Our wedding couldn't have been any better, or easier to put together. The staff is amazingly easy to work with and is very patient and understanding. The food was amazing and served in large portions (appetizers, too!) so people don't leave feeling hungry. We had several comments on how good our food was.

I highly recommend Wedgewood Wedding and Banquet Center in Brentwood, CA! My husband Kenny and I were married there on November 18, 2011. Lisa, Kristin, and Nicole were so helpful throughout the entire process of planning the wedding. This made it much less stressful for us to make decisions and feel good about them. Whenever I had a question, the ladies had an answer or a suggestion. It was great!

Wedgewood Banquet Centers have many different pricing options available that can meet anyone's budget. The package we selected was definitely worth every penny. The food was delicious! We cannot forget the service during the event either. Our banquet captain made sure my husband and I were taken care of the entire evening.

Value, Service, Professionalism are all things you will receive at Wedgewood Banquet Center. From the first meeting to the final meeting. They all made me feel at ease that everything would go smoothly and it did. I had the most beautiful outdoor ceremony with the officiant that they recommended. All of Wedgewood Vendors are also just as professional and provide quality service. This is a one stop shop they provided custom packages to fit your budget and every detail you are looking for. We were treated so well especially on the day of our wedding. The DJ they provided worked with us and played exactly what we wanted to hear, everyone was on the dancefloor. I would highly recommend Wedgewood to any bride that wants the ease of planning a wedding as they will take care of it all for you. I was more than pleased. Thanks Wedgewood!

Crystal Springs was the first place I thought of when I got engaged. I am so pleased that we were able find a package in our budget. Allison and Elise made planning my wedding unbelievably easy! I can not rave enough about how amazing they are! The view from the gazebo is breath taking and the club house was decorated beautifully. Best decision my husband and I made was to select Crystal Springs as our venue.

We were married at the Brentwood location 2 weeks ago and it was PERFECT! We got the emerald package that included the DJ, hotel stay for 1 night, cake (we took this out and used a different baker so they credited us for the cake), chocolate covered strawberries to be served with the cake, personalized toasting flutes, and so much more. The DJ was Matt and he was great, he played most if not all of the songs we requested and kept the party going. The only thing that he kinda messed up on was the song the bridal party was announced to. The BP was supposed to be announced with Sweet Emotions playing in the background and then when my husband and I were announced he was supposed to change the song to Pour Some Sugar On Me, instead he played Pour Some Sugar on Me for the BP and my husband and I. Which was fine, it wasn't a big deal and if he did change the songs it may have not flowed as well. Our package also included a wedding planner, we got Nicole. We had Nicole for the entire process, and she was so amazing, very fast when it came to returning my calls and emails, super sweet, always smiling, she was a really important part of our wedding going so smoothly she was great! The Food, ohhhhh yes delish!!! We got the apple almond chicken and filet mignon duet plate. The chicken was so good! We got so many compliments on our food. We weren't expecting much since it was "wedding food" we were pleasantly surprised, it was great! I will definitely go back just to eat. Our package also included the officiant, we got Rev Ray, he was very nice. The only thing he didn’t do was tell our guests to be seated after I got to the alter… So our guests were standing the entire ceremony, good thing it wasn’t a long one. We also used their florist, Paula she is great at what she does! She helped me pick the flowers and it looked gorgeous, exactly what I wanted. The banquet captain, sadly I forgot her name but she was super nice! She took care of my husband and I for the entire evening. Always asking if we were ok, if we needed anything, not in an annoying way either. She was very nice it was great having her around. We had the wedding of our dreams, I highly recommend having your wedding here, everything was beautiful. With such great staff, and an amazing price, you really can’t go wrong here.

They were AMAZING!! Everyone there was so nice and helpful. They definitely know what they are doing. It was so beautiful, my guests keep telling me the venue was gorgeous and the food was amazing. Some went back for seconds. I would definitely recommend Wedgewood at Eagleridge to anyone looking for a venue for a wedding.

They are wonderful at Wedgewood. The price for how amazing our wedding was is incredible. They took care of all of the details for us so I almost felt like as a bride I wasnt doing enough (In a good way.) If you are looking for something that looks like a million but costs a few thousand you should definitely give them a call.

Like most of the other reviewers, I too searched the bay high and low for an affordable venue and Eagle Ridge is definitely the best deal out there. When most people say deal, you assume that you compromise beauty, service, or SOMETHING...but that's SO not the case with ER!

Not having to research a florist, DJ, baker, caterer, linens provider, or even photobooth services, made my life SO much easier!!!! They're basically a one stop shop, making planning that much less hectic. I loved and highly recommend all of their vendors: CJ Wallace our DJ was amazing, Sweet Pea Floral arrangements were gorgeous, I'm still getting compliments on how good our cupcakes were from I Do Wedding Cakes, appetizers & dinner was delish from ER's chefs (downside you don't get get a tasting but I'm totally happy with the results!!!), their entire staff (Roxanne and my day of captain Julie especially) go above and beyond, and you can't go wrong with a photobooth!!! I definitely added personal custom touches to make it my own but considering all you get for the price you pay, no other venue in the bay can beat it!!!!

