Reviews for White Aisle

After quite a difficult period of trying to get the parcel, it finally arrived. Its quite an unpleasant experience on chasing for the parcel. Although I understand they are going through some personal issues, it was a very stressful period for us but we are relieved that we finally received the invites. Overall, one of the worst vendor experiences we have faced. Would not use the service again although I appreciate the fact that Rebbecca is a very creative designer.
The parcel was delivered late, it took a lot of chasing. Although to be fair to Rebbecca, it sounds like she did print the invitation cards on time but they didnt make an effort to send it on time.
In retrospect, I feel that I had every right to be stressed until we started to call them, they never responded to the emails. When we did speak to them on the phone, it was a difficult conversation which turned ugly very quickly. Although I must admit that I lost my cool because we were so anxious for answers, I personally felt threatened by the vendor and was deeply shocked by some of the comments made. I feel that White Aisle lost touch of the most important rule in business which is customer service.

I was looking for some cheap wedding jewelry that didn't scream cheapo. Everyone referred me to White Aisle and the website looks so posh and expensive that you wouldn't expect to find things so cheap! They have a great selection of bling and plenty other wedding stuff.
For my first White Aisle purchase, I bought the Victoria Bracelet, and I was lucky enough to get it on sale for $19.99. I was very worried about its quality and how it would fit. When I got it in the mail, it was nicely packaged. I was happy to see that it was exactly as advertised. It has a good weight to it and does not look cheap at all. The center metal piece is very intricate and heavy (not in a bad way) and the pearls are nicely strung. It is stretchy and seems like it will hold up very well. It fit my skinny wrists just fine!
The ONLY complaint I would have is that I wish they had different shades of pearls, like off white, white, and so on. The pearls are stark white and I'm a little nervous how it would look with my off white dress. That was my fault and I should've looked and thought about that before I bought it, but the nonetheless, they didn't have the option of the off white.
Other than that, I am very HAPPY with my purchase!

I bought wedding earrings from here and I couldn't have been happier. The earrings looked like what was pictured online and they were exactly what I had been looking for. I received the earrings in the mail only a few days after ordering them. The earrings looked perfect on my wedding day!

I too wish I would have read the reviews about this vendor prior to ordering. I ordered 7 silk flowers to add to my bridesmaid dresses and never received them. I emailed White Aisle and they claimed to have mailed them and to have confirmation from USPS. To make a long story short after several email exchanges they pretty much said they could not do anything but wait for the package to show up. In other words i spent $80 and will not be receiving anything. In one of my emails I advised I was not a happy customer considering I had fulfilled my part of the transaction and they had not delivered. The response was complete BS and they did not take responsibility.
I have to say they are the worst vendor online I have dealt with and even though their stuff seems pretty nice it’s not worth the trouble or risk. If you are looking for letter press I highly recommended you use Twin Ravens Letter www.twinravenspress.com. I found her online she is based out of OR but it’s the best experience I've ever had, the distance was a non issue and she affordable.
It's unfortunate for white aisle because if they would have have made things right, sure they would have lost some money but heck they would have made it back with the recommendations and friends and family i would have direct to their site.

I really wish I would have found these negative reviews ahead of time...I placed an order on Jun 30th for earrings for my five bridesmaids and myself, which was a solid 2 months before my wedding. After waiting, and waiting, I sent out a first email (the website said that to expect about 2 weeks for the earrings I ordered from my bridesmaids). For the first email, I received no response, and the company did not have a working phone at the time. I then sent a second email, to which I finally received a response. They were apologetic, the emails must have been sent to my spam folder; however, when I checked, there were no emails from Whiteaisle. The told me that they only had 3 of the 5 pairs of earrings that I had chosen for my bridesmaids. After being prompted by me, they offered to try and have them rushed. I then waited another full week without hearing back whether or not they would have the earrings, until I again emailed them. Thus, I would only recommend them, if you don't really care if you ever receive the item.

It took a lot of chasing to receive our parcel. I appreciate they were going through a difficult time personally but we now having to rush send our wedding invites to friends and family around the world in time for our wedding but have to say the products look great.

