What a wonderful amazing day we had at our daughter's wedding. Our wedding planner Tonja Page was amazing, read our minds, was there with anything and everything needed. She was completely the glue of the wedding and why it went to well, relaxed and just fun! We have amazing, wonderful memories and we couldn't be more thankful to Whitestone for providing us with her and a fantastic day!!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Whitestone Country Inn for my daughters wedding. They were very accomadting. If we wanted or needed something, they made it happen. The wedding planner was amazing the day of the wedding. She made our day very relaxing by handling everything and the wedding went just as we had planned. I would highly recommend Whitestone to anyone!

My husband & I were married at Whitestone Country Inn on October 27, 2012. We cannot say enough good things about this venue or their staff. Even our wedding guests raved & raved. Our coordinator (Deneise) was AMAZING! She tracked every detail of our wedding (even the components not handled by Whitestone), was so helpful & reassuring during our pre-wedding meetings, and made sure that our day went flawlessly. Her attention & eye for detail are unmatched! The Inn is a bit off the beaten path, but totally worth it when you get there. The chapel & reception hall were perfect, the rooms were beautiful & spacious and the food was excellent. The only thing we would've changed was the weather so that we could've enjoyed our cocktail hour at the gazebo, overlooking the lake (because the property is breath-taking on a beautiful day), but that was out of Whitestone's control. Everything they were in charge of was perfection! A couple of tips we'd pass along to future brides & grooms is to do like we did & have your wedding party & stay on the property the night of rehearsal & wedding night. It makes it so much easier to have all of the key players already on the property and not have to worry about them traveling to & from hotels, which are all 25-30 minutes away along winding, country roads. It's worth the extra expense for the peace of mind & sanity. Plus it gives you extra time with your closest friends. We also recommend using Whitestone’s “set-up service” for decorating the chapel & reception hall. They did an excellent job…it was like they pulled the vision of how we wanted everything to look straight out of my head!

A big THANK YOU to Whitestone & Deneise for making our wedding the event of our dreams! We can’t wait to return for anniversaries!

Whitestone Country Inn is a beautiful place! Our wedding consultant was great to work with. They also have some awesome food! All of our guests were and still are talking about how beautiful Whitestone is and how the food was awesome!

It is the most beautiful setting and you have options of inside or outside services, but the chapel is outstanding. Tonya, our co-ordinator, was exceptional- she handled all the details and answered all our questions whether we called, emailed, or dropped by. There are so many "extras" you can choose if you want. We had the reception hall for four hours and could have stayed longer- it was so much fun. They take care of everything and Tonya just kept saying "let us do it and you enjoy". And they did.

Tonya was a total life saver and blessing to have as my daughter's wedding planner! The venue is so very special and just beautiful for either an indoor wedding or outdoor! This is a very very special place! We could have not asked for a more dream wedding !

Whitestone was amazingly respectful and did everything and anything they could to make our wedding day perfect. So many little things even just like remember that my husband and I don't drink alcohol so they had sparkling grape juice in our gift baskets. We love Whitestone so much and will always long to stay there every chance we get

My daughter and son-in-law visited several venues before Whitestone. The other venues had a price for the venue, and most other services were up to us to plan, provide and coordinate. For most, if extras were offered, they were all detailed extra costs.

Even though this venue is 1 1/2 hours from our home, we were immediately impressed with the breathtaking beauty of the grounds and amenities Whitestone offered. Once we viewed their 'wedding package plans', it was very clear this was the best value for our dollars. The added bonus was having a "one-stop shop" from coordinator to reception venue on site, audio/video service and Bridal Suites included. Our decision to use their florist services was also a very pleasant experience with individualized attention to details.

Deneise and Melissa both were great to keep lines of communication open, to answer any questions we had, and eager to assist us in including personal extra touches. They were also very patient with a very picky bride! We were provided access to the grounds for Bridal photo shoot as well. Deneise put in a very long day on wedding day coordinating arrival of guests all the way through the end of the reception, attending to every detail while the family enjoyed the festivities. She did an awesome job.

We had so many comments from guests on what a beautiful wedding it was, and questions on how we found this amazingly beautiful place? And did I mention the food "was to die for" with many, many compliments from guests as well.

We personally arranged our ceremony music, cake service, DJ, and photographer. My daughter rated her 'dream wedding' a 9 out of 10. This was due to one Bridesmaid being ill and unable to attend, and the DJ was a disappointment.