We did a lot of research before picking our wedding venue. Wedgewood at Eagle Ridge Golf Club is the best bang for your buck! Everything was very pretty, but the price was still very affordable. I really liked how they contracted with serviced to get the best price. It made wedding planning a lot easier because I didn’t have to interview a ton of bakers, florists, djs and caterers. All the vendors were very professional and gave us many options, so we were able to get exactly what we wanted. The food was delicious! All our guests comment on how nice everything was. Most of our close friends thought we spent a lot more than we did.

Tiffany was excellant and easyto work with- she responded quickly when I had a queston and Wedgewood was very flexible and understanding.

All our guestssaid the wedding waswonderful- thanks to the bartender for keeping the brides and grooms cocktails flowing (what an added surprise) the quality, price and professionalism can not be beat- PLUS the views werespectacular and people were having the times of their life.

Our wedding reception was held here in March. The location and building is beautiful with plenty of parking for guests. We are very pleased with how our reception went. Our guests keep telling us that our wedding--ceremony not at Wedgewood and reception at Wedgewood-- was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever been to.

During the planning:
1) They offer good services with many possible packages at reasonable prices. Further, even though we picked the lowest priced package they treated us with just as much respect and didn't pressure us to go over our budget.
2) The employees were great to work with. They always called or emailed me back. They entered all planning details into the computer system and printed me a copy for my records. They were also happy to let me look around the room when I had my planning appointments. Additionally, they were knowledgeable and provided pictures and descriptions of the different possible things Wedgewood offered. Thanks Sandy and Lauren!
3) The entire planning process with Wedgewood was hassle and worry free. I never felt I had to worry about Wedgewood getting things right.
On the day of:
1) They let my set up team come in super early since there wasn't a morning event. This made set up easy.
2) They were ready to begin promptly and even offered starting early since my guests had all arrived. Through out the entire event, Wedgewood employees were around making sure things went smoothly.
3) We had been worried about the food being plentiful and tasty since we couldn't taste it in advance. The food was absolutely awesome and in abundance. Everyone had as much as they wanted and greatly enjoyed it. I appreciated my "banquet captain" telling me which items had the ingredients I am allegic to. She also left our plates out so we could snatch bites when we had a free second. At one point she even reheated it for us.
4) The entire reception just went beautifully; really nothing that had any impact went wrong. The only things I could mention are
A. They forgot to light the tea light candles on the screen, although, I hadn't known to bring candles until the day before since they'd forgotten to tell me. Then I don't think they realized I had brought them and placed them in the screen.
B. The bartender was sometimes hard to find and a few guests asked me where he was, which of course I didn't know.
C. They had told my set up team that they would set up my cake, but then when my Mom checked on things it wasn't set up so she did it. I guess they forgot or were confused since it wasn't a traditional cake, but boxes containing cake.
D. They could've left the food out longer.
E. Although we asked and gave the format we were told, the cd we provided didn't work until the DJ converted the songs. This isn't Wedgewood though but the DJ company they work with. Please read my review on "A Perfect Impression" to learn about this.
My wedding was beautiful! My guests had a lovely time. Thank you to Wedgewood for their contribution. I highly recommend Wedgewood for a wedding reception.

We just recently had our ceremony and reception here (11/7/10).

It seemed like everytime we came here, called or emailed them, we received a response from a different person; however, everyone got back to us right away and knew what was going on with our wedding.
The prices are what sold us (even though as soon as I saw this place I knew this was the one!). They first asked what our wedding budget was, and even though it wasn't a huge budget, they tried to work around what we had. Yes, we ended up spending way more than expected, but everything was so worth it!
Allison and Elise were AMAZING!!! Super nice girls with so much knowledge and patience.

Our officiant was Anthony Patterson who was super nice, professional but also funny. We met with him and instantly felt so comfortable. Unfortunately he couldn't make it to the rehearsal because of "an emergency" but Elise did a great job anyway!
It did make us a little nervous about the wedding day but Anthony showed up (early) the day of. Aside from him not making it to the rehearsal, we couldn't have asked for anyone better to marry us. He made our guests laugh and we loved the way he spoke...his voice is very deep but clear.

DJ Shawn Storm was incredible, he was able to mix in Latin music and English music very well without making it awkward. When I met him the day of the wedding, he was super nice and basically told me "I will play whatever you want whenever you want. You just let me know!" He definetly got the party started and played good music.

The whole staff the day of our wedding were so great! There was a really sweet woman (forgot her name) who served us drinks, carried our plates to our table and made sure that we were all well taken care of.

Unfortunately it RAINED the day we got married so we weren't able to get married outside by the gazebo and have the amazing view, BUT they did wait until the last minute (it stopped raining) and asked me what I wanted to do, so I gotta give them credit for that!
Allison went as far as driving to the outside ceremony site (20 min before the ceremony) to check it out and let me know if it was possible to have it outside.
We ended up having the ceremony inside (the banquet) which worked out perfectly! It was nice and cozy, the set up was really nice and they refunded us $1,300 because of that! (sweeeet!- Honeymoon money!!)

We are so grateful for everyone at Wedgewood! Our wedding was AMAZING, it was everything I have ever wanted and more!

