We also had less in attendance than paid for and had they shown up there wouldn't have been enough. The biggest issue is that I paid for something that never was put out and which the workers swore they put out but no guest saw. I don't mind paying for what I order but don't appreciate paying for what I didn't get. In addition, this caterer palled in comparison to the caterer used on rehearsal night in professionalism, value, service, presentation. I would not use them again if I lived in the area.

We were very pleased with Well Seasoned Catering. We had them cater our rehearsal dinner as well as our wedding reception. It was great because we were able to rent our equipment (tables, chairs, linens, china, etc.) through them, which made it very convenient! My only complaint would be the amount of food; we ran out of food at the wedding reception. We had told the caterers that we would have 120 guest at our reception (and we paid for a 120 guest), which we only had 105 guest attend and we somehow still ran out of food! Good thing we didn't have 120 people or we would have had a lot more hungry guest! But all in all we were very satisfied with this catering company!

Fresh, Healthy, Delicious food is our motto. We use mediterranean style cooking techniques in all our dishes. This means we use no prepackaged foods, seasonal local produce when possible, and everything made from scratch.
We cook for vegetarians, vegans, and the lactose intolerent. We will be happy to accomadate your guests with allergies as long as we know ahead of time.
Our specailty is themes. We love putting together menus with a certain cuisine in mind, such as Fiesta, Texas Country, Indian, Italian, South American, Luaus, Caribbean.
We have an Inclusive package on our website for all the rentals you may need for your event, or we will work with the venue to fill in anything they may not be able to provide.