For a first class, beautiful wedding, look no further than Whitestone Country Inn.

Whitestone is a beautiful place and everyone worked hard to make the day perfect. Friends and family had excellent comments.

Overall, I was extremely pleased with my wedding. Everything was absolutely beautiful and the staff was very accommodating. The only thing I was frustrated with was the fees for each and every single service, and the tax that was added on for the service. My advice is to make sure you budget for sales tax...not just the service itself.

Overall I was very happy! When I first called I was working with one coordinator and then the day of my wedding they switched and I had a different coordinator. Needless to say, I was not pleased with the change. The coordinator was dressed in a bright lime grean top and skirt and managed to be in and out of my video. I wanted the video to only capture my wonderful day and not the staff. I greatly appreciated her help, but I wish she had been more professional. Things seemed a bit scattered and unorganized, but overall it was a good experience.

Whitestone is a beautiful venue for your ceremony and reception. The staff are exceptional. They are so helpful throughout your entire wedding planning process. And on the day of my wedding they helped me feel like a princess! I am so happy I chose Whitestone as the venue for my wedding day! Whitestone even created a wedding dvd to help capture all the those special memories so that I may remember them for a lifetime!

Our daughter's wedding was a wonderful, stressLESS experience. Everyone there was delightful and professional, and catered to our every whim. I cannot praise Deneise and the staff enough for a beautiful evening. It was worth every penny!

When looking for venues in East TN for our wedding and reception, I stumbled upon Whitestone, and fell immediately in love with it. I booked the venue without even visiting, and it was even more perfect in person. I absolutely loved the location, and the staff were extremely helpful in making sure that every detail was planned in order to make my husband and I have the most relaxed and romantic day! Very highly recommended!

They gave us a dream wedding! I wouldn't do a thing different. The wedding/event coordinator of Whitestone Inn is very professional and she knows how to run a wedding very well. I wasn't worried about a thing on our wedding day, I knew she had it all under control.

The staff at Whitestone made this wedding stress-free and a lot of fun! Deneise told me to relax and enjoy...she would be sure that we "were all where we needed to be, when we needed to be there"...and she was right! When we had questions, she had suggestions and answers--a great resource. Having a wedding at Whitestone reduced the headaches of "coordination" of vendors...they can do it all...flowers, venue, and food! I would recommend Whitestone without hesitation.

We were worry free! All the details were taken care of - checked off their work list. Some things we had not thought of were brought to our attention and taken care of. They were very flexible in food selection - allowing changes to suit our needs. They were very generous with their facilities by allowing us to be in the bridal parlor early that morning for hair dresser etc. We had not disappointments.

Whitestone Inn was the ideal place for a wedding! The coordinators are extremely helpful, flexible, & willing to work with you. The fact that you don't have to rent all the tables, chairs, linens, plates, etc for the wedding as well as not having to set up or clean up makes the wedding planning process a little more stress free! The food is delicous & the accomodations are excellent! If I had to do it all over again I would do it at Whitestone for sure! We loved it!

My wedding day was perfect. I would do it all over again everyday if I could. Whitestone was a beautiful venue. They are willing to try to do exactly what you want. You do have to be patient because I found myself irritated, maybe because of all the stress.

Whitestone is truly beautiful! It was the most beautiful wedding I have ever been to!

We had our ceremony here only, followed by a meal in the dining room with three additional guests. It is a gorgeous venue! I had been to a friend’s wedding there earlier and just HAD to have my wedding there as well. We purchased the “elopement package” where the officiate, a small wedding cake, bouquet & boutonniere, dinner, etc. were all included in the cost of the package. This was very convenient and met our needs perfectly. I only have 2 criticisms:

First, responsiveness needs improvement. I don’t think any of my emails ever got answered. Surprisingly, a quick question about tipping never got a reply! There is a percentage service charge added onto the wedding package price. I had sent Deneise an email about the customary tipping practice with respect to the service charge... Were the tips to the baker, florist, officiate, wedding planner (herself!) included in this service charge or are they customarily paid in addition to the price of the package? I got no response to my email (or phone call either). One would think a question about money would have been responded to promptly as opposed to ignored. This lack of responsiveness could have been because we had paid for one of the cheaper packages. I can understand “pay more money = get prompt attention.”

