After calling and being told that my "Will you be my bridesmaid" cookie would be delivered the next day and the next day.... It has been 2 weeks and still nothing but excuses and now they have told me twice that they would next day the cookie but nothing. DO NOT USE!!! You have enough stress in planning you should not have to pay for a product and fight to get it. Again, DO NOT USE
I was so disappointed with the favors I received and am happy I didn't order more from this site. I ordered 3 cookies: two asking my relatives to be my flower girl and ring bearer and the third as a thank you cookie for my parents. These cookies do not look homemade. They look factory made as a rectangle shaped piece of paper with "Will you be my flower girl?" was tacked on top. Not at all how the picture looks. They also had a typo on my parents cookie. Customer service was very short and unprofessional in their email responses.
I would not recommend this company if you have to talk to them in person. There customer service is terrible and they make excuses for there behavior.
My order not only was late but they were rude when I tried to get to the bottom of it!!!!
All the manager did was make excuses and tried to blame a shipping company for there lack of skills. Will never use again.
Do not use Weddingish! I ordered a robe (not personalized) and it did not fit. I will admit that I was late on the return policy by about a week. They refused to refund me the money, which is, again, my fault. I was told I had a credit to Weddingish but when I called they were rude and would not give me any information as to my credit. I have yet to this day received an email or a phone call about this credit. I lost $50 and no one on the phone is helpful. The quality of their merchandise is poor and cheaply made. I strongly advise to stay away from this site, poor customer service, and cheap merchandise. At one time I had the manager's name written down but have since lost it. If you have a problem with your order, good luck getting anyone to answer your questions or be helpful to you without a condescending tone or just with down-right apathy.
I received one of their cookies in the mail from my maid of honor for Valentine's Day and it was fabulous! It arrived beautifully wrapped (packaging is very important), and perhaps most importantly - the cookie was delicious. It was a very special treat to receive, and from what I saw Weddingish is a fabulous company that strives to make their customers feel special.
I ordered my MOH tee and my Will You Be My Bridesmaid cookies from here. They were very proffesional. The product was very nice and creative. My BM's love the cookies. I especially liked the free gift they included in my order.
My girls and I wore sweatshirts that said bride, bridesmaid, and maid of honor in white crystals. They were so adorable. There is a picture of us in them in my profile.....They have the coolest selection of wedding gear and so much more. I liked them in particular because to me, it's a bit more high-end then some of the other vendors that may have some similar products. They were also a total pleasure to deal with. The products looked great and came very quickly. I definitely recommend them!!!

How long can I expect delivery to take?
Although MOST of our orders are processed and shipped the same or next day, it may take longer if we are temporarily out of stock on certain items. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will tell you when the item will be available and give you the choice of waiting until the item becomes available to ship, removing the item from your order, or having your order shipped in two separate shipments. We will do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. For personalized and custom items, please allow 7-10 business days for processing and 2-4 days for shipping. All Weddingish orders are shipped via Fed-x,UPS or USPS. We also ship Overnight and 2nd day when specified in the shipping options. Shipping costs depend on the number of items ordered:

Two-Day shipping $16.95 and up
Overnight shipping $31.00 and up