Horrible Experience.
The website states that invitations will take 2-3 weeks to ship. At the four week mark we called the company and were told that the invites had been mailed out that day. This was not true, because when we received the invitations the postmark was a week after the claimed date of shipment.
The invitations were horrible. They looked cheap and were nothing like the proof we had originally been sent:
They design across the top was smeared.
The invitations were the wrong color.
The invitations were the wrong size.
The envelopes were a different color than the invitations.
The envelopes were the wrong size for the invitations.
We could not have been more disappointed with our experience. Because we are in a time crunch we will now need to make our own invitations as we cannot wait for the invitations to be redone, only to risk more mistakes.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This is a duplicate review of another review posted on the same date. We have made an attempt to resolve this situation with this client and have apologized for the printing error on the top of her invitation cards. We also offered a full and prompt reprint or a full refund for the item as soon as the problem was reported to us. The delay in shipping was due to other items being added to the order. Unfortunately the invoice was not properly updated to reflect the change. That is truly our mistake and again, we do apologize for that. The sizing of the cards is noted on the approved proof and invoice the client paid. All papers colors and envelope colors are available to order as samples prior to placing a formal order. We wish the client all the best with her event and wish this could have been a better experience for her.

I had the most awful experience with ordering my Wedding Invitations, and Programs from The White Aisle. First, the order arrived 17 days late, and only after I contacted them to check on the status of my order. It stated right on the invoice that the order would be shipped before 3/12/10 and they shipped on 3/29/10.
Second, every single invitation had a line through it with the ink fading; like they didn't go through the printer right.
Third, the invites were White and the envelopes Rebecca sent me were Ivory and they were too big for the invites.
Fourth, I ordered the Programs on White cardstock and they came on Ivory.
Rebecca offered to redo the invites but they already arrived so late that we did not have time for a redo. I had to run to Michaels craft store and buy a do-it-yourself kit to make my own! The kit was BRIDES brand and the invites turned out BEAUTIFUL!
I am trying to get a full refund for my order through my credit card company.
I work in customer service and I am apalled by the lack of care and concern by Rebecca. There is no accountability for her lack of excellence in the products she creates and her poor customer service.

I purchased a brooch for my wedding cake here. It was shipped quickly and is gorgeous! I love it. Would have definitely considered buying my wedding jewelry through them, if I had not already had mine. Can't beat their prices. :)

I had a nightmare of a time trying to find barrettes that matched closely with my bridal comb. I first tried David's Bridal, where they constantly listed the barrettes I was looking for as "in stock" even though they never were. Fed up with David's, I started searcing on the internet for similar styles. I was able to find the exact same barrette on a different website, but it turns out that they were getting their stock directly from David's, so they didn't have any available either.
So I grudgingly started searching for different styles. I found a really pretty barrette on a different bridal jewelry website, but it was massively overpriced ($45 or so for one teeny-tiny barrette, and I was looking to order three!) so I had just about given up. Then I found the exact same barrette on the White Aisle website for $15. What a godsend.
I quickly ordered 3 (hoping that they were actually in stock) and much to my delight they were in my hands a few days later, even with standard shipping. The quality was great, and I have no complaints at all.
A few weeks later, I was on the hunt for a bridal bracelet, and was having a hard time finding a cheap one that didn't LOOK cheap as well. Once again I gave White Aisle a shot, and the first bracelet I saw in their bracelet section was the perfect one for me. It was delicate, ornate, and had blue and purple crystals all over it, which is PERFECT because my dress is a light purplish-blue! So I ordered it, and once more I had it in my hands barely a few days later. It looks amazing, and not at all as cheap as it was ($25).
My only complaint is that every bracelet on the site is only available in size 6.5" and up. Unfortunately, my tiny wrists are barely 5.5", so even with some crafty finagling the bracelet is still a bit large on me. It's not White Aisle's fault, they clearly list the size in the item description, I would just appreciate a little more variety in sizing.
Also, one of the crystals on the bracelet popped off while I was trying to see how it fit. I just glued it back on and it looks good as new. I'm not sure if it was never properly glued in place the first time, or if my "finagling" was a bit too much for it. I'm actually going to err on the side of my roughly handling it causing it to fall out, because I was seriously messing around with this bracelet in a way I doubt most brides will (Taking apart the chain, adding my own clasps, and then finally removing all fasteners and deciding to tie it on with a ribbon instead.) I doubt it would have fallen out if I had just fastened it on like it was supposed to.
All in all I would recommend White Aisle to anyone looking for inexpensive bridal jewelry that doesn't look tacky or cheap. I have no experience ordering their paper products or other accessories, so I cannot rate them on those.