Wedgewood was so great! The cost was so affordable (for a wedding), the location is gorgeous, the food was amazing, all the vendors they deal with were top-notch, the catering staff went above and beyond the call of duty, and Roxanne and Katie (the wedding coordinators) were so easy to work with and really helpful and nice. We loved that they are so flexible and will customize the wedding package. We had an amazing experience with everybody at Wedgewood! A++++

My husband and I got married at Wedgewood San Ramon on October 1, 2010. It was the best day of my life and I could not have been happier.
What attracted me to Wedgewood in the first place was the affordability, the options, the friendly and engaging staff, the incredible vendors and the location. I have to say, I had a clear vision of how I wanted my wedding day to go and was not 100% sure it would be perfect (under my strict standards). However, my wedding exceeded all of my expectations due to the outstanding people associated with this lovely venue.
I cannot say enough good things about the catering sales department, especially Sandy and Lauren. These two ladies were there for me every step of the way. They returned my emails in a timely manner, they made sure I felt comfortable in all the meetings and that my voice was heard on important decisions. They encouraged me to think outside of the box and make the venue unique to me. They were also there for me on my wedding day, making sure that everything ran smoothly and that everyone was happy. Sandy even helped out by fixing the decorations that the guys were supposed to put up before the wedding.
How can I forget Frankie at the bar; because my guests certainly didn't. I had quite a few guests come up to me after the wedding and say how great Frankie was. That he had a great sense of humor and he was able to serve everyone in a timely manner. Let me just say, it was one more thing that added to the joy of my day.
The food was great too. Wedgewood has a variety of plating options as well of meal options. They were even able to make special vegetarian arrangements for me and my maid of honor. We chose the duet plated option and all the food was served in timely manner, with plenty to eat and enjoy.
I could not have dreamed up a better wedding and it is all thanks to Wedgewood Wedding and Banquet Center in San Ramon and their amazing staff and vendors.

Wedge Wedding Banquet in Burlingame was great. What sold us was they do everything and that is what my husband and I were looking for a place you can do your invites, flowers, dj & ceremony. The gazebo what was beautiful and reception was just how we pictures it.

My husband and I were married at Wedgewood Wedding and Banquet Center in Brentwood, Ca this last September on the 17th. The venue is beautiful! They have a very traditional, often used wedding location with a gazebo that we loved but when we were shown the garden patio overlooking the grounds we fell in love! When we found out it had never been used for a wedding before we were even more excited to transform it into our very own unique garden wedding! And the staff at wedgewood were fabulous at meeting all of our needs. The entire wedding planning process was effortless, their recommended vendors are wonderful to work with. They take alot of the stress out of the planning process. We were left with the fun things to worry about! The food was amazing, the venue beautiful and the staff was fabulous! We could not have asked for more on our wedding day!

The best place to do a ceremony.

Wedgewood at the Delta View Golf Course was AMAZING!! I had the pleasure of working with Carrie & Christina and these 2 ladies made sure everything from day 1 went smoothly and catered everything to what we wanted and how we could make it work in our budget. We had an excellent experience with them, and could not be more satisfied w/ the way our special day turned out!

Wedgewood in Gilroy was a wonderful venue to have our wedding at! If you’re looking for the best deal around, little to no stress, and still have elegance and class, this is the place to go. They have everything down to such a science that my mom and I could actually enjoy my big day! Also, the food is wonderful (don’t worry about not having a tasting) and the chef does wonderfully when working with allergies. GLUTEN FREE BRIDES STOP HERE!! All of their vendors did a spectacular job, however I couldn’t praise the DJ, CJ Wallace enough. He is absolute perfection and even if you don’t pick Wedgewood look him up!! BUT, if you should pick Wedgewood because Betsy is the Banquet Captain and she was awesome! Calm, cool, collected, helpful, and on top of everything during the wedding! I wish I could hire her for my corporate events!

2 Suggestions: 1. Make sure you’ve got all of your wedding details (such as guest count) sorted out flawlessly by the last appointment at Wedgewood. 2. Their suggested vendor for photography was not very helpful to me at all, but they weren’t included in the venue anyways. We used Charles Photography from San Jose and he was superb!

Karissa and Lisa were AMAZING! From the beginning of my wedding planning to the very end, they were there to personally help me with any and everything! It was as if I actually hired my own wedding planners! My wedding was absolutely perfect and that wouldn't have happened without the entire staff at Wedgewood. They went above and beyond their duties, and I couldn't thank them enough. Every girl/woman dreams of their perfect wedding and I am so grateful, blessed that I chose to have my wedding at Wedgewood Banquet in Oakland because my dream wedding did come true!!! Thank you, thank you thank you!!

We had our wedding here in July 2010 and all ANYONE can say about it is, "WOW". We received so many compliments from all of our guests and everyone had a great time! Beautiful outdoor wedding area, excellent photo opportunities (lake, willow tree, grass, flowers, etc.), and the reception hall is beautiful at night! For reference, we chose (and tweaked to our specific needs) the Emerald Package. Everything about the packages is flexible, if they offer something that you don't need, you can remove it. If there is something that you want that isn't written into the package, they will give you a quote and add it in for you.

The Wedgewood Staff and Vendors were excellent to work with and helped make our wedding perfectly stress-free. Kristen is the first person you see and the person you work with throughout the process. She is easy to work with, friendly, funny, and very honest. She got married at Wedgewood and she BELIEVES in the process and knows that it works well. Sue was our banquet captain and she was exactly right for the job. Anything we needed during the reception was done flawlessly. Our DJ was from Perfect Day Music had great music planned and executed our ceremony and reception without missing a beat. The flowers from Grohe Florists were beautiful and were done exactly to our specifications. The cake from Auntie B's was DELICIOUS.

All in all, I highly recommend Wedgewood!

