Searching for a caterer proved to be one of the more trying tasks of the wedding planning process. Although online sources give you a plethora of vendors to choose from, the online experience does little to provide evidence to the quality and taste of the vendors in the catering arena. With the referrals of friends, coworkers, and wedding planner in hand, we made our short list of the caterers we would set up a tasting with. Our first three tastings were beyond disappointing and left us feeling that we would simply have to settle on the best of our lackluster options. Thankfully though, we discovered Wendy Krispin Catering who turned the vision of our wedding dinner around from boring and bland into artful presentations and delicious gourmet flavors. It was immediately evident that Wendy takes her business very seriously and her ultimate goal is to give her clients the best possible experience and to deliver and exceed all expectations.

The wedding day came and that is certainly what she and her staff did. The food quality and presentation were superb. We received many compliments about the food from our guests not only that night but also weeks and weeks after the event. It certainly made a positive and lasting impression with us and our guests. The entire WKC crew were friendly, professional, and on point. Everything was timed and displayed perfectly. No detail was left undone. From the glassware and dishes to the hors d'oeuvres and entree, everything was of superior quality and style. I had the pleasure of working with Wendy Krispin when it came to catering and renting out 129 Leslie (reception venue) for my Dec. 8th client.

Throughout the entire planning process, WK was extremely helpful and patient. If me or my clients had a question, someone from her office would respond in less than 24 hours. Wendy went above and beyond when it came to the food and all of the wedding guests were raving about the wonderful Peruvian/Mexican infusion of dishes she had created.

From the beginning, my clients had expressed the need for the food to be PERFECT because it is such an important item in their cultures. Wendy was completely open to the idea and was as excited about it as we were.

All in all I was very pleased working with WK. Her and her staff are hard working and will do anything in their power to make an event go smoothly.

My event planning firm worked with Wendy Krispin Catering on the catering & venue aspects of my client's wedding event. The event team was nice to work with and my client had a great wedding!

I am the MOB who organized and paid for the catering. Wendy was referred to us by our wedding planner, Jennifer Ashford of Altar Ego. We experienced a couple other tastings but Wendy was by far the best. Her menu options are extensive and the preparation, presentation. professionalism, and confidence in their services was fabulous. I had many people comment about the quality of the food. My only disappointment was there were no leftovers!

It's too bad there aren't more reviews for this company because I highly recommend them to any bride regardless of their budget. They won't disappoint!

I was a foodie bride looking for a caterer for a DIY venue, and was starting to give up on the search for a quality caterer with lots of event experience until I ran across Wendy Krispin. Wendy's tasting blew us away, and when she mentioned that her business also does full event planning, we knew she was the right caterer for us.

For our wedding, we had 3 action station/bars (Asian wok/noodle bar, beef tenderloin/mashed potatoes/green beans, and Avocado bar). The guests raved about all of the food, particularly the uniqueness (and tastiness) of the avocado bar. The presentation of all the food was beautiful as well. They also provided the bartenders to serve our signature cocktails, which they garnished creatively and put in different types of glasses to distinguish one from the other.

With Wendy's team in place, we knew that everything would be taken care of from table setup, to site clean up. The entire team was very responsive, with Wendy herself available at the initial tasting, the planning meeting, and at our wedding reception.

I had a slight billing issue when I received my final invoice. But with one email, the issue was resolved quickly.