I ordered what was pictured as an off-white necklace, and instead received a very white necklace. My dress was ivory & nothing in my wedding was actually white. I emailed and was told they did not have a return policy.
I am not a jewelry wearer, and now I'm stuck with a $44 white pearl necklace.
I'm giving White Aisle only 1 star because I think it is ridiculous that I'm stuck paying $44 for something I didn't even order!

We purchased our invitations and our programs from Rebecca and her White Aisle team. Contrary to some posts, Rebecca was VERY quick to respond to ANY questions I had and even went out of her way to bring back a discontinued design I had seen on her site last year!
Before finding The White Aisle, I searched and searched for wedding invitations that had a old fashioned, vintage feel to them with slight modern accents. The White Aisle had everything I was looking for! They have everything down to invitations, programs, table cards, place cards, jewelry, favors, etc.! It's a one stop shop!!
Invitations: Rebecca brought a discontinued design back for us to create our invitations and was with us every step of the way in choosing fonts, colors, formatting and beyond. Our first batch of invitations had a typo on them and Rebecca was EXTREMELY gracious and understanding and sent us a corrected batch well in time for us to send them out to our guests. The invitations even come with a "How-To" page telling you how to put all the components together - something I REALLY appreciated! The quality was absolutely stunning and I would recommend The White Aisle to anyone that has a reverence for good design and well-made products! We spent $500 on 100 invitations that included a sample, custom design, formatting, coloring, proofing, all inner envelopes and custom response cards with printed return addresses AND shipping across the US - they are based in New Hampshire and I am in California!
Programs: A few weeks after we sent out our invitations, we received so many compliments on them that we decided to contact Rebecca about creating some programs with the same design we used for the invites. Not only did Rebecca and her team place, process and proof the order in a matter of hours, but they had them at my door a week and a half later - perfectly done!!!!! I am STILL flabberghasted at how fast they arrived! We spent $330 on the programs that included a 4-page custom design, formatting, pre-folded AND shipping across the US.
Well WELL worth it!!!!!!! I didn't have to worry ONCE!
It's too bad that we can only give Rebecca and her team 5 stars...If I had my way I'd give her 10!

Even though I am not going with the earrings I bought for my wedding, I am keeping them because they are pretty. I also bought handkerchiefs, which came out so cute. They shipped out order quickly.