Seriously, I can't believe how awesome everything was here! We got married at Eagle Ridge on Sunday, July 11, 2010. Every single guest was super impressed by not only the site, but the people who worked at the wedding. I have not heard one complaint about anything from that day. Roxanne, Ashley and Mike were so fantastic in helping us plan our big day. CJ the DJ is one of my new favorite people! Every person involved in making our day so great deserves recognition and they all work at Eagle Ridge!

They really made our dream wedding become a reality. It was everything we could have planned for and more! The location was gorgeous for an evening wedding, the food was wonderful and the friendly staff helped us through all the details and really made our wedding dreams come true.

This location is beautiful! I was a little bothered by some of the decision making that happened. But honestly all the staff made our day so amazing, they went over and beyond what they had to do, and i'm so happy we married there! Pittsburg location!

The people at Wedgewood Wedding and Banquet Center are awesome- They are able to work with any budget and make it look expensive- They listen to what you want and provide an excellent facility for both the ceremony and the reception- They provide packages for the Bride and Groom- including, invitations, DJ, Food, etc. I loved having a lot of details in one place, for one price. I highly suggest having a wedding or other type of party at Wedgewood.

My husband and I booked Eagle Ridge in March '09 for a Sunday, April 11, 2010 wedding with the gold package. We used all Eagle Ridge vendors-CJ, I Do Wedding Cakes and Tiffany/Roxanne/Kimberly are WONDERFUL. Think twice about their photographer (my only complaint)

Sunday weddings are the way to go if you are looking to cut some costs. We used the upstairs room by the office because it was Hurricane Katrina on our wedding day (ok maybe a little dramatic but the weather was horrible) as much as I hated using that room, it turned out fantastic.

Buy the chair covers, it makes a huge difference! The food is sooo amazing and everyone seemed to love the wine.

If I had it to do all over again, I would without a doubt pick Eagle Ridge!!!!!!!!!

Allison and her team at Crystal Springs really did make my dreams come true. At the time of my wedding, I was going through some health issues, and felt and looked really drained. Allison went above and beyond the call of duty, making sure I had plain foods to eat, finding time for us to practice our choreographed wedding dance, refilling my soda, and orchestrating every move to perfection. I really feel like I had a wedding planner, that is how good Crystal Springs is. They give you everything you need to complete your day, and can point you in the right direction. It is amazing that they charge what they do, because their level of service, the facilities and their assistance is priceless.
My only "advice" for brides is to know what you want. Crystal Springs has you fill out worksheets prior to scheduled meetings, and you have to do the pre-work and feel confident in your selections! As I said, because of my health problems, I quickly made decisions and stuck with them, and never second guessed myself or what I had chosen. Remember it is YOUR day and if a parent doesn't like your napkin color of choice, who cares? It is about celebrating love and commitment, and Allison and her team will go to great lengths to make it beautiful, affordable, and exactly as you pictured. After the big day, I honestly felt like my mother and I were friends with Allison, it was as if she was a friend attending my wedding, not the coordinator. I owe her and her team so many thanks and would recommend using a Wedgewood facility (but in particular this one) to every person that wants an outdoor wedding, beautiful surroundings, amazing food, and a "one stop shop" for all the little things that make the day so special.

Stephanie was great along with everyone else at the San Ramon Golf Club. They made everything so easy and enjoyable for us, from the 1st meeting to the actual wedding. Thank you so much Wedgewood, We will be back!

Kimberley, Roxanne, and Tiffany Rock! The venue for both the ceremony and reception were beautiful. We had our wedding towards the end of October and the weather could not have been more more perfect. Mid 70's with a very slight breeze. We had an evening ceremony and it was timed just right. The area is very nice and gives you that wine country side feel and look. By the time we started to take some of our photos, of just the wife and I, the sun was just setting and it painted some gorgeous orange/amber hughes over the small hillside. The staff were very efficient and had their timing down very well. They were extremely friendly and accomodating. We heard of horror stories with vendors and things not being done right, but Wedgewood and the team executed this flawlessly. My wife is a very detailed person and she told me that she would not change a thing, and trust me when I say this, that is saying a lot!

Can I just say that I LOVE Wedgewood! We had the greatest experience with them and if we could get married all over again we would do it again with them! Lindsay is fabulous and will answer any questions you have and is so quick to return calls and emails. She was literally there every step of the way! Brian the GM, called to make sure everything was going smoothly and was there at our reception making sure things were right. We used all of the vendors provided by Wedgewood except for the photographer and chair covers (just because we already had someone else in mind) and every one of them was wonderful! Can I give 10 stars? I highly recommend this venue!

All I can say is WOW!!! I loved Lisa I would have thought she was a part of my family. She seemed genuinely excited and was great. Everything went smooth. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to take the headache out of working with different vendors.

Also, they changed the packages according to what I wanted. I'm surprised they did this. But it really helped to get and pay for only what I wanted.

We chose Wedgewood Banquet Center because it was all inclusive and the price was right. But it was WAY more than that. They were fabulous! They did such a great job, the food was REALLY good, the cake was stunning, the flowers were perfect, the officiant was great, the DJ was wonderful. There wasn't one thing about the services that Wedgewood Banquet Center in San Ramon provided that was anything less that great. It truly made our "budget" wedding fabulous. Angela is great and we had the best Banquet Captian ever!

If your looking for a all in one awesome package deal. Crystal springs is the place to have your wedding. We are very happy with the way everything turned out.

