Wedgewood was a great location for our wedding. It is really designed for large gatherings and gives you a nice setting for your ceremony and reception. It isn't the most romantic place in the world, but it has a classy feel to it. The process for booking Wedgewood is very streamlined. They have a bunch of different packages you can choose from which varying amounts of the wedding already in place for you (e.g. invitations, flowers, mc, etc.) and they charge you per head. If you like less hassle at a classy place, this will fit the bill. As I said before, they charge you per head, and we thought the prices were in line with other places. For the meal, the filet mignon was really superb and I really loved their cider toast.

We went with Wedgewood because they offer “All Inclusive” Wedding Packages providing excellent value, service and convenience NONE of which were delivered. Wedgewood’s approved vendors offer poor service and are unreliable. We were held hostage to work with poorly chosen vendors we had no say in. We asked for banana but got a vanilla wedding cake instead! The DJ/MC was unprofessional and embarrasing. Wedgewood staff did nothing to correct the situation only to make matters worst. Wedgewood directors failed to direct the dinner reception resulting in mass confusion as nearly 200 guests entered banquet room; no one knowing where to sign in or leave gifts. Wedgewood dinner catering, which you are required to use, is mediocre at best. There were hidden costs throughout the process eventhough they claim (an you pay for) an 'all inclusive' model. Almost an additional thousand dollars in flowers alone. Wedgewood is the classic example of over promising and under delivering and charging a premium; all at your expense and more than just monetary expense...heartache and a lifetime of undesirable memories. MAY 29, 2007 After posting the review, my husband and I continued to be in discussion with Wedgewood. For all the things we felt went wrong, Wedgewood did their very best to fix it all. Although there were some folks at Wedgewood who were not very helpful, there were an equal amount of folks who were extremely helpful. As a result, we've upgraded from 1 star to 3 stars!

Wedgewood was a great location for what we were looking for. Something intimate, and classy. Although it was tough to schedule appointments with some of the vendors (the florist was only open Mon - Thu from 9am - 5pm!!!), everything else wasn't that bad. There are a lot of hidden fees. The "All Inclusive" tag is a bit deceiving, the review above is right, the florist had about $700 in "upgrades" for us. I had to shop around and find another floral vendor to fit my budget. The staff was very patient with us, as we were a bit stressed out as the time approached. The only thing I wasn't too happy about was the rehearsal. I expected at least 1 staff member to be present for rehearsal. I mean, I have never gotten married, I didn't know what to expect. But when we arrived, the cleaning crew told us they were asked to close the doors after we left. And we were on our own. Yikes!! Fortunately, a couple of people calmed me down and we got through our "rehearsal" without incident. The banquet director was very friendly, our DJ/MC was a little hard to get a hold of at first, but at the end he had a hard time getting a hold of me. Overall, I would recommend the place. It was perfect for us, and we were pleased. The food was good and my family still tells me how nice it was.
