I was a guest at a wedding Jaimee officiated. Jaimee is a meticulous professional. I was impressed with the thorough way she made sure to understand the bride and groom to ensure the vows were suited to them. She clearly made this wedding as much a priority as she would need for a larger wedding. This wedding had all of 20 people, on the beach. It was beautiful and heartwarming. Jaimee even assisted when they had need for a new, last minute photographer. She recommended someone who was able to come and take pictures of the wedding party even when they were getting ready.

If I were looking for someone to officiate a wedding, she would definitely be at the top of my list.

I even took some great iphone pics... ;)

What officiant services do you provide?

Interfaith Ceremony, Non-religious Ceremony, Single Religion Ceremony

What religious affiliations do you serve?

Christian (no denomination), Evangelical

Can you accommodate the hearing impaired?

Are you willing to perform a ceremony at a non-religious site?

Of course!

What is your attire for the ceremony?

I usually wear a black or dark colored dress unless something specific is in mind for the couple perhaps with a preference for their pictures. If that's the case I like to try my best to accomodate their wishes.

Are you flexible in the wording used throughout the ceremony, including the vows?

Very flexible. In my initial interview, I ask particular questions in my chance to get to know the couple, their wishes and desires for the ceremony itself, but most especially for their preferences in style of words be they traditional or modern, short and sweet, etc.

Do you allow the couple to write their own vows, if desired?

Absolutely. I find these the best vows any couple could make. However, for those that don't possess the talent of words, I find every way possible to make even the shortest of ceremonies, intimate and memorable.

Do you have a list of readings pre-selected, from which the couple must choose?

Once we have a signed contract and deposit is received, I share all of my sample vows and ceremony stylings to choose from or perhaps discuss alternatives to choose from.

How long are your ceremonies?

This depends on the type of ceremony chosen and if additional ceremonies are added to lengthen the time. Average length is approximately 12-13 minutes long.

Do you require that premarital counseling be done?

No.

Are you willing to perform pre-ceremony rehearsals?

Yes I am willing to perform the rehearsals but an additional fee is required.

Do you supply a sound system?

No.