I apologize for length but I really feel it's necessary to fully document the atrocity that was my experience with Rebecca from White Aisle. Please skip to the end for the conclusion if you're short on time :)
Also note that most of the positive reviews are from people who have only purchased jewelry/accessories.
I ordered: Invites with vellum inserts, insert cards for invites, place cards, and thank you cards
Gorgeous invitations. Rebecca (the owner, along with her husband) is really visually talented. That's where my praise for The White Aisle ends. My invites arrived at my house two weeks before my destination wedding. I ordered them a little late (started the proof and sample invite process in the first week of March) but I figured that because she was making my proofs with my wedding date of June 12 she new that the wedding was close by. She was having some medical issues at the time, and instead of telling me this and warning me that my invitations might be late (or alerting me so I could switch vendors) I had to find this out by reading her blog after I had paid for my order. (Incidentally, in her blog, she talks about how when she is going to the doctor she always warns her costumers and doesn't accept orders... well not in my case!) Things deteriorated to beyond repair when I wrote her a polite email asking her when my invitations would ship and if she had any recommendations for express shipping. She told me that the shipping she uses would take 5-10 business days (I live in Australia) and that if I wanted something else, I was free to research it. (This option would mean I would get the invites AFTER my wedding date, and she knew this, no apology, no help, nothing.) Expect this type of answer from her often: do it yourself. I asked for her help with wording my RSVP postcards early on and her response was essentially the same "let me know when you've decided on your phrasing." I decided to drop the RSVP cards because I started to realize that something was off here, customer service wise.
Ensue crazy calling to FedEx and DHL at all hours of the night to try to research overseas shipping options. After I realized it would be about $300 to have FedEx send my invites in a timely manner to Australia, I arranged to have them FedExed from Rebecca's house in New Hampshire to my Maid of Honor's house in Texas so that she could address them and send them (as many of the invites were going to my U.S. family). I wrote Rebecca an e-mail letting her know I needed the approximate weight, size of the container, and her pick-up address to arrange delivery. She confirmed NONE of these things, so I went with the address I found on her website. (Which is correct.) She told me the invites would be ready to be picked up by FedEx on Saturday the 23rd of May. So I called FedEx and arranged the pick-up, delivery to Texas, and set up an account with FedEx so that ALL REBECCA had to do was give them my account number which was linked to the other information. (I didn't want to give her anything to mess up.) I e-mailed her to let her know they would be picking up on Saturday. She replied by saying they wouldn't be open on Saturday the 23rd because Monday was Memorial day so they would be closed, and the order would be ready on Friday the 22nd in the afternoon. So I called FedEx again and scheduled the pick-up for 2-6 pm Friday. I wrote Rebecca to tell her it was all in place. Then she told me it would not be ready until 5 pm on Friday. (!!!) So I called FedEx AGAIN and rescheduled the pick-up.
All would be OK I thought.
Then.
The next day (Friday the 22nd) I had no update from Rebecca, as expected, so I emailed her to ask. Then she tells me, yes they picked it up but that they had the wrong address, and the wrong paperwork so she made them go back and get the international paperwork and gave them my Australian shipping address. She authorized for them to express ship my invitations at $300 to Australia. I replied and told her this was because it wasn't AN INTERNATIONAL package, but it was going to Texas and that she had just authorized a HUGE charge on my credit card. She was unapologetic. She told me she was leaving for the day, and that I could call FedEx and try to re-rout the package. (Seriously, I never got a sorry out of the woman, not ONCE! Not even for me having to call FedEx about 45 times and arranging my own account.) So, I called FedEx again and tried to re-rout the package. It was unable to re-routed. It was delivered to Australia and the next day I mailed all the invites out myself, no dramas, but now I've been charged $140 by FedEx when the original charge I authorized was $70 for my package to be shipped from NH to Texas. So now I'm speaking with FedEx to try to get some or all of that charge back as I had the order completely setup and they were not to take delivery instructions from Rebecca.
CONCLUSION: Some of the most appalling customer service I've ever experienced. I seriously thought I might have a bridal aneurysm. I spent 500 minutes on my calling card calling FedEx in a 48 period just to arrange, rearrange, and then attempt to re-rout the package due to Rebecca's mis-information and lack of courtesy. Finally, if she would have tried to be at all helpful or courteous or apologetic during ANY part of the process I might not have written such a virulent review, but in this case, I think it's completely warranted. I do NOT recommend this vendor, she will only give you a headache that you certainly don't need as you plan your wedding.

I apologize that this situation occured with this client. Unfortunately her proofs were started late due to a medical situation. I was in the hospital and did make every effort to inform all of our clients of what was going on at the time via an auto-reply on my email and updates on our blog. The ship date for the order was listed on the invoice paid by the client. We shipped the invitations out on that date using a FedEx account provided by the client as she requested expedited shipping service. When FedEx arrived, they had no mailing address so we provided the only address that had ever been given to us... an address in Australia. We certainly would have updated that info to a domestic address if we had been informed.
Again, our apologies for the situation and any miscommunication with the client. We hope that the invitations were well received.

I purchased my wedding earrings online. They are even more beautiful in person! I love them!

I purchased the Charleston Bracelet from White Aisle and boy, do I love it. It went really well with my dress. Though I really wanted to purchase the Luella earrings, the vendor ran out of it. Well, it was allright since I found earrings from another store which went well with this bracelet. Overall, the quality and price for the bracelet was excellent and I highly recommend this vendor.

Very helpful. The invitations were beautiful. They had a great variety and options to customize exactly what you are looking for. Reasonable prices.