The second issue was the unresponsiveness of the wait-staff. They disappeared at the end of the meal and we had to track down someone to ask for after-dinner coffee, etc. Then, we had to box up our leftover wedding cake ourselves because no one came back to check on us. Again, I had thought this lack of attentiveness was due to our paying for a less extravagant package. However, at my friend’s wedding, the wait-staff had to be told several times that the silverware at the buffet table needed replenished, the food on the buffet table needed replenished, guest’s beverages needed to be re-filled, etc. I would have expected a 5-star facility to have more attentive wait-staff. The food itself, as well as the cake, were delicious.

In summary, I would recommend Whitestone Country Inn for a wedding ceremony but would not recommend them for a pricey reception.

Deneise and everyone at Whitestone were so great during our planning and wedding process. They accomplished everything that we asked of them and went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect!

The venue was absolutely beautiful. It was also a great place to honeymoon. Whitestone does a great job of helping to provide all the services that a bride could want for her wedding. Our compliments to the chef who catered to our every dream for the fabulous meal we enjoyed. Security needs to be heightened during the wedding. The mother of the bride found that one of her credit cards was missing and a friend of the bride could not find her blouse after the wedding. Also, could benefit from improving the appearance of the wait staff. Overall a great experience. One we will never forget.

Whitestone is an absolutely beautiful venue! The wedding coordinator really catered to the family on the wedding day and made it very stress-free. She was great! The reception area was so beautiful! I would recommend it.

Deneise made the experience so easy and sooo pleasureable. I turned all my worries over to her. She met and exceeded our expectations. For a first time mother of the bride, she discussed details and things I would have never thought of needing. The White Stone staff was exceptionally gracious to the wedding party and all our guest's needs. Everything was wonderful! I doubt they played a part in providing gorgeous weather but it was spectacular too.

I had the wedding of my dreams! I couldn't have asked for a better day and wedding. All of our guest had nothing but great things to say about Whitestone. I can't wait to renew our vows there in a couple of years. Everyone at Whitestone was amazing! Best day of my life!

WE HAVE HAD TWO WEDDINGS AT WHITESTONE. BOTH WEDDINGS TURNED OUT BEAUTIFUL! BOTH DAUGHTERS WITH THEIR DIFFERENT TASTES WERE ABLE TO MAKE THEIR SPECIAL DAY THEIR OWN AND JUST THE WAY THEY DREAMED IT SHOULD BE. WHITESTONE MADE IT VERY EASY TO PUT TOGETHER EVEN WHEN I HAD LESS THAN THREE MONTHS TO PLAN ONE OF THE WEDDINGS. THE WEDDINGS AND RECEPTIONS PLAYED OUT WITHOUT A HITCH. I, AS THE BRIDE'S MOTHER, WAS ABLE TO STAY WORRY FREE AND ENJOY THE DAY. WHITESTONE EITHER WERE ABLE TO HANDLE MANY OF THE WEDDING DETAILS OR HAD GREAT REFERRALS FOR THE ASPECTS OF THE WEDDING THAT THEY DIDN'T DO ON SITE. WHITESTONE COUNTRY IS IS A BEAUTIFUL LOCATION TO HAVE YOUR SPECIAL DAY.

Our wedding was absolutely perfect, from the venue itself to all the details Whitestone provided as well as accomodating all the llittle extras I wanted. Deneise, the co ordinator at Whitestone was absolutely incredible. She made me feel like I was the only bride she was working with and ours was the only wedding. She helped me with lists of vendors and respected all my wishes and the wishes of my family. On the day she made me feel like a queen. There were no worries. We have hundreds of compliments about our venue. The food at Whitestone was amazing. What an incredilbe wedding far more than I hoped for. Thank you Deneise and everyone at Whitestone. I just love you guys.

Absolutely best anywhere! Terrific experience from first planning to the big day. Guests still rave about it..especially the food!

We had a great time working with Deneise. She was always available and was prepared for any question or request that we had. The food was also great and the chef and staff were able to work around our dietary requirements with ease. The venue - church-reception site- and surrounding grounds were immaculate! We were very pleased!

