I really recommend this store. They are so helpful and tell you what is the best fit for you. Ask for adina she is a great sales girl. Everybody is very professional and they make you feel like at home. Excellent service and quality.

The service was great, I couldn't have been happier. I found my dress and viel on my first visit and received 10% off. Plus I received 10% off my headpiece I purchased their as well! Laurie was great, she drew me a thank you card with a picture of my dress on it and it brought me to tears. I didn't have my mom or friends with me at the time and she really helped me on the decision process. My dress is by Casablanca and was made to order, it took about 4-5 months to get my dress and I must have went back 4-5 times in between just to try it on. :) They were very patient and accommodating, highly recommended!

Due to one of Wedding Wonderland's wonderful sales, I was able to receive my $800 gown for just under $200. Everyone was very helpful and the alterer was extremely skilled and professional.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Pam, Adina and the entire Wedding Wonderland family made my dress shopping perfect. They are the first and last place I went...for my dress, bridesmaids, my mom and tuxes. Every detail was catered to and there was never a questions the couldn't answer. Personal service made them stand out miles above anyone else!

$650 for my dress$285 for my veil$65 for my slip$135.50 for each bridesmaid dress (X5) - had 15% discount b/c I bought my dress there.. they were originally $150 something. plus taxWedding Wonderland was probably the smallest bridal shop I went to, therefore I really didn't expect to find the selection of dresses that they had! They were very attentive, but were always very honest about whether a dress looked good on you or not. They never pushed a sale (like many other bridal shops I went to.. trying to get me to buy "that day") and they always seemed very in tune with my needs and respect my decisions. They stayed within my budget and focused on finding my perfect gown. Adiana was the girl who helped me and she was wonderful! The only con was that there is no photography allowed because they carry some exclusive dresses (one of which I acually bought). I actually found and had my bridesmaids try on their dress somewhere else where the dress cost $195! The dress was much cheaper at Wedding Wonderland, especially with the discount because I bought my dress there.I would highly recommend Wedding Wonderland! They have extremely personalized service and are not pushy about making a sale at all. They have your needs in mind when you look for a dress. I can't wait to get mine!Got my dress, veil and slip. They are all beautiful and exactly what I imagined! We did have an issue with the bridesmaids dresses (not Wedding Wonderland's fault). 3 out of the 5 were tagged the wrong size (too small or it wouldn't be too much of an issue) and had to be sent back to the manufacturer (Dessy). They are replacing the gowns and will have them in 1 month (1 month before the wedding). Hopefully everything will be fine the second time around! Whew!! Wedding issues abound!! However, Wedding Wonderland has been great through it all!We also rented our guy's tuxes from there. The groom gets his for free if 6 other guys rent theirs (can include fathers and such) FOB also gets 25% off. Tuxes we picked were about $150 each for all pieces (shoes, shirt and etc.) Second round of dresses turned out fine!! Wedding Wonderland was great!

Adina & Mrs. Pam were extremely helpful & patient. There was one time they waited until I got there so I could pick something up, after the store closed. So much better than other stores that I went to.

My dress, flower girl dress, and veil were all received quicker than expected. Service was excellent and employees are very professional.

My experience at Wedding Wonderland was great. The sales people were great and really knew their material. I was able to get exactly the dresses I wanted for my bridesmaids at a great value there, and my mother, my grandmother, and my mother-in-law all got their dresses there! We were all very pleased with what we got. I would recommend Wedding Wonderland again and again to friends.

The staff was very friendly, unlike at many other bridal gown shops. I wasn't pressured to buy more than I needed. The cost was reasonable, the alterations were done well, and everything at WW met my expectations.

Wedding Wonderland was completely amazing for us! After trying on a beautiful gown in Sarasota, FL with my girlfriends, I got home and wanted to try it on for my mom. It was a Casablanca, and WW is the only store in Lex that sells that designer. We went, loved it, but continued to shop because it was still early on. As we kept shopping, it was becoming clear that the Casa was the one we really loved, but we discovered that WW had sold their sample, and because it was from a past season, they wouldn't be getting another one. I was heartbroken because I needed to see it again before I made a decision; they arranged to have another sample sent to their store for a few days so I could put it on and make sure it was "the one." It was just as perfect as I remembered and we ordered that day.Because of their great service, we ended up getting all 6 BM dresses and 10 tuxes from them as well. They were easy to work with and not too expensive on everything. I also got a headpiece and shoes there. I would definitely recommend WW to anyone!