The people at Wedgewood Wedding and Banquet Center were great at helping me coordinate my wedding. I didn't have much time to organize things and they provided me with the essential, they had their own vendors for Cake, Dj, Flowers, Invitations, and a lot more. I highly recommend them if you live in this area. The people are very professional and competent.

I highly recommend this place to have a reception. The event managers were so nice and helpful and they have all the vendors already picked out for you (You can definitely choose your own, but they've done all the hard work for you so you don't have to seach for vendors) All the vendors (cake, cocktail napkins, dj, flowers, invitations) provided excellent service. You just stop by or call, make your selections and you're done! The food served during the reception was better than I expected. Our reception went by without a problem!

I love Wedgewood at Eagle Ridge in Gilroy CA. I just got married this past Sunday 8/15/10. Everything was perfect! From the first time my husband and I went to Eagle Ridge we knew this was the place for us to celebrate our new lives together with our family. Kimberly and Roxanne are the BEST! They made everything go so smooth along the way. Besides the beautiful scenry there's so much included in your package from the invitations to the dj services. Our flowers and cake were beautiful and exceeded our expectations thanks to Sonya with Sweet Pea Floral and Debbie with "I Do" Wedding Cakes. CJ our DJ had us rocking the night away. All my family and friends couldn't have been more happy with food and service, we have not heard one complaint. Thanks to Eagle Ridge and all the vendors for making our day so extra special!

I Just had my wedding at the San Ramon location! After looking around we deiced on this place because you got the most for your money! I am so glade we choose this place! Its beautiful and the staff is more then wonderful! They were very informational and always got back to me with in less then 24 hours! On the day of the wedding everything was perfect and Nothing went wrong! Lauren was wonderful at making sure everyone was were they needed to be! Everyone loved the food and Candy Bar!! I have no regrets in picking them to help celebrate out big day!

I recently had my wedding here and let me tell you, it was GREAT! Wedgewood offers competitive pricing that allows you to combine most of your wedding vendors in one VERY affordable package. I used nearly all of their vendors (caterer, DJ, florist for décor and center pieces, cake baker, invitations, etc.) and the only outside vendors I had to bring in were my own photographer, officiant, and florist for my personal flowers (bouquets and boutonnieres). Their payment plan allows you to pay specific portions over time, which seems budget-friendly to me

I chose their Oakland location because my husband and I wanted a place that was central to both our families (my side is from the East Bay while his is from the South Bay). It's located on a beautiful golf course that, on a good day, allows you to see the skyline from San Francisco. The bright lights look so cool on a dark and clear night, which make for awesome photographs. They offer two locations for your ceremony, a huge room indoors that comes with an undecorated arch and the gazebo outside. The reception is held in the huge outdoor tent, but this is no ordinary tent. It's like a huge, covered room that has linoleum floors (I think that's what they were), glass windows, and lots of lighting. My husband and I were thrilled that our guests wouldn't have to travel from the wedding ceremony to a separate site for the reception.

The staff was great during the whole wedding planning process. Not only are they knowledgeable and helpful but they're also extremely nice and patient. They never rush or pressure you to make a decision right away and they seem to understand when you need more time to decide on something.

One would think that because of their low prices, the quality of their products would look cheap but that was SO not the case. The invitations I ordered were BEAUTIFUL and looked amazingly elegant and classy. Their cake vendor was flexible and made the lightest and most delicious, 3-tiered/flavored cake for me. Their florist did a great job with the center pieces but she was a bit hard to get a hold of at times. Their DJ was professional and friendly, and he fulfilled almost all of my requests except for one minor one.

The best vendor, though, was their in-house caterer. Man, their food was SO yummy! We opted for 4 appetizers and a 12-item buffet (8 salads and chicken cordon bleu, carved beef, and the salmon) and everyone kept telling me over and over again how good the food was. Several guests even commented to me that it was some of the best wedding food they'd ever had. Before the guests were called to go through the buffet line, the banquet manager went through the buffet first and got several plates of food to bring to my husband and I at the head table. Serving the bride and groom first is actually a policy of theirs, which very considerate and thoughtful because the bride and groom are usually too busy to eat on their wedding day. My husband and I ate until we were full but believe me, we wish we had room in our bellies to keep on eating.

Another big plus is that you can add a wedding night stay to your wedding package, which we did, and the hotel they choose (the Courtyard Marriott by the Oakland airport) offers a free shuttle service to/from the venue for all their hotel guests. This was a total score to me because I knew that with all the alcohol we were serving at the wedding, most of my guests would be too drunk to drive home. Also, the room that Wedgewood booked for us was actually a large suite so it was the perfect place for me and my bridesmaids to get ready at. When I called the hotel to reserve a block rooms for my wedding guests, they offered a great price for our wedding guests so my hubby and I booked an extra night.

The only detail I can think of that the staff didn't take are of was that they didn't really pass out the wedding cake after they cut it. They distributed some of it, but after that, they just plated them and left them at the dessert table for the guests to come and get themselves. Unfortunately, they didn't announce this detail so most of my guests had to figure out on their own that it was okay to grab a slice of cake.

All in all, my wedding day went so smoothly that I, as the bride, didn't have to worry about a thing. Their wedding coordinators and staff ensured that everything went according to plan and that all mishaps were taken care of before I was even aware of them. All the feedback I've gotten so far from my wedding guests was that it was a VERY fun wedding with great service, food, and décor. So if you're looking for an inexpensive but fun and professional place to get married at, you should check out any of the Wedgewood facilities. I'm SO glad I did!

