Weddings by Michelle was a service that we brought in during the final 3 months before the wedding. It was the RIGHT choice! Kim Pietsch was our coordinator, and she was amazing. Let me say that again... SHE WAS AMAZING! She did a great job of listening to us and making sure all of our ideas and special touches were implemented on our special day. When we were missing key elements (make-up, transportation, DJ) - she made excellent recommendations or coached us on working with other vendors. She created a minute by minute time line that we followed from Friday and all day through the wedding. And she pulled it all off for us perfectly!
Working with Kim wasn't just about being well organized and informative, Kim was delightful. Fun, cheerful and enthusiastic - she was alert and attentive, proactively identifiying what was needed throughout the day and being at my side immediately to help. I know my Mom would not have enjoyed our wedding if she had been worrying about all the little details - Kim did that for us, and made sure we had a celebration to remember!

Michelle and Kim were full service wedding planners for us. They not only helped with every aspect of our wedding they helped plan our engagement party and rehearsal dinner as well. Michelle has a one of a kind personality and Kim is the most organizes and on top of it person I have ever met. Our wedding was perfect and ran on such an amazing timeline, you didn't even know you were on one! All of our guests complimented the amazing job Weddings by Michelle did at our wedding. I work with a lot of wedding coordinators and planners and I love working with Michelle and her team. They are all professional, fun, and work great with me and other vendors to keep the day running smoothly for all of us before and during the event & to helps couples have the day they planned. And best of all, she frees you up from the last minute stresses so you can enjoy yourself (and I can get the great photos of it all ;). I highly recommend her to everyone!

What can I say about Michelle? I have done a lot of weddings with her and I can tell you, that as a musician, I can't think of anyone I'd rather work with. She is thorough, efficient and aware of what I need to make my part of the ceremony go smoothly. She communicates well, and keeps her cool no matter what is going on around her. That all sounds good, but there's more than that. Michelle is sweet and sassy, and truly, truly LOVES all of her brides and grooms. I can't say that about all the coordinators out there, but I can without reservation say that about Michelle. To a bride, that is huge. Each one feels as though she is Michelle's only client and that alone recommends her. On the wedding day, it is sometimes difficult to keep the schedule on track because everyone is having a good time and time just sort of goes, but Michelle is aware that vendors are on a schedule, and food needs to be eaten when it will taste the best so she ever so gently (and sweetly) keeps things moving along. The father of a bride a number of years ago confided to me that Michelle is "kind of pushy for such a little thing, but that he didn't even realize he was being pushed". That's all that needs to be said.

A great personality, a talented mind, and very professional. That is how I would describe Michelle and/or Kimberly from Weddings by Michelle. I would definitely recommend her services to all my clients.