The only suggestion I would have for Whitestone is to have somewhere, marked, so that group pictures can be taken. I see that this is a popular trend now in weddings, to have one picture of the guests and bridal party, and I think Whitestone should have a spot in the patio area marked for such, so people will know where to stand and a spot arranged so that the photographer can be high enough to include everyone. We did this and it worked out pretty good - I wished we had put down some sort of guidelines to keep the people from looking too spread out.

All in all it was wonderful!

-choose 4 hour reception instead of 3. 3 hrs goes by very quickly.

-our dj set up his sound system on the dance floor, but no one could hear when people were giving toasts, etc. my suggestion would be to set up the sound system somewhere else in the reception area, or you will most likely have the same problem we did.

-we definitely feel like the money we spent on our wedding at whitestone was well spent and worth it. it provided a beautiful setting for a beautiful wedding. our guests could not stop commenting on how beautiful it was!

Whitestone gave me my dream wedding. The location with the little white chapel over-looking the lake was perfect. The staff were very friendly and Deneise, our wedding coordinator, took care of everything. She relieved so much of the stress of planning and made our wedding day completely worry/stress-free. They were also very accommodating with our budget, not pressuring in any way. And as the comment says below, the food was excellent! Also, I recommend using their flowers. Melanie does a fantastic job! One wedding guest said it was their favorite wedding they had ever been too. It truly was a perfect wedding day.

From the moment we met Denise and began the process of making wedding plans, her professionalism was outstanding. The experience and advice of Denise and the rest of the staff brought wise guidance during the decision process.

The outside wedding setting was absolutely beautiful as was the entire venue. Comments from guests were that it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever attended . . . the view is amazing! In addition, the Lion and the Lamb was a wonderful place for an intimate reception. The food for the buffet was plentiful and excellent . . . and the staff was very professional.

The untimate compliment was that some of the single girls said that Whitestone was where they wanted to have their own weddings!

Deneise, our wedding coordinator, was fantastic to work with. She knew everything that needed to be done, down to the last detail. At Whitestone, they help you take care of EVERYTHING, so the stress of planning is completely taken out of the picture. They have an on-site florist (who did a wonderful job!), and they provide recommendations for other necessities (who will make the cake?). On our wedding day, Deneise went above and beyond to make our day perfect and special. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend Whitestone for a wedding venue. The location is absolutely beautiful! We had an outdoor wedding (at the gazebo, which I would highly recommend), but they also have a chapel, if you prefer an indoor ceremony. Both are amazing, so you can't go wrong!

I should have gotten my flowers through whitestone.. I was on a tight budget so went cheap and I now regret it. The wedding was beautiful and we love that we can go back whenever we want. I wish there was a discount to stay the night for anniversaries. :)

They had a lot of options and things to choose from so we didn't have to buy a lot of our own things. They thought of everything.

I have been to many weddings since mine... None can compare. Not only is the location naturally beautiful, but the wedding planner, Denise, the florist, Melissa, the owner, Mr. Cowell, and the other employees were exceptional. They catered to my every whim and accomidated my family and friends with professionalism and grace. Also, what guests remember most from a wedding is the food, and, over two years later, I still have people tell me how wonderful the food was at my wedding. Also, my cake was from Mag Pies in Knoxville, and it was wonderful. I would recommend Whitestone to anyone who wants a beautiful, tasteful, and all around perfect wedding day.

I loved having my wedding at Whitestone!!! Deneise was very easy to work with, and she really knew what she was doing! She knew all of the things I never even thought of, and gave me names and numbers to things I didn't have lined up yet. She helped keep me calm when my wedding rings went missing (they were in my car!). The location is absolutely beautiful, though that means a bit of a drive to get there. Of course they also book up fast, so either you'll need to be flexible on your date, or book early to reserve them.

Absolutely beautiful. Such a wonderful place. We will spend as many anniversaries there as possible!!

First off, the wedding coordinators Tonja & Deneise are awesome to work with! They really do help the bride cover all aspects of their wedding day, and they take pride in making sure every detail is taken care of!

As fas as the actual Whitestone grounds go, you CANNOT find a more beautiful place to get married! It's absolutely gorgeous! From the horse stables to the "Lion and the Lamb", it's all so nice.

Lastly, Paul, (the owner) of Whitestone, is one of the most humble and godly men we've ever met. If you don't know how Whitestone started, sit down with Paul for 10 minutes and you'll be amazed at the stories. They really do so much for others, and for that reason alone we recommend them to anyone and everyone!