I love this website. I looked everywhere for cute wedding favors that matched my colors and were easy to make. I ended up buying from White Aisle because of the prices as well as shipping cost. The favors came well packaged and were super easy to assemble. The completed box was very sturdy as well. Great experience.

I love The White Aisle and wound up ordering my wedding favors from their site (mini truffles in a colorfully wrapped box) and absolutely loved how they came out!! The paper was beautiful and matched my wedding color scheme perfectly and as a bonus, they were very reasonably priced. I paid less than $3 per favor and I could have gotten it cheaper if I wrapped the boxes myself, but I went the easy route :-) The favors arrived in about 2 1/2 weeks (I ordered 130) and were packaged nicely and neatly. I searched on a bunch of websites for cute and practical favors, but couldn't find anything as nice and cheap as the little truffle boxes available from The White Aisle.
Apart from the favors, I ordered a bracelet cuff from The White Aisle to wear on my wedding day, and it was shipped in just a few days. It wasn't expensive jewelry, but for what it was, it was perfect, and I got a bunch of compliments on it. The only thing I would warn girls about is that if you have tiny wrists, the cuffs will probably be a bit big. They say on the website that it's 1 size and it fits most, but it was a little big, so I had to watch that it wouldn't fall off.

I used this company to buy overstock paper and envelopes to make my invitations. Since they were switching locations, they were liquidating their product and the price was right for high quality paper and envelopes as well as beautiful brown silk pockets.
Their online ordering system needs a little work, and I ended up being charged for paper I didn't receive (a quick call fixed this misunderstanding), but there is excellent customer service, beautiful product lines, and reasonable prices to be had at the White Aisle.

Their prices were reasonable and there were so many designs to chose from! They were just my style and were very prompt in their replies. The quality was fantastic and the invitations were very unique! We got so many compliments on them!

This will likely be my only truly negative review about a vendor that I used for my wedding. Unfortunately for me, I had not stumbled across the reviews on this site before putting in my order for programs, menus, table cards and placecards. Boy I wish I had.
I completely agree with others that Rebecca is an excellent designer with great taste. She was able to put together a proof of my design within a few days and was willing to keep changing little things with the design until it was exactly right.
However, when I finally got the finished materials in the mail, I found a couple of them had been damaged by bad packaging (some tape got stuck to the programs, tearing part of the paper off) and some of them just suffered from poor quality printing - letters were smudged over or were partly missing. Some were better than others, but they truly looked like something I could have printed from my home printer.
We also counted the number of each of the things we ordered. We found out we were short 2 programs (and 8 were damaged, so we were short a total of 10), and we were also short 2 menu cards. In addition, the table cards were not printed in the color I had intended for them to be printed - the website is not so user-friendly, so there was a misunderstanding between what was entered in the website and what I finally wrote in an email to confirm the entire order. The placecards were fine, thank goodness.
When I wrote back to ask for the missing/damaged materials to be re-printed, Rebecca told me that I would need to send back the damaged programs. I had no problem with that but I did not want to send them out before I received the new programs.
She refused to re-print the table cards which had the wrong font color. I thought that was slightly stingy considering there were only 16 of them with no personal information, and I had been pretty clear in the email what font color I had wanted. I would have hoped she would have checked with me on that if there was a discrepancy between the website order and my email confirmation. I eventually told her I would keep them because it was way too close to the wedding for me to be looking for another printer.
She told me that I would receive the remaining programs/menu cards that weekend. I waited, nothing came. I emailed early the next week. No response. I emailed again. No response. Finally, near the end of the week, I told her that I had two days left to receive the materials before I would be leaving for the wedding the following Monday. She got back to me then saying that they had left the store and would arrive any moment. On Saturday night, with no package in sight, I emailed to ask for a refund. She emailed me back to say that a package had been received by my concierge service. When I glanced at the name she sent it to, I realized the package had been addressed to a different person! She obviously didn't notice that a different name was put on the package. When I emailed her back to apprise her of this mistake and further ask for my refund, she told me that maybe I could ask the concierge service to forward them to me at my wedding site!! She also reiterated that I should send back the damaged programs before she would process my refund.
I ended up calling my concierge service as soon as they opened Monday morning and retrieving the programs/menu cards 10 minutes before getting into my car to go to the airport for my wedding! It was the most unbelievably terrible experience. Like others, I feel compelled to warn all future brides about this vendor's complete lack of professionalism and customer service.

