This lodge is going bankrupt. We arrived the day of the wedding there was no one on site, everyone had quit except a maintaince guy who let us in the room. There was no electricity or running water. We had to purchase porta potties. We were promised a cash bar, there were no beverages so we had to go ourselves. We had to purchase generators and gas to keep the place going. The owner eventually showed up after the wedding stating that he needed to be paid or he would kick everyone out. The lawn hasn't been mowed, their was no housekeeping so the sleeping rooms were a mess we had to make our own beds. The meeting room was dirty we had to clean and put everything up our selves. It was horriable! Do not go here, the place is beautiful and has great potential but is managed horriably and going bankrupt.

The lodge was beautiful, the staff was wonderful. Our guests were accomodated. We got everything that we asked for.

Due to its rustic log style appearance, White Pines Ballroom located in the Wendigo Convention Center, with it’s, 2 fireplaces, dance floor, and large
windows across the entire South Wall overlooking Wendigo Golf Course, and large outside deck, White Pines is one of the most requested reception halls in Northern Minnesota.
It is 108x66 and can seat up to 425 people for parties planning on a larger scale or be divided into 3 separate rooms for more intimate parties of 50-250.
The ambience of Wendigo Lodge works in total harmony with a variety of fantastic fully catered cuisine and serving options, ranging from hors d’oeuvres to full plated meals.
Of our 40 guest rooms, you can choose from elegant sleeping rooms to gorgeous two room suites at Wendigo Lodge. Each room is equipped with in room; microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board
and in room high speed internet. Complimentary FREE hot continental breakfast is served from 6a-10a daily. Your guests can relax in the indoor pool, hot tub or sauna.
Fairways Restaurant and Bar located next to the hotel and convention center, overlooking the golf course, offers a variety of menu items, something sure to please everyone. Let us create a special menu of your selection to