Having our wedding at the Wedgewood Wedding and Banquet Center was wonderful! We loved that they had customizable packages that included many aspects of the wedding. Our package included our ceremony (set up, take-down, and time allotment) DJ services for both ceremony & reception, centerpieces for the tables, our cake (they contract out with a local baker and you get to customize your cake) all of the food and drinks, invitations, napkins, chair covers, as well as a night's stay in a local hotel the night of your wedding.

We had the option of using the florist that did the centerpieces to also do our ceremony flowers, but we opted to use another florist instead. The Wedgewood package did not include a photographer, but the site offered some recommendations, and we chose a photographer that was on their recommended list.

All in all we were very happy with the Wedgewood. The only thing I would have done differently was to have included in our package their help with setting up favors and the personal touches I had done to make the day unique. My family members helped with those and I wish they could have relaxed and enjoyed some cocktails instead of helping to set up.

The OAkland team was amazing! This vow renewal was so much easier then my first wedding. I was stress free and the staff was very very professional. You really get a lot for you buck, We had the gold package and everything was included! I'm very greatful and can not complain. The only con was that I had purchased a zebra rug for my ceremony and it's been 2 weeks and I still have not gotten it back and the staff doesn't seen to know where it is. Other then that kudos to Wedgewood of Oakland!

Wedgewood was terrific. We were in San Ramon, which has great options for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies. They were very accommodating with specific requests like getting beers they don't usually serve for our bar. All the staff there is great. I highly HIGHLY recommend getting a reception and ceremony. Coordinator, regardless of the package you choose. We had the Emerald package, which has lots of things like that included, but even when I originally had a lower one, I added that. They are indispensable. My only problem that we had was with hotel they use. It's a business hotel and the suite is a nice suite, but it's nothing particular special. If you use the suite, double check with the hotel to make your confirmation and reservation are still active. We had a minor problem with that, although the hotel fixed it very quickly. Regardless, I cannot recommend Wedgewood highly enough! And the packages listed on the website are just guideline! You can customize however you like.

I did a lot of research when searching for the perfect location to get married. At our first meeting, I knew this was the place. The ceremony site has a beautiful view, perfect for the ceremony and of course pictures after. The staff are amazing and cater to your needs definitely making you feel like it's your day.

We are very happy that we chose here as our wedding place. They work so hard for you and they are very friendly and patient!
We had a little bit problem at the beginning, but after that it went everything great.
Also we were so lucky about the weather, it is always cold, windy and foggy around 6pm, but we got a hot weather on our wedding.
Again, they are very flexible and try to make sure that you are happy. Highly recommended for those who doesn't want to spend over a year for wedding planning.

The ladies here are great. I had such a stress free time. Most important they made my vision come alive and gave me my dream wedding.

Even after a mix up that had me and my party 30 minutes late for the rehearsal and me totally freaking out. They were able to accommodate us and get it all figured out before the big day. Our wedding went off without a hitch. The venue was beautiful, from the linens to the candles, it came together elegantly. The food was delicious and very filling.

I loved that we were able to customize a package to suit our needs and fit into our budget. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely a great value for the cost!!

I would highly recommend booking your wedding here. You get just about everything, they guide you through the process, the vendors they work with excellent ie: florist, bakery (for your cake and even favors if you want). Honestly, I can't really complain, the office girls were really nice and professional and we got a lot of compliments from guests on how good the food was, etc. Thank you Wedgewood!

Having our wedding at Eagle Ridge was the best choice we made through the whole wedding planning process. I had my doubts from time to time, mostly on how far out it was from the Bay Area and the weird layout of the room but I was more than impressed on my wedding day. Gilroy has the best weather in October (as well as Santa Cruz). It sunny and over 80 degrees on my wedding day in mid-October while it was sprinkling, a bit chilly, and overcast in Fremont.

We were looking for a venue that had beautiful views and an affordable price tag. Good food and an open bar with in our budget were also top priority. We were also concerned with finding a place with exceptional October weather (Gilroy, Monterey, San Francisco) that offered a back up site we could live with in case of a freak rain storm. We found all that and more at Eagle Ridge.

Staff:
We originally booked the venue because my mother and I fell in love with Katie spell and Wedgewood's unbelievable pricing. Katie was wicked funny and so straightforward. After she moved on to greener pastures we were concerned about the new girl, Roxanne, but she is reliable, motivated, and did an awesome job! Tiffany, the banquet manager, is also amazing. She goes over and beyond to make sure that your wedding runs smoothly and everyone is happy.

I took off a star and a half because of some communication issues such as slow response time or not responding at all unless you call and email a bunch of times over a few days... as well as not being kept up to date on changes such as new options offered by the venue (such as linens and lighting).

Packages & Vendors:
Wedgewood's packages included services by associate vendors such as the floral, wedding cake, and dj services. The vendors they chose to work with are all wonderful - CJ the DJ, Sweet Pea Wedding Services, I Do Wedding Cakes.

Although the package pricing is extremely competitive it's not one of those skimpy "value" packages that make you wish you paid full price. The packages are also adjustable. For instance, we took off the chocolate covered strawberries and invitations and added an extra option to the seated plate (duo plate upgraded to trio plate). Which is not a choice of a meal but all three entrees on one plate... and it's fabulous. We had an open bar for 5 hours and didn't have to pay a huge bar bill at the end because it was included in our package as well.

