Reviews for Westwood Paper Co.

Because we were having a small destination wedding, the invitations that we made were going to be for our close relatives and friends. Most people who would be coming did not need a card, but I thought it would be nice to mail some sort of card out. I love WestWood Papers. The thing that’s nice about the store is the selection: you can have mass-produced invitations in the 200s, or you can buy smaller invitation sets. I only needed 50 invitations, and I was able to find the cards that would be perfect in style and in number. The woman working there knew right away what type of card style I wanted, and found me the perfect set of teal colored cards with a ocean feel to them. I recommend them because they are insightful and they also gave great suggestions.

This was where my sister-in-law had her invitations made, so it was the first and only place that I visited for my wedding invitations. They have a really cute selection, but more importantly they make it really easy to choose something that suited our style and tastes. I am a very crafty person, but for some reason I had no interest in making invitations. I also wanted invitations that were really simple and practical, just because they would be going out to so many people. I thought that the Bella Ink samples they had on display were really cute and cool, but in the end I went with something more practical and simple, like the Julie Holcomb Printer letterpress. (I have the receipt right in front of me, with all the notes, otherwise I don’t think I would have remembered any of these brands).

I met Jill at a bridal show! She owns her own paper store in Carmel, IN. She is very sweet and was so patient and creative--I think invitations were the hardest to pick as so many options! She is able to design custom invitations and those ones with all the pockets. The store has evening after work hours which were helpful, but I rated flexibility low only b/c more difficult to meet when you work until 5 PM and hit traffic! Our invitations were very unique and suited our needs--she also did wedding programs and can do favors, save the dates, etc . . .We payed more than for regular preorder or print yourself invitations, but I highly recommend her if you are looking for something different, more colorful, and personal! All orders were ready on/before planned.

We read about West Wood in the features section of a newspaper, and they seemed to have good reviews so we made an appointment to speak with them. I went here with my fiancé to look at wedding invitations. We both felt that our invitations were important, because we were sending them not only to friends but to family members as well. We wanted them to look nice, and also to be of a nice enough quality that people could tell we were having a wedding and not just a regular party. We both loved most of the samples that we saw at West Wood Paper Company. They customized our order, and they delivered on the product they promised. Really professional, really talented, and also incredible smart when it comes to designing wedding cards. I was so happy we found out about them.
The entire store is full of "must haves". I love Westwood Paper! Jill will assist you in making your stationery needs a work of art! I highly recommend them. Kim King Smith Events