I was able to order a dress, and then make custom changes to the neckline, backline, add sashes or change the color of the fabric. I enjoyed that there was a smaller selection of dresses at the store, because it made choosing one easy. I got my bridesmaid dresses/shoes/tuxedos all in time and everything went smoothly. They even reordered my shoes when they came in too big and I never had to worry about anything not being ready on time. The owner is very helpful and the sales girls are professional, not like other cheap wedding shops where a high schooler is helping you pick your wedding dress.

These ladies know thier stuff and are FUN. The first time I went in they were crazy busy, but they got someone to help me and they gave me great attention and service. They made me feel relaxed. The same group of people I had seen at another store was there at the same time I was. We all decided we liked the dress I found there alot better than the other one I was looking at. WE also decided we liked the staff and Wedding Wonderland better. YOu must Go and find out for yoursef.

Great selections...personal service...One employee, Sarah, actually volunteered to come to the wedding and help me get my gown ready...Two complaints...bit pricey and not very flexible with certain things.

I was my consultant's only concern during my appointment. She is the one that suggested the dress that I ended up purchasing. The price of the dress was slightly cheaper than at another boutique. I was very happy with my experience.

The dress was beautiful and well-priced, but the seamstress messed up the straps. If you need alterations done, find your own seamstress, don't use the one they work with - you will save a lot of time and frustration. The staff was helpful, but a little unprofessional (gossiping about clients in front of me and I'm thinking 'What are they saying about me when I'm gone?!'). Great discounts for shopping with them, and the groomsmen tuxes came in perfect.

They are very attentive...when I went in there to find a dress they found 5 or 6 that I could try on (I am a plus size and most of the dresses I had found elsewhere were too small for me to even attempt to try on). The same girl stayed with me and helped me get in my dress, find undergarments, and show the dress the way it would look on me. They kept my information on file for all the dresses I was interested in and any time I went back they would get them off the shelf for me and help me again - I think I tried on the same three dresses at least 5 times and they never seemed to mind. Invitations - we also ordered our invitations, napkins, and programs at this location. They were gorgeous...Also, the more your purchase there the better - you get discounts if you buy your dress, bridesmaid dresses, and tuxes there - as well as invites, programs, etc. I didn't like that they didn't have as big a selection of Bridesmaid dresses that would fit larger women - which made it hard for some of my bridesmaids to actually try a dress on - but I have found that to be the case most everywhere we went.

I bought my dress, veil and bridesmaid dresses all from Wedding Wonderland. They were very easy to work with, very friendly and met every deadline. They don't have a huge selection, but what they do have is worth stopping for a look.

I got my wedding dress there and I loved it. My friend had us get bridesmaid dresses there for her wedding and I would not do that again. They let her pick hideous colors and the dresses turned out terrible.

I loved the wedding dress that I got here, although I thought their prices were a little high and also they could not guarantee a good time frame for the dress to be delivered, so I ended up paying more for expedited shipping just to be sure.

The lady that was helping me try on dresses initially was super. She was incredibly patient and helpful, but when I had to come back the next day, the woman who waited on me was very unfriendly. The dress I bought was nice and reasonably priced, but I didn't need any alterations so I cannot speak for that.

My initial appointment to try on wedding dresses was wonderful, but it was all downhill from there. It took nearly 4 months to get my dress in, and once it was in, there were numerous problems with getting appointments for fittings scheduled. I was constantly told that the seamstress was double and triple booked and I ended up having to take time off from work to fit into her schedule. I came in for my last appointment and to pick up my dress 1 night before I was leaving town for my wedding, and the seamstress had forgotten my dress at her house and had not finished the beadwork or bussel. I had to come in an hour before I was leaving to go out of town for the wedding and she sat on the floor with my dress and did the beadwork right in front of me.....not exactly what I was expecting of my dream wedding gown. They ended up refunding my alterations charges and finishing my dress just in time. It was quite an experience and turned out ok, but was definitely not worth the stress and hassle. I definitely do not reccommend

I had planned on buying my dress from Wedding Wonderland until I realized they were lying to me the whole time. I was suspicious when I went in and they wanted to see the style numbers I had picked out because they came up with their own style numbers. All the original numbers were marked out in the dresses. They told me that the companies would not allow you to take a picture of a dress and that the dress I liked would not be online for another year because the designer would not put them up until the next season. That night I found the dress online along with the correct style number. They told me they were the only store in Ky who could get the dress for me but I easily found another store who carried the designer. The other store also allowed to me to take any picture of any dress I was considering to compare them. When I questioned further there was no such policy with the designer, or any designer as far as the owner of the other store was aware, about taking pictures. Apparently they just didnt want me to find the dress elsewhere. They also lied to a friend of mine about available colors for a dress. Buyer beware I strongly suggest going elsewhere.