I ordered my Okinawa invitation sets from White Aisle. I had no problems with designing, ordering or shipping. Rebecca responded promptly to emails. I think the designs are unique and the quality is great. I agree that you should pay for the samples to get an idea of the paper.

I found out about the White Aisle from a wedding blog and loved their website design and their taste in all of the beautiful products they offered. They also offer incredibly good competitive prices. Over the course of my wedding planning I placed 4 orders with them: 1. one brooch and a pair of earrings, 2. twelve custom printed table cards, 3. twelve monogrammed handkerchiefs, 4. six more monogrammed handkerchiefs. Here is how it all worked out:
I never received any confirmation about my orders. Only paypal sent me a notice about the transaction having taken place. If and whenever the packages arrived, they were just a box with product.... no printout of the order or receipt of any kind.
Order #1 arrived incomplete. Only the brooch and no explanation as to where the other item was. After several inquiries, they finally emailed me back and told me the item was out of stock. After more inquiries they reimbursed me for the earrings.
Order #2: I loved their paper product designs so much, that I placed the order for the table cards. When they finally arrived, after what seemed an eternity, they were ALL flawed with a yellow streak and one seemed to have a knife cut along the edge. When I contacted them, the owner, Rebecca, seemed to not believe me, she said she didn't think there was anything wrong with them and had personally checked the order by looking at the top card. Well, I don't know what happened...everyone I showed it to, was able to see the same yeallow streak! It was very frustrating, as there wasn't enough time to put in a new order with someone else and i didn't trust them to do it right. So I didn't bother and just hoped that nobody would notice.
Order #3 I had placed while waiting for #2 to arrive. This one also took a very very long time to arrive. But I was happy with the product and the price, so ordered a few more.
Order #4 never arrived. It took me 10 days and several attempts to find out what happened. Seems like they were out of stock, but never told me. At this point I knew the handkerchiefs weren't going to make it in time for my wedding and there were some attendants who received them and some, whom I told that they were going to receive them later on, due to the shipping issues. Well, sure enough...... nothing ever arrived and at some point I received a notice from paypal that my money had been refunded. Nothing from the seller. No apologies, explanations, nothing.
I am so very disappointed with the way this place handles their business and with the way i've been treated as a customer. I was ignored to a point where I felt like they were being hostile. I have never written a bad review about a store in my life, but I seriously feel like I need to warn other brides and hopefully the White Aisle reads this and shapes up! It is run by a young female entrepreneur who does wonderful charity work and is a great designer with great taste. I wholeheartedly applaud all of that. They have all of the potential to be amazing and I gave them more than a few chances, just to be disappointed most of the time. It's such a shame!!!
Reading the other reviews, especially the one about the favors, makes me think this isn't the first time. Please beware!!!

We bought both our invitations and save the date cards through White Aisle, and everyone loved them. The quality of the designs and the paper is just superb, and even though we went with the flat printing, the quality was so high, some people asked if they were letter press.Working with Rebecca was great. She was incredibly fast in her e-mail responses, and it hardly ever seemed like we were on opposite coasts. We especially appreciated her willingness to work with us on our designs--and really felt in the end like we got the same execution and quality of product that we would have had we gone with the considerably more expensive option of custom printing.Great service and great value for the money.

Our invitations from White Aisle where lovely. They where also able to create menu cards and programs for us.We got so many compliments on our wedding stationary. It all just turned out better than i had expected.I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely terrible. We were so excited when we found White Aisle, the price seemed to be right where we wanted to spend and the samples and options they had were amazing. The problem is that the actual product they produce is crap. A majority of the invitations could not be delivered because the paper would not hold the ink. The ink on the invitations inside the envelopes also came off the paper. We had to go back and call all our guests to see if they had received their invitation because the only thing on the envelope that survived was the return address sticker that we personally applied.I fully understand that problems occur, but the complete lack of professionalism by the owner of White Aisle and the disrespect they showed my fiancée and mother-in-law has no place in this type of field. They offered NO help in rectifying this problem, refused any kind of refund and, basically, accused us of lying. The first impression everyone gets of how a wedding is going to be is from the invitations. Our wedding was amazing, it was top notch, our guests had a great time and so did we. The problem is that the first impression we gave everyone is that we didnt know what we were doing and it looked like we were going to be cheap. No one should use White Aisle, its the biggest mistake we made.

