I met with Krysta a couple weeks before my wedding, gave her a list and pictures as long as my arm, and just as thick, and asked if she could figure out what i was getting at, and she did, it was PERFECTION.
At one point during the reception, she realized that I hadn't bought enough plates for the cake serving, and she took in upon herself to run and get them, and in a very timely manner!
The only thing I would have done differently, would be to have had her as the planner the whole time, and not just the day of the wedding. But considering she was just thrown in, she was organized, made sure everything was taken care of, and made sure I was relaxing, and re-assured me that everything was perfect.

Whaever and I started off wedding planning back in Texas, and moved here to Arizona this last year.
I realized my love for weddings, and wedding design and planning in college, helping friends plan their weddings and fell in love! I knew this was the job for me.
I realized very quickly that when people think of having a wedding planner, they think its a service that isn't necessary or affordable. Thats when I decided to start my own business. Helping brides stay stress free, while maintaining an affordable price are my main goals, while also designing the wedding of your dreams within your budget. So... why do you need me, a wedding planner??
Let me tell you how the process usually goes…
First, you get engaged! Its so exciting and probably one of the best days of your life… then you start the planning, you figure out the colors… what kind of location… indoor, outdoor… a church, somewhere special to the two of you… then you start gathering… you buy the dress a garter and figure out what kind of invitations you want… and where do you go from there? This is usually where most brides get stuck. How do I get someone to clean up after the wedding? Who’s picking up the flowers the day of and reminding my florist and other vendors of my order a month, a week, the day before? what kind of cake do I want and what’s a reasonable price? Am I going to enjoy my own wedding day? What am I going to forget?
That is where I step in. I specialize in making your wedding day absolutely as stress free and beautiful as possible. I am organized to a fault, and I absolutely love designing your wedding and reception to your specifications.
I have worked with 2 other wedding coordinators…. The first one was super organized and knew down to the second what was supposed to be done, and the second one specialized in presenting a wedding design that would absolutely take your breathe away. I loved working with both of them truthfully, but I wanted to take both their strengths and make them my own. I wanted to be a wedding planning/event designer. I worked to be organized and be able to wow clients with my creative and unique designs as well.
By utilizing me as a wedding resource, I can help YOU realize their dream wedding while being thrifty (not cheap…). I can help save money, and give money saving ideas and can get wholesale prices for flowers, favors etc...
Here is the ways I can service you…
1) A full service organizer Plan wedding from start to finish, be at every meeting with vendor, fitting, etc… also I will be the primary contact for the vendors to get a hold of and in charge of keeping them on schedule. Day of I will be there for the whole day, with assistant, keeping things in order.
2) Part Time Coordinator. This package gives you the option of doing the leg work involved with wedding planning, we will meet, 2 times a month, and also vendors of your choosing. I will give you a calendar of what needs to be done and when, and be constantly checking on you to see how it is playing out. I will be there full service day of the wedding. Set up, tear down and making sure everyone and everything is where it is supposed to be.
3) Day of Coordinator. Set up, tear down, wedding party in their place, making sure the behind the scenes is going well, and reception set up.
4) I call this my live wedding planning how-to. I will meet with you 2 times or we can do it via phone and internet, to go over a checklist and schedule of things that might need to be done and be available by email or phone to answer any questions you might have at anytime.
