Mona was a phenomenal wedding planner! When meeting with her prior to picking a package, she was very helpful in the different types of services she offered. After picking the package to have her on board 6 months before the wedding, we finally met up with her in February. From that point on, we met once a month and by the last month before the wedding, every week. She was always easy to communicate with and available to answer any questions we had. Mona also provided us with lots of suggestions for our wedding as well as different price options. We didn't realize how important it was to have a wedding planner until we met Mona. She thought of all the little details and helped us map out a "Day of Wedding" plan so it would go as smooth as possible. Mona was always professional; she was always on time, provided us with many different options when planning our wedding, and made me feel as calm as could be. I was definitely not a stressed Bridezilla thanks to Mona!

I am so glad that I took the advice from my friends when it came to hiring a wedding coordinator! I now tell everyone its a must! With all the planning, communicating with all the different vendors, timelines, and the little itty bitty details that go along throughout the entire wedding process, there are bound for things to fall through the cracks unless you have someone who knows what their doing and knows what to look for and what to do when things go wrong. This was Mona! Any questions I had through the entire process, she would answer. And for the things i didn't know to ask, she would have them all ready for me anyway to prepare me for things i needed to be aware of. The day went so smooth and it was nice that I didn't have the stress of answering anyones questions on the day of the wedding because everyone knew to go to her or the team. They were on it the entire time and we don't know how to thank you enough!

Worked mostly with Mona and she is FABULOUS. She really knows what she's doing. I had her and a couple other fabulous girls from WGM for day of coordinators and I am so glad I went with them. They made sure everything was done right and I didn't have to worry about anything on my wedding day! They are truly the best in the business.

The whole crew of WGM was awesome to work with. Jaymie was our planner who had helped us throughout a whole year of planning. She was great, very friendly and very flexible. She help create our dream wedding and made everything a reality especially since my then fiance was very specific and a little groomzilla to work with. Jaymie, Melanie, Carly and everyone else did an amazing job that I was able to relax and had fun on my wedding day.

If you are a busy bride, hiring a Wedding Coordinator helps out very well. The cost of a wedding coordinator can be costly, but it's well worth it!! Mona, Jaymie and her staff were very professional, helpful and responsive ever step of the way. During the wedding day, no problems were brought up or were aware of!

We worked with Mona, she was fantastic! We spent 18 months planning our wedding and she was there for us the entire time. We live in CA and the wedding was in HI, so it was a big help having her. Mona already had worked with a lot of different vendors so she was able to recommend good ones for us. We did run into a few bumps along the way with other vendors, but she had our back and made sure we were appropriately compensated for certain things. The day of the wedding was super smooth! She and her staff handled everything! We and our families did not have to lift a finger. We highly recommend her services!

The location of the destination wedding is what sets the theme. Whether it be a beach, a private estate, or a ski resort – the site truly can dictate the wedding ambiance as well as any pre- and post-wedding activities. Therefore, it is paramount that couples consider several factors before selecting their destination wedding location. First and foremost, couples should consider their own personalities and preferences. If you love the ocean, sunshine, and tropical flowers, then obviously, a “winter wonderland” themed wedding in Aspen would not be one of your options. The location should be a reflection of who you are – an extension of the mood you would like to set for you and your guests. Second, couples should consider their guests. Much like the “fit” between the location and you, there should ideally be a “fit” with your guests, too. Finally, strongly consider your budget. Although budgets should not rule over your plans, it is wise to be realistic and honest about your finances. Some questions to ask yourselves:
Is the destination your idea of romance and fun?
Have you been to the destination before and are dying to go back?
Is the destination where you two met or got engaged?
Does the local customs and culture fit with your wedding style?