My flowers and cake were awesome - check the reviews. CJ the DJ works for Wedgewood so there wasn't a separate place to give him a review so I'll do it here. One word: AWESOME! CJ kept my party and me dancing all night long. He played the songs I requested, there were no mistakes, he was a great MC, he didn't interject his own nonsense whenever he felt like it (a lot of DJ's do this)... and he didn't blink an eye at any of our random requests.

Reception Area:
The big windows lining the clubhouse wall facing the golf course and hills and wrought iron chandeliers were a huge selling point for me. I loved the views too. The fireplace, huge wooden bar, and giant doors to the reception room are great. Then there is the weird L-shaped room that throws you off. The room layout...it does work wonderfully even though it's not appealing at first glace. All your guests can see you. You can separate groups in different areas/rooms (which actually came in handy for separating people that might not want to be in the same room but want to be at the same event).

Food:
We had the Petit Filet Mignon, Salmon Bearnaise, and the Apple Almond Chicken. All were very tasty, perfectly cooked, and visually appealing. I would recommend any of them but the chicken was outstanding. It definitely stole the tastebud spotlight.

My major recommendations:
I do recommend going for lighting (which CJ the DJ now offers) and upgrading the linens (they only offer short, ivory linens in the packages)... both those factors transform the room into something more beautiful that imagined. Also, spring for at least a cocktail hour. Cash bars are so annoying for guests.

The staff was so awesome and helpful and willing to do whatever they could to make my day special. I had so much fun. Everyone couldn't stop talking about how good the food was. Shawn, the DJ, was amazing. The place is so beautiful. The package came with everything... Food, Drinks, Cake (Through another company), Invitations, DJ, Centerpieces (Through another company), Even toasting flutes and personalized cocktail napkins. It made planning so easy!

This is a great place to get married. It is a one stop shop for your entire wedding. We had the ceremony outside overlooking the reservoir. The reception was up at the club house, with beautiful decorations. There are several packages to choose from for all budgets. All packages include wedding cake, florist, DJ and food. There are recommendations for photographers, Limo’s and ministers. Our package included the honeymoon suite at the Crown Plaza. We had a wedding for 100 people with great food, ambiance at a great price. The staff was wonderful and I was a Bridezilla. The ceremony site is picturesque and when people see my wedding album, they all want to know where we were married.
I couldn’t recommend this place strongly enough. I could type forever about how wonderful the location, the staff and how my day was perfect. Trust me you will love this place, so check it out.

This place is a must if you are on a budget and do not want to deal with various vendors. Everything was taken care of and I only had to pay one person. They really helped with fitting my budget and going around my needs. The food was great, the service was beyond great and the overall experience was more than I imagined. Everything was perfect

This review is for the gazebo wedding ceremony site only.

It was a gorgeous site! We were fortunate that we had prefect weather! The weddings coordinators are really friendly, and were helpful through the planning process. They answered emails and phone calls promptly. Parking was very easy, since guests could just drive up to the ceremony site.

The only negative thing I have to say about the site is that it can get pretty windy sometimes. On our wedding day, half of our guests could not hear the ceremony because of the wind, and the sound system was not turned up loud enough to compensate.

But overall, we were very happy with CSGC for our ceremony site.

My husband and I initially decided to go with Wedgewood based on it having the most value for the cost, and the fact that we loved the ceremony site - it was a big deal for both of our moms to be in the shade during the ceremony, and this location has a wonderful willow tree that provides plenty of shade for all of the guests at an evening wedding. We are so glad that we went with this Wedgewood. Even though they do not allow people to try the food before the actual event, everything turned out wonderfully - all of our guests were raving about how good the food was and how beautifully everything was decorated. We were also especially impressed with the DJ, Randy - he is incredibly professional, and so easy to work with. The people working here are all very friendly. I only wish that the site itself could be cleaned up a little more, as it looks a little dated, especially from the parking lot. The inside looks great once it's cleaned up and decorated, though.

Wedgewood Banquet pretty much is an all in once service which made it very easy for us without having a wedding coordinator or consultant. They provided our invitations, our seats, seat covers, etc. They explained everything.

I'm not even sure where to begin, other than to say our experience with Wedgewood at Eagle Ridge overall was fantastic, our wedding went perfectly and was beautiful (9/25/11). We met with all the ladies (Julie, Roxanne, Tiffany) there a number of times (in person, on the phone, and via email), they were all wonderful, helpful and a great help in creating our magical day. It's a complete package when you go through Wedgewood, they offer just about everything you can think or at least have recommended vendors for you to use. We went with just about all of their recommendations, and they were all above and beyond fantastic jobs.

We picked the venue at Eagle Ridge because of the outdoor gazebo, and setting, and the beautiful wood bar, the fantastic dining room, the big fireplaces and just how great it would be for all of our guests. We went over seating charts, planning, timing, everything you could need to deal with for the wedding without any issues.

There were only two hitches: 1. The mens changing room still had some stuff from the previous wedding when I (the groom) and my guys showed up, the tv didn't work (or was missing the access card) – but we were so busy we hardly noticed, but ya know. 2. Towards the end of the night, I wasn't sure who to ask for some help, and turned to the bartender (who was very helpful) and he directed me to our dinning room director (I think was the title), maybe the night went by too fast, but I don't remember directly being introduced to her, nor did I know I could turn to her (I just thought she was server, sorry!!). My wife believes we were a bit rushed into getting the cake cut due to the main staff needing to leave as well. Other than those things, we thought that things went great. The ceremony was beautiful, they helped us out with a small table for our wine blending ceremony, they were very helpful for my brother-in-law who performed the wedding, and everything else helped us have a completely magical day.

