I hadn't met Michael Macsuga until the day of my wedding. I was so busy with work and planning that I had sent my husband-to-be to meet with him. I had seen his website for photography and was impressed with his portfolio and package prices. Other photographers wanted $2000 or more and then you have to spend a lot more afterwards for your album and prints. Michael offered packages within our budget and our own wedding website with ALL the pictures taken for us to print as many as we want! He will even give us 10 touch-ups and special effects of our choice at no extra cost. During our wedding my husband and I didn't even notice Michael was there, he was very discreet and we didn't realize how many pictures he had taken until we saw them all on our website, which was up and functioning within the week after our event. My family and friends love the website and a few of my friends that are soon to be married have asked for his card already. Thank you so much for wonderful pictures Michael!

Do you have liability insurance?
No
Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
Yes, all customers get 10 free touch-up and effects images. You also get 10 more for leaving a Yahoo review.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
Yes, I shoot studio and live. I am also the photographer at ClubVandome.com where everything is low light.
Is your media preference film or digital?
Digital and you get every image I shoot on a PhotoDisk with a print release.
How many photographers do you work with?
Just myself. If you need ore then one, I can help find you one.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
No
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Sometimes but never needed them, so kind of hard to keep a standby when they never get to work...
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Nikon D4, Nikon SB900 flash and a few lenses
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Nikon D3s, Nikon SB800 flash and a few lenses from above
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Hourly, with adjustments to anytime over 3 hours

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Customer required to supply meal if I am shooting a wedding reception. Parties and such do not require a break.
Do you charge for travel?
Yes, $35 for every hour I have to drive.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Weddings, within 3 weeks your free private web gallery with free guest download will be up.
Parties and such within a week, same free private web gallery.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Private digital web gallery.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Private web gallery stays up for at least one year
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Only commercial rights. You get the digital file with a personal print release.

Yes and a personal print release. Corporate rates for full release.
