come true. Everyone in my Wedding loved her, even my Husband! :) My Husband has Rosacea, so his cheeks get red sometimes, especially when he drinks wine or coffee. Veronica did a great job covering up his red cheeks that his face looked so clean and flawless. Our wedding pictures turned out perfect. No redness on my handsome Husband's face!

I highly recommend Veronica Lane. You will sense how passionate and caring she is at what she does once you meet her in person. Whatever project she is working on, whether it's a small wedding, big wedding, photo shoot, commercial, or TV production, I know that her department is going to be solid from a creative stand point.

Veronica was so diligent, creative, and dedicated to making my hair and makeup perfect. I got so many comments during and after the event about how great my hair looked and how radiant my skin looked. I also did not feel my hair fall out of place at all, despite some wild dancing! I loved having Veronica be a part of my special day, and I loved the way I looked!

I found Veronica Lane through a referral and had such a wonderful makeup experience. The trial makeup session went really well and she really listened to what I wanted. I was amazed by her professionalism throughout the process. She showed up on time to my hotel suite the day of the wedding and even gave me great advice on staying on schedule by suggesting giving her access to the room so she had time to setup while we were getting our hair done. Such a great idea! I felt wonderful the day of my wedding and appreciated the fact that she gave me the lip gloss for touch-ups. She is very reasonably priced, talented and friendly. I highly recommend her for special occasions of all sorts.

Veronica Lane did the hair and makeup for my wedding (bride, bridesmaids and mom) and she was awesome! I would highly recommend her. She was very concerned before the wedding day that we nail down exactly what hairstyle and makeup I liked and took lots of pictures so that we could compare later. Very attentive and friendly. She arrived early on the wedding day and professionally handled having so many women in the same room on such an important day.

Veronica did my makeup for my wedding and engagement session and I couldn't be happier. I was worried that it would be difficult to find a good makeup artist since I am Asian, but Veronica has experience working with all ethnicities and made me and my bridal party look amazing. No matter what color or features you have, she can make you look your best!
I would Absolutely hire her again if I had a photo shoot or special event. The makeup she did looked perfect in my professional photos. She came all the way to west lake village and got all 5 of us ready in time for the wedding. She even adjusted some of her pricing to fit my wedding budget since I was already over budget by the day of my wedding! Make sure you book her soon, she gets really busy around wedding season.

Veronica did an amazing job on not just me, but my mom and my bridesmaids. I was skeptical about having my make-up done, as I don't really wear a lot and like to keep it natural. But it was so nice to be left in the care of a true professional. Veronica helped me look beautiful and radiant and it lasted well after several hours of dancing! I would recommend the trial run. It's a great chance to get to know each other and try things out so that the big day so smoothly. I can not recommend Veronica enough!

It's a given that a good makeup artist is going to make you look and feel beautiful but with Veronica you get so much more than that. She's the one aspect of your wedding that you won't have to worry about. Professional, listens and adjusts according to your likes and dislikes and has a very calming presence. My best friend used her for her wedding as well. Veronica is fantastic!

Veronica was absolutely the best wedding beautician out there. She made my wife look so good anybody would think she was a film star! Veronica helped my wife with everything: blush, eyeliner, everything down to the tiniest detail. After our original consultation and "trial session," I (like many indecisive brides) had second thoughts about the look I wanted. Veronica came out a second time, free of charge, to make sure my wedding day "look" was exactly what I was dreaming of. (And it was!) She gave me the "Old Hollywood glamor" I was trying to achieve. She was always punctual, time-efficient and very professional, and she even gave me some free M.A.C. makeup for touch-ups after the ceremony (though I didn't need it -- her styling lasted all night!). She did my mother's hair and makeup, too, and my Mom received rave reviews: she was told by her brother that she looked "10-years younger" -- a story she's repeated with gusto ever since. I would most certainly recommend Veronica to anyone who wants to look the best they ever have!

I was very pleased with everything about Veronica. We did two trials runs with my hair...one I did pay for, but she suggested a second run (since the first style wasn't exactly what I wanted), and I didn't have to pay. I was very picky about what I wanted (what bride isn't?) and she was patient and accommodating. Not to mention very talented. I wanted a classic, vintage style and it was gorgeous. Her team also did vintage styles on my bridesmaids, as well as their make-up.

I would absolutely recommend her without hesitation.