The staff's are really nice & helpful with everything from start to finish. First time I saw the ceremony venue, I already fell in love with it. The mountain and the lake made the gazebo picture perfect! They have everything what you need in here so you don't have to stress around looking for vendors. Also, you get to choose to take it off on your package if you don't like the vendors they have. The food is good and the DJ rock! Their banquet manager Neil took care of us the whole night & helped us packed our gifts & stuffs to our car. It was a dream come true wedding & less stress. The only thing we didn't like is the cake. The Cakery vendor mess up our cake. It was kinda dry. But all in all we can't complain anything. Everyone had a great time!

Very affordable and great place to have your wedding. There packages are very generous and customizable. The staff are friendly and really helped out with everything. They made our day very special.

The food is typical hotel banquet food, but it was good and everyone said they liked it. No complaints no raves. Food options were limited, but to be expected.

The bartender and other staff the day of were great as well. The staff was very attentive and stayed on time with everything. They did their job well without being intrusive. Anaka rocks.

They were sensitive to the fact that I was sober, and cider toasts are included in the package. I was never offered an alcoholic drink which would have upset me. Everyone else got as buzzed as they prefer. There was a small snafu at first, in that the bar started out no host (even though at the last minute I paid for it), but as it worked out once my husband talked to the bartender and everything was cleared up, the drinks started flowing and even though we used up our tab, they sent two bottles of wine home.

It is a one stop shop, really great for the working bride and groom. Lindsey was wonderful. We used a different florist, but that is what is nice about the package, it's modular, so you can substitute any vendor with your own if you like. They also set up a wine tasting table during our cocktail hour. We love going wine tasting, so that was a nice touch for our family and friends to enjoy. They even purchased the wine we recommended for it. Only draw back is the phone automatically goes to voice mail, so you have to leave a message, or e-mail, but they respond same day. The only problem we had was with the Banquet Lead on the actual day, she set up our place cards wrong, and didn't set up the guest book properly. Luckily I went by before the ceremony so they were fixed by the time guests arrived after the ceremony. Considering the price though, it was a really great value.

Wedgewood was amazing and our pics are beautiful. If you are looking for an all inclusive place, this is it!

We had an amazing ceremony at the gazebo overlooking the reservoir. The only complaint here is if you get a windy day, it can get a little interesting. Then we followed our ceremony up with a reception at the clubhouse. The food was amazing. The wait staff were only ok. However, that is the only complaint I had about it. Our wedding coordinator was amazing and helped us throughout the entire process. They sell packages that are VERY affordable. We couldn't have gotten all this for the price we paid anywhere else.

Kristen was awesome!!! She helped me proof read my invitations, menus, etc... And was always available if I had any questions or needed advice. The food was GREAT!! The service was awesome.... We had an incident however that I wasn't very happy with, my cousin left her purse in the little room off of the women's bathroom where we all finished getting ready prior to the ceremony. Money ended up being taken from her purse and all the coordinator said was that "It wasn't any of my guys" and "It will turn up I guarantee it" Basically meaning it was one of my friends or family that did it.... Seriously!?! That's not something I want to hear on my wedding day... Also, some minor details were not followed such as the guest book AT the door ( the book is still missing by the way!) And the Groom's cake was stuffed in the back of the room, my husband and I never saw it!?!

Overall I was mostly happy with the experience, I understand nothing can be perfect...

Over all the team was responsive to my wedding needs, but there were some glitches, extra expenses, that were added in later. There was a misrepresentation of the services provided. But, the wedding day went very smooth. The banquet team was great and always there to help.

These guys were great for a wedding that was put together quickly. They have all of their vendors prearranged, which is helpful depending on your desires. BUT because of this, they aren't flexible on a lot of things. When I mentioned having a chocolate fountain they frowned and said they'd see what they could do but there could be additional fees. The food was ok at my wedding. A friend of mine got married there last year and it was a lot better. They had also done work to improve their facilities. They were very friendly and responsive. Helpful as much as they could be given the limitations that you have while working with them. Over all a good experiance.

I was promised things that were not followed through with on the day of the event. We had some hassles that my parents had to deal with and since they were doing that I could not get my pictures that I wanted before hand. I was told one time and then once I had already booked the day we had to move it up since they double booked the venue. I wish there was more gluten free options for guests. I did not get my toasting flutes for the wedding and it seems like they were quick to blame others. IT is a good value for your money and the food was good, but I just wish there could have been more time and not as many hassles for the day of the event.

The packages they offered were great and the price is affordable. They very good at getting back to you. I made several changes through out this process and they were very helpful and understanding.

They were great all the way up to "My special Day." They were not prepared and it felt like it was their first wedding. When I showed up, they were still putting everything together and when my quests showed up, they were powerwashing the ceremony site. They got some of my quests wet and they were 40 minutes late starting my wedding. I put alot of faith in them and I was...

We work at the Metro in Oakland. Yes this is the tent wedding of your dreams with a great location and a lot of bang for the buck. There packages are great and the staff is there to help with the budget.
