Whitehall Jewelers in Philadelphia, where we purchased a plain gold band. That was more of a fly-by-night, we just walked in, but were able to find one where the color of gold matched the engagement ring exactly and looked great as a set and so we went with that. The salesladies at both places were very helpful.

The warranty on my engagement ring was reasonably priced. However the company is now bankrupt. In order to have my ring "re-dipped" as covered by my warranty, the company wants me to ship it off in a non-insured envelope to their processing center- which makes me really uncomfortable.

They had the perfect ring. We were able to get the ring that I have always envisioned. The price was affordable.

We purchased our rings from Whitehall Jewelers and had an interesting experience regarding pricing. They did not seem very knowledgeable about sizes and we had to get the rings sized several times. All parties had differing opinions, which was annoying. Overall I am very satisfied because the quality of the piece is excellent.

I went to Whitehall just to see if they had any wedding bands I would like in my price range. I had pretty much resigned myself to having to buy a plain band, even though I really wanted a diamond band, because of price. Whitehall was having a sale- I got a platinum band with baguette diamonds for almost half off. I love my band because it is what I wanted.