White Aisle was AMAZING!!! I was so happy with Rebecca's response and the invitations were SO beautiful. She sent me a draft via email, a digital picture when they were finished, and the final product was such good quality. A little pricey, but if budget isn't in a terrible bind, it's not so bad. Rebecca even did business with me while she was on vacation. I think the people at White Aisle are just great. They were my favorite vendor. I even made a late order because I didn't realize I had to tell the caterer ahead of time how many chicken plates and how many veggie pasta plates, and it's supposed to take 3 weeks...she made it in a day and stuck it in with the already made invitations - no extra charge. I am so impressed with them. I love supporting this relatively small business!

Our invitations arrived about 5.5 weeks after ordering. A few days later-- as I was assembling them to mail out-- I noticed that some of the response cards had a printing flaw. It wasn't very noticeable but it was nonetheless a flaw. After emailing Rebecca, she responded within minutes. She asked that we send her some pictures of the problem. My camera is crap so the flaw wasn't clear. Since she was using mine invitations as samples, she already had plenty of extra to mail to me. The next day I sent her my flawed response cards and she mailed me the new ones. I received mine in the mail.
A few days later, I emailed her to see if she saw the problem. Apparently, the cards were destroyed in the mail. Maybe I am overly sensitive, but she never accepted the blame or apologized. While I see her point of view (she didn't get proof of the mistake), I wish that she would have been a little more regretful about the entire situation.

Since my flowers were peonies, I looked everywhere for nice invitations that had a peony on them. Then I gave up and just looked for nice invitations period. Still nothing I was really happy with. When I found White Aisle and saw their samples, I loved them immediately--the paper is really soft and natural feeling, and mine had a natural edge (rather than a cut edge). You can have them either printed or engraved. There is a large variety of floral prints to choose from to personalize the invitation for your wedding theme/flower/season, etc., and I know they can even do custom designs. Once I ordered the invitations, I received a proof the very next day, and I was able to make several changes before finalizing the order. The whole process took less than a week, and the invitations came in a matter of weeks. I thought our invitations were wonderful--they were classy, beautiful, and distinctive all at the same time. White Aisle is highly recommended, and their website is very easy to use.

Hair accessories: They had a beautiful selection and the prices were unbeatable. My package arrived just 2 days after order!

I absolutely loved my invitations. I got the Paris collection and got so many compliments. We also used White Aisle for table name cards and programs. They made a mistake on the color of ribbon they sent but immediately sent me the correct color without a problem.

White Aisle is great! We picked our invitations because they matched our colors perfectly and they're a little unique. I e-mailed Rebecca with my info, and a week later we had a finalized proof. She had the invites to me 4 weeks later and they are PERFECT! We also got our menus from White Aisle. I placed my order on a Monday and had them in my hands that Friday! Amazing - their products look beautiful, come quickly, and are fairly affordable. Highly recommend.

I ordered a brooch and earrings from White Aisle. Their shipping was fast, prices were great and the end product was very nice quality!

Awesome invitations! Gave out wedding something different...nothing you'll ever find at a store in a small city or town. There was a problem with the number we recieved which was corrected by WhiteAisle within a day. Awesome!

The thank you cards look good. The color is not exactly what I was expecting, but it's still nice. They took a while to arrive, but there wasn't any rush, so it wasn't even an issue.

I love my invitations. I ordered them with different, specific colors and the staff at white aisle was so willing and helpful to work with me and make sure the colors were just what I wanted. They came very carefully packaged and they even provided very helpful instructions for putting everything together. They have such a unique selections of invitations, stationary and gifts, I visit their website even now that I am married.

The samples are $4/each. The paper quality is very nice, excellent value considering the price.

