What can I say about the person who save my sanity and let me enjoy by daughter’s wedding. Melody can highly recommended by a friend and I can see why. Her quiet unassuming, professional and calming manner was more than I could have asked for. She helped create the fairytale wedding my daughter envisioned. How many weddings to you know of that went beautifully without a glitch or problem? This one did and I can’t thank Melody enough. This is one person you cannot have a wedding without!

Before hiring Melody, I had tried to convince my mom to skip a wedding coordinator in order to save money. Boy am I glad my mom wouldn't budge on the issue. Melody was truly a lifesaver. She put everyone at ease, went WAY beyond the scope of her contracted services, and truly cared for myself and my whole family. She was a part of my special day and I hope to stay friends with her into the future. Do yourself and hire Melody as soon as possible.

Melody Walker helped us plan my daughter's wedding, July 30 2011, which turned out to be the best wedding I've ever attended!!! Melody held our hands through the planning of items we were unfamiliar with, she introduced us to AMAZING vendors, she gave advise when asked/needed, she guided us according to our price range, and she knew when to take a step back & let us make decisions. Melody was extremely sweet but yet professional, and she returned our calls & emails immediately. On the wedding day I knew everything was going to flow well because it was in Melody's hands...and it was PERFECT! We could tell she's been doing this a while now and is an expert! Melody works so well with everyone & all the vendors which is why everything went so smooth. I can't say enough good things about her; I HIGHLY recommend Melody as a wedding coordinator.

Melody was a joy to work with. She has done both my brother's wedding and mine and both were amazing. She has a talent for making everything seem manageable and stress free. I could not have hoped for a better person to help us plan our big day. She thought of all the details and had a great vendor list. Many of the vendors gave us great deals because Melody was our planner. Whether you want her to guide you through every inch, or a more hands off approach, she knows how to stay involved and productive. Everything is catered to your preferences and your personality really shines through at the wedding. Not one time did i feel like we were being pressured into another cookie cutter wedding.

We could not have had such an amazing wedding without her. Her wealth of knowledge about etiquette, trends and novel ideas really came in handy. She really is the "one stop shop" for weddings. We got our invitations, goody bags, save-the-dates, florist, photographer, musician, limo, rentals, officiant, everything through her!

Melody is the best of the best! She made my day so easy and fun...I knew I didn't have to worry about a thing having Melody there by my side!

My husband and I were married in May 2009. I travel often for work and knew I needed help planning my wedding. When we looked for a planner, we had two main criteria: more than 15 years in the business and the willingness to work in a smaller budget and "off the wedding grid". We told Melody our priority was entertaining our friends and family for the evening with great food and wine. Melody got what we were trying to do and embraced my effort to focus on saving money where it didn't matter while spending money on the things that were important. Her vendor recommendations were excellent and were perfect for our personalities and vision of the day. She was a partner to us in the planning and a great director on the day. Everything went perfect - as far as I know - which is just what any bride would want.

I thought I would never need a wedding coordinator, as it seemed like I could do it all. I soon found out how daunting a task a wedding is -- especially one with around 150 people! Knowing how busy I am in my daily life, I decided to go with a coordinator. I was given 5 names, and she was recommended as "the best." Well, that is the absolute truth! Not only did she come to the rescue when our original officiant became unavailable two weeks before the wedding, she calmed all of us down and said not to worry; she would get a great one, and she did! Our wedding was the most perfect day and had many more beautiful moments because she knew how to guide us into doing special things (like the bride and groom sending letters to each other in the holding room before the wedding) -- it was romantic, beautiful, and memorable for us and our guests who continue to say that it was hands-down, the most beautiful wedding they had ever seen. Hire Melody. She will be your coordinator, your mentor and, if you're lucky, she'll be a new friend.

Melody Walker was the coordinator for my wedding in Pasadena, CA on December 10, 2006. She did an absolutely amazing job. Everything went very smoothly, and we did not have to worry about a single thing. She coordinated with our vendors, created a timeline for the day, assisted us with contracts, gave us tips on all aspects of the wedding, ran the rehearsal, assisted in decorating our site... she did everything! And the thing that I love about Melody is that it's like having an extra mother - but a mother who happens to be an expert in weddings! She was less like a drill sergeant (like some of the other coordinators we interviewed), and she really put her heart into our wedding. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

While she is located in Orange County, she also does weddings in the Los Angeles area and beyond.