I got my headpiece from white aisle the week of the wedding. I was searching for the perfect piece and finally came across it on the white aisle website. I emailed to check if there was enough time for shipping or if I would have to pay a rush fee. They responded right away and assured me that I would get my headband in time, no rush fees needed. They delivered on time true to their word and I loved what I bought.
They have lots of affordable items besides headpieces too.

I ordered the May style invitation from www.whiteaisle.com as wedding programs. They came out beautifully - the paper is a very heavy high quality paper with torn edges and the printing is very nice. You can see them on my wedding website at www.weddingwire.com/wong. They are fine for a ceremony program, but I don't think that I would use them for invitations because I prefer a more classic look.

We had the Orchid style invitations. I liked White Aisle because their prices are reasonable and designs unique.
If you feel comfortable with email, online shopping and know what you want, this is a very easy way to go for invitations. I chose what i wanted, emailed them, she invoiced me with proofs and I paid through PayPal. Very simple process.
I would recommend getting a sample. My invitations had that torn edge that we didn't see in the photo. It didn't bother me but my FI didn't like it.
Overall my experiene with White Aisle was excellent.

We ordered our programs, menus, table no.'s, place cards, favors and monogrammed handkerchiefs from the White Aisle.
Pros: The paper products turned out just great, as did the handkerchiefs. They worked really closely with me via email to make sure the programs/menus/table no.'s/place cards were exactly what I wanted. They even designed menus and programs for me that weren't on their website, which I really appreciated!
Cons: I ordered the favors (and handkerchiefs) in mid-February; they didn't arrive until 3 months later, at the hotel the Friday before the wedding. The boxes were really cute with the custom-designed label, and even with the green ribbon that was different than I had ordered. Happy I had actually received them, I didn't bother to check what was inside of the favor boxes until at the reception. We ordered white buttermints, the same what my parents had at their wedding 35 years before; the white would have also matched everything quite nicely. When opening the box at the head table, I realized they gave us white-and-red hard candy mints and salt water taffy. I was so incredibly disappointed and embarrassed!
Their payment system on their website is weird, too - not consistent. Some things you purchase first through Paypal; other things you're sent invoices for. Very strange.
Vendor response to review
We regret very much that an incorrect candy was sent in this order. Unfortunately we did not know about this until reading this review and were unable to fix the issue. The client can feel free to contact us anytime. We do try to ship perishable items as close to the event date as possible to ensure freshness of the candy.

White Aisle make beautiful invitations, for very affordable prices. Everyone told us they loved the design, and were surprised when we told them how much they cost! Definitely recommend!!

Rebecca from the White Aisle was really great to deal with! They are prompt and really professional. I had ordered my invitations in January to expect them in March. Then the Kahala announced that they were going to change their name from the Mandarin to "The Kahala". I emailed Rebecca to ask if it wasn't too late to change the name of the hotel, and she emailed me within the hour to tell me that I caught her in time - they were going to start printing them that night! She sent me new proofs for me to okay. I got my invitations 2 days later!

I used White Aisle for our place cards, table names and menu cards. The product was great and I thought the prices were reasonable. When we received the table name cards I was a little frustrated as three of the cards were missing. After a couple of frantic emails they quickly sent the additional cards but it was down to the wire as I received them only the day before we left for Monterey. It all worked out though but they still forgot to send the table name card for our sweetheart table. Not to worry though as the Plaza pulled through and made us an identical name card for our table. Overall White Aisle had a good selection of product and it was very easy to order and purchase.

I loved my invitations! Simple but elegant, original and good quality. The only complaint I have is that they had a swarovsky crystal on the front and when i got my Save-the-dates in the mail (same design) the crystal had fallen off of a couple of them. But, when I contacted the owner, she immediately gave me credit for them and also personally inspected the invitations before she sent them to me, to make sure they were in great condition.

We got our letter press style save the dates from White Aisle. They were gorgeous! I also ordered some hair clips for my reception, which were beautiful too and so inexpensive!
You should know that everyone loves the rehearsal dinner invitations so much that I’ve actually gotten phone calls from people refusing to send back the RSVP card because it’s so cute but letting me know that they will be there! Thanks again.
